Abstract

This research and how much influence factors travelers decision beforevisiting the park agrotourism hill Bukit Naang Bangkinang Seberang DistrictKampar Regency Riau Province.The research use descriptive methode to analyze the problems. The sampelinside this research are 70 respondendence by using accidental sampling. And thetechnique to collected data in this research are using observation, quetionnaire,and interview. Abstract

Teluk Meranti village is a tourist destination mainstay in Pelalawan have other destination than the waves of Bono. Culture in Teluk Meranti village like Lukah Gila dance, Bono dance, martial arts, Balimau baths, and also play of Gasing can be a means to increase the tourist visit.The method used in this research is descriptive research method. Descriptive research is a research that aims to uncover the facts, the real conditions and the phenomena. Related to this research is how to manage the business culture of Teluk Meranti Village to increase the tourist visit. Therefore, the author will develop concepts, data collect, and other facts that occured in the research areas. Techniques of data collects used were in depth interview and observation, and the techniques of data analysis is used descriptive qualitative of data analysis techniques by Miles and Huberman, that is data collect, data reductions, data presentation and conclusion.The result of this research indicate that the culture of Teluk Meranti village made in an activity and event that is packaged nicely that will make attract tourist to visit the Teluk Meranti village. Events are held such as performing arts of Balimau baths, performing arts of Tirta Bono, the fishing contest, and sale of handicrafts produced by the local community. To increase the tourist visit hace faced some obstacles such as distances from the provincial capital, roads access are not good, and the other supporting facilities are inadequate.Keywords: Cultural of Tourism Attraction, Tourist, and Increase The Visits

Satisfaction is feeling happy and disappointed someone of comparing the performance of the product is perceived in the relationship and the performance of the products or services harapannya.jika lower than expectations, consumers will feel dissatisfied. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know what are factors that influence employees perfomance at PT.Indoraya Mulia Tour and Travel in Pekanbaru City Riau Province and what is the most dominant factor that influence employees perfomance at PT.Indoraya Mulia Tour and Travel in Pekanbaru City Riau Province.This research used descriptive quantitative method to analyze the problem. The samples in this research are consist of 10 respondents. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, and interviews. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval.Based in the result of the research, there are three factors that influence employees perfomance at PT.Indoraya Mulia Tour and Travel in Pekanbaru City Riau Province is internal factors employee, internal factors organization and external factors organization. Factor that most dominant was internal factor employee from the indicator physical dan physchological, factor that most dominant was internal factors organization from the indicator working climate and Factor that most dominan was external factors organization from the indicator culture and religion communities.Keywords : human resource, perfomance, factors that influence the employees perfomance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivate of pekan baru culture andtourism department staff and also to determine the dominant factor whichaffecting their motivation.This study using descritive qualitatve method to examine the issues raised.This study took sample as much as 40 peoples. Medium use to collect data wereobservation, interview, questionnaire. Interval were determine by using likertscale.According to the result of this study, staff motivation in pekanbaru cultureand tourism department were high. The most dominat factor that afffecting theirmotivation are the maintaining factor (extrinsic) namely compensation. Accordingto respondents feedback, provision an appropriate compensation that predefinedby the organizations will give great affect towards to staff motivation inpekanbaru culture & tourism department, and vice versa.Keywords : human resources, peformance, work motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of the training methods work towards food and beverage service waitress skill enhancement at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay Batam.This research uses descriptive quantitative method for examining the issues raised. The sample in this research are 18 people and using census method. While the data collection techniques in this research using questionnaires, observation and documentation. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the interval, multiple linear regression analysis, content validity test, reliability test and a test of hypothesis to determine the correlation between x and y.Based on the research that has been done, there is a significant relationship or correlation between the training method to increase waitress skills. Abstract

This research aims to discover determining factors for reservation methods amongst customers in Mercure Hotel, Batam, Indonesia.In order to inspect the core issue of the chosen topic, writer has applied quantitative descriptive method to build this paper. The research’s sample is constructed through 150 people in a dedicated focus group, while the collection technique is assembled through observations, interviews and documentations. Based on Likert’s scale theory, writer will demonstrate four indicators as the main influencers for Mercure Hotel; Ease, Rates, Trustworthiness and Awareness.Based on aforementioned examinations, conclusively the main deciding factors for customer direct reservation is ease and trustworthiness. On the other hand, customer through company/event/travel agent reservations will most likely make hotel reservation based on rates and trustworthiness; Customers with Affiliate Reservation Network will prioritize trustworthiness while those with Non-Affliliate Reservation Networks will opt for most value rates.Keywords: Room Reservation, Reservation Method, Reservation

Abstract

The purpose of this research is how the quality of service at waterpark boombara tourism objek pasir putiht distric Kampar background of the research his to findout the service provide by tourism attraction to consumers. Thi is important as a references to revam the service quality in order to passably.This research was used descriptive quantitatifmethod to describe the issues. The sample used in this research was 7 people. Quesionnaires, interviews, and observations were used to collect the research data.The results of this research indicate that based on the research results obtained on the employee job the quality of service at waterpark boombara tourism objek pasir putiht distric Kampar quite passably..This is evidenced by the acquisition of the overall total score, which is 264 points. the quality of service at waterpark boombara tourism objek pasir putiht distric Kampar town in each variable, responsivenes, and assurance was rated passable. Abstract

The research was to known the motivation of tourist visiting the Tour of City of Bukittinggi of Province West Sumatera. The study aims to: (1) to know the motivations of tourists to Tour of City of Bukittinggi of Province West Sumatera. (2) to find out the most dominant motivation in tourists visiting the Tour of City of Bukittinggi of Province West Sumatera. This research uses descriptive quantitative method to describe the problems in a visit travellers. The sample used in this study is 100 people.Based on the results of the research that has been done, retrieved the motivation of tourists visit to the Tour of City of Bukittinggi of Province West Sumatera is influenced by a variety of motivation, such as physical motivation, fantasy motivation, and cultural motivation.While the most dominant motivation in the tourists visit to the Tour of City of Bukittinggi of Province West Sumatera is physical relaxation in the form of motivation, comfort, to culinary and shopping, and relax.Keywords: Motivation, Motivation of Travellers, Tour of City
