Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini didesain dalam bentuk penelitian kepustakaan atau Library research yang menggunakan berbagai sumber kepustakaan sebagai sumber data penelitian. Penelitian Kepustakaan atau Library research adalah telaah yang berkaitan dokumen yang akan diteliti, maka secara metodologis pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penomenologi. Teknikanalisi yang digunakan adalah  dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah,yaitu (1) Pengumpulan data, (2) reduksi data, (3) penyajian data, dan (4) menarik kesimpulan/ verivikasi.Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bahwa dalam kurikulum 2013 terdapat nilai-nilai pendidikandikan Islam seperti; a) Nilai pendidikan Islam Imaniyah; b) Nilai pendidikan Khulukiyah; c) Nilai pendidikan Islam Fikriyah ; d) Nilai pendidikan Islam Jasadiyah.

Abstract

Melalui Pendidikan Islam, peserta didik diarahkan untuk mengembangkan kepribadian yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual, agar memiliki keimanan yang kuat, pengetahuan yang luas, serta budi pekerti yang luhur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk serta strategi integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan dengan menelaah beragam sumber pustaka yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan konsep dan implementasi integrasi nilai Islam di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggabungan prinsip-prinsip Islam mampu dilakukan dengan menggunakan isi pembelajaran dan cara penyampaian, tujuan, evaluasi, dan suasana atau kondisi tempat berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran dengan bernuansa Islami. Guru berperan penting sebagai teladan dalam menanamkan nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan kedisiplinan kepada peserta didik. Kendala utama dalam penerapan integrasi nilai Islam adalah kurangnya pemahaman guru dan pengaruh globalisasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan serta kerja sama antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat agar pembelajaran berbasis nilai Islam bisa diwujudkan dengan efisien serta berlangsung secara terus-menerus.

Abstract

This study explores the dynamics of using book-based, audiovisual, and information and communication technology (ICT) media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. The rapid advancement of technology requires PAI teachers to adapt their teaching media to make learning more effective and engaging for students. Books remain an essential medium as a primary source of knowledge and religious values, while audiovisual media enhance understanding through contextual and interactive learning experiences. Meanwhile, ICT integration provides broader opportunities for digital learning through online platforms, educational applications, and interactive multimedia. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach by reviewing relevant literature and field practices. The findings indicate that combining the three types of media can improve learning motivation, strengthen the comprehension of religious concepts, and foster students’ digital literacy skills. Therefore, PAI teachers should integrate these media in a balanced way to create a learning process that aligns with contemporary educational needs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of lecture and discussion methods in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning in schools. The approach used is library research by reviewing various literature, journals, and previous research results relevant to the topic. The results of the study show that the lecture method is still one of the most effective strategies for delivering conceptual religious material, as it helps teachers explain Islamic values systematically. However, learning that only uses the lecture method tends to be one-way and does not involve student participation. Therefore, the application of the discussion method is an important complement to foster participation, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of IRE material. The combination of these two methods is considered capable of creating an interactive learning atmosphere, increasing motivation, and strengthening students' understanding of spiritual and moral values. Thus, the balanced application of the lecture and discussion methods can increase the effectiveness of PAI learning in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the theoretical model of fiqh learning evaluation with a focus on the integration of three main domains: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Evaluation in fiqh learning is not only intended to measure the mastery of Sharia law knowledge but also to assess the internalization of religious values and the practical worship skills of students. This study uses a library research method with a descriptive-qualitative approach, through content analysis of relevant literature in the form of books, scientific journals, and previous research results. The results of the study show that a comprehensive evaluation of fiqh learning must combine the three domains in a balanced manner. The cognitive domain is measured through written tests and analytical projects; the affective domain through attitude observation, self-assessment, and reflective journals; while the psychomotor domain through work samples and worship practice skill rubrics. The integration of these three domains into a single evaluation model produces a more authentic, valid, and meaningful assessment because it assesses the aspects of “knowing, being, and doing” as a whole. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need to apply an integrative evaluation model in fiqh learning in order to achieve a balance between knowledge, faith, and practice in shaping the religious character of students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms and factors of social discrimination against people with mental disorders (PMD) within Muslim communities in Indonesia from religious and cultural perspectives. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that social discrimination against PMD arises from the complex interaction between narrow religious interpretations and deeply rooted cultural norms of shame. Religious views emphasizing the sanctity of worship spaces, combined with social expectations of “normality,” often lead to the exclusion of PMD from religious and community activities. Nevertheless, some Muslim communities have begun integrating the Islamic principle of rahmatan lil ‘alamin with mental health literacy in education and da’wah, which significantly reduces stigma and promotes social acceptance. This study highlights the necessity of integrating religious, psychological, and cultural values to develop an inclusive and equitable Islamic education praxis that upholds human dignity and mental well-being.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the need to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning so that it does not only focus on delivering material but also encourages students to actively build understanding through higher-order thinking processes. Traditional teacher-centered learning tends to limit students' analytical, evaluative, and creative abilities. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the use of Active Learning in IRE and its relationship with the development of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The method used was library research with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, which involved identifying, selecting, and synthesizing various relevant literature from the last ten years. The results of the study showed that Active Learning was implemented through various strategies such as problem-based learning, project-based learning, think-pair-share, the use of digital technology, and collaborative discussions. These strategies shift the focus of learning from the teacher to the students so that they can construct knowledge through dialogue, reflection, and problem solving. The findings also show that this approach has a direct influence on the development of HOTS, especially the ability to analyze religious issues, evaluate arguments based on arguments, and create contextual solutions in learning situations. In addition to improving cognitive abilities, Active Learning has an impact on increasing learning motivation, courage to ask questions, active involvement, and the quality of students' social interactions. The implications of this study confirm that PAI learning needs to integrate Active Learning strategies.

Abstract

This study explores the development of emotional intelligence as a key factor influencing academic success among high school students. The research was driven by the growing concern that Indonesia’s education system remains heavily focused on cognitive achievement while overlooking emotional and social competencies essential for holistic learning. The study aimed to examine how emotional intelligence contributes to academic success and to identify effective strategies for fostering it within school environments. Employing a qualitative descriptive design, the research was conducted at a public high school in West Java, Indonesia, using semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that students with high levels of self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills demonstrate greater learning persistence, intrinsic motivation, and collaboration, leading to improved academic outcomes. Moreover, emotionally supportive teachers and positive school culture significantly enhance students’ emotional growth and engagement. The study concludes that emotional intelligence is not a peripheral attribute but a central determinant of academic success and personal development. It recommends integrating socio-emotional learning into high school curricula to build resilient, empathetic, and self-motivated learners. The contribution of this research lies in its contextual insight into emotional intelligence development within the Indonesian educational framework.

Abstract

Collaborative learning has become an essential pedagogical approach in modern education, emphasizing active participation, shared responsibility, and social interaction among learners. However, despite its theoretical promise, its application in general education remains inconsistent and often limited to superficial group work. This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of collaborative learning approaches in general education by systematically reviewing empirical and conceptual studies published between 2010 and 2025. Using a systematic literature review method, data were collected from reputable databases such as Scopus, ERIC, and ScienceDirect, and analyzed through thematic content analysis. The results reveal that collaborative learning effectively enhances students’ cognitive, social, and emotional development when guided by well-structured pedagogy, teacher facilitation, and supportive classroom culture. The findings also highlight challenges in assessment, teacher readiness, and cultural adaptation, particularly in non-Western educational contexts. It concludes that collaborative learning, when grounded in constructivist and socio-cultural theories, holds significant potential to transform general education into an inclusive and student-centered learning environment. This study contributes by offering theoretical integration, practical insights, and recommendations for developing context-sensitive and equitable collaborative learning models.

Abstract

The concept of women’s education according to KH. Hasyim Asy’ari asserts that both men and women have equal rights to access education without distinction. This study aims to explore the concept of educational equality for women in his thought and practice. Using a qualitative literature study, primary data were obtained from al-‘Alim wa al-Muta‘allim, while secondary data were drawn from journal articles and relevant literature. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation, and content analysis was applied. The findings reveal that KH. Hasyim Asy’ari viewed women’s education not only as personal development but also as the foundation of civilization, since women play a vital role in shaping future generations. He regarded women as imad al-bilad (pillars of the nation), making education essential in forming their character. His efforts in advancing women’s education included giving attention to his daughters’ education, organizing majelis ta’lim for women, accommodating female students at Tebuireng Islamic boarding school, and proposing the establishment of schools or madrasahs for women.
