Abstract

Loyalty is an important thing in any industry, including in the hotel industry. There are some definition of customer loyalty, which can be concluded as “the behavior and attitude that is shown by a customer in type of repurchasings and commitments in al long term at a certain company or product”. Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru is challenged to retain their customer to always be chosen at anytime they stay in Pekanbaru. The loyalty aspect of Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru’s customer is described by this research. The loyalty aspects are satisfaction, emotional bonding, trust, habit and history with the company. The stages of customer loyalty were also revealed on this research. William G. Zikmund’s theory was used to analyze the loyalty aspect, while Jill Griffin’s was the main theory to analyzed the customer’s stages of loyalty. There were 100 respondents which were Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru’s guests contributed in this research. The accidental sampling were used to choosed which guests would be the respondents to answer some questions about their loyalty. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the research datas. Emotional bonding, trust and habit were the three main aspects that affect the customer’s loyalty, while most of the respondents were in the “advocate” stage of loyalty.Keywords : Customer loyalty, loyalty aspects, loyalty stages

Abstract

The satisfaction is compatibility of product accepted and expectation of product. The research was conducted to determine the satisfaction of visitors to the quality of food lendot in The Tourist Area Of The City Park Coastal Area Karimun Regency. The research method used is quantitative approach. The sample technique used is accidental sampling. Samples taken as many as 40 respondents who consume a lendot in the Kawasan Wisata Taman Kota Coastal Area Kabupaten Karimun, where taken into the research respondents are visitors who have never consume lendot with the intention to know expectations and performence after consume lendot. The data were collected using questionnaire, interview and observation. Analysis of data use is done by comparing expectations and performance of the responses of respondents. The results of the research indicate the performance is higher than the expectation level so that overall visitors are satisfied with the quality of food lendot in The Tourist Area Of The City Park Coastal Area Karimun Regency.Keywords: Satisfaction, Food Quality, Coastal Area

Abstract

This research aimed about employee’s loyality at Dyan Graha Hotel Pekanbaru. This research aims to: (1) to know about employee’s loyality. (2) to know the multi way to increase employee’s motivation at Dyan Graha Hotel Pekanbaru.This research was used descriptive quantitatif method to describe the issues. The sample used in this research was 56 people.The results of this research indicate that based on the research results obtained on the employee’s loyality at Dyan Graha Hotel Pekanbaru good. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the overall total score of all factors, which is 3.829points.Keywords: Loyality, employee, loyality factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the role in promoting tourism ambassador Solok Regency tourism.This Research carried out in the Tourism and Culture Solok Regency. To achieve the goal is meant, in writing bachelor theses qualitative analysis methods are used descriptive. Where I give the impression tourism ambassador role and tourism objects clearly and systematic. This analysis based on the data obtained from both libraries and observation, namely or directly in field by doing interviews directly to informers that are considered to be able to give a clear associated with the problems that are examined.The Ambassador tourism was symbolic of the district level solok to tourism. That is the ambassador tourism in title as transmitted through air (male sex organ) and the European Union (women). Ambassador role tour which will be done through three promotion mix that is as follows: our through our sales is the role tour ambassador met face-to-face with the community/visitors when they were events event of the exhibition, the promotion through public relations at the ambassador role tourism information reported to attract tourists to come to Solok district, and the promotion through the information from mouth to mouth that ambassador role tour to convince people with pengalam which are related to the tourists interested in visiting tourism Solok Regency. During the time that has been done is a promotion that people are those least represented by the Ambassador subjoin Tourism based on events that are made by Tourism Solok district such as the exhibition, in events tour de singkarak culture week, west Sumatra, Indonesian Independence Day Solok district, a pageant transmitted through air European Union west sumatra, and so on. This is a routine activity performed by the ambassador tourism solok district every year. Abstract

This research purpose to know how service quality in the special malay restaurant PondokYurika. And to know too barriers in doing excellent service to consumer. Research method used in this research is descriptive method, what porpuse to depict fact by telling of a circumstance, do not explain relstion, not check hypothesis or make prediction. This research is scale likert, that is scale designed to enable responder reply various level in each measured object.Boundaries problem in this research just about Service Quality and it barriesin the Pondok Yurika Restaurant. Outside of that aspect do not researchers. Identification of this research is howService quality provided by the Special Malay RestaurantPondokYurikaPekanbaru . Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the shape of the role played by the Public Relations of Bali Dynasty Resort in maintaining the image of Bali Dynasty Resort. Choosing Bali as a tourist destination worldwide daily visited by many tourists at home and abroad. In her choose Bali Dynasty Resort for a Resort that was established a long time and the only the concept "family resort" in the Kuta area, certainly a lot of competition and a heavy burden to maintain its image. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The subjects were Public Relation Bali Dynasty Resort and interested parties therein (Director of Sales and General Manager). While his research object is role in maintaining the image of Bali Dynasty Resort, informants were selected purposively. Data were collected through literature based on the theory, documentation, observation and in-depth interviews with open-ended type. The results showed that the Public Relation Bali Dynasty Resort running all four categories of roles based on the concept Dozier & Broom, namely as an expert adviser (Expert prescriber), facilitator of communication (communication facilitator), facilitator of the process of problem solving (problem solving process facilitator) and a communications technician (communication technician). According to General Manager and Director of Sales feedback received also a lot that is positive and produced many benefits to Bali Dynasty Resort. Abstract

This research purposed to get know about the factor that influence the decision-making process of tourists visiting the religious object of the Masjid Agung Islamic Centre of Rokan Hulu Regency and know about the most dominant factors of the decision making process of tourists visiting. This research uses quantitative descriptive method to analize the problems. The sample in this research is the tourists who visited the religious object of the Masjid Agung Islamic Centre of Rokan Hulu Regency. The Sample of this research is 100 people taken by accidental sampling technique. Data collected in this research are observation, questionnaire and documentation. And use the Linkert Scale to find out the length of the Interval. As a result of the research, the tourists in Masjid Agung Islamic Centre said they were agreed about the factors of decision making influenced their decision to visit the religious object of the Masjid Agung Islamic Centre Rokan Hulu Regency and the awareness benefits of travel is a very determining factor in the proces of decision making to visit.Keywords: decision making factor, tourist, religious tourism object

Abstract

The reseacrh aims to find out how the service quality of the tour leader in the PT.Rezki Jasty Tour & Travel Pekanbaru.This study used a descriptive quantitative method to examine problems in the lift. The samples in this study were 75 respondents, who were taken by using simpel random sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, and literature. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval.From the results of research that’s been done, it looks that service quality of the tour leader in the PT.Rezki Jasty Tour & Travel Pekanbaru is good.Keywords : Service Quality, Tour Leader, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, and Tangible.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the response of respondents to the promotion of the implementation of the Forest Park attractions Sultan Syarif Hasyim II by using the promotional mix consists of advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and public relations. This study uses the theory Yoeti ( 1996:186 ).This theory divides the promotion mix with 4 categories of advertising , sales promotion, personal selling and public relations. These four kinds of activities is a common communication commonly used, but for the purpose wide in order to influence the thoughts and behavior of people.The method used is descriptive qualitative authors describe and explain in detail about the issues that will be examined based on the data that has been previously obtained from a questionnaire study report / questionnaire that has been collected , analyzed and then after it is spoken in the form of sentences and then drawn a conclusion. Ruslan ( 2003:193 ).The results of this study is that the implementation of the campaign carried Tahura good manager in advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and public relations are not satisfactory in promoting tourist attraction. These results are summarized on the summary and questionnaire answers. Abstract

In facing new century and competition inter-hotel basically absolute need that of Human Resources is a vital important factor. It cannot be denied that companies and organizations will have a complex competition form with variation, identity and scope that may not be experienced previously yet.Factors of human resources are very complex wich means that this discussion includes the recruitment, selection, labors analysis, etc. From those series of activities it will be no doubt that labors recruitment process is a vital important matter at Aryaduta Hotel Pekanbaru which is one of hotel in Pekanbaru, Riau that are very rapidly developed in improving its efforts.The objectives of this research are: 1) To know the process of labors recruitment in modern economy, 2) to know the process of recruitment applied at Aryaduta Hotel Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative that is as a research process which produces qualitative data in the form of written or oral words from the people or subjects being observed.
