Currently apartment buildings are not foreign anymore we see let alone in the middle of the city. The price is still fairly cheap or under the price of housing makes a lot of interest to have an apartment either for personal or investment. Each developer has a strategy to attract buyers whether it increases or decreases the price of the apartment in each period or every year. The research was conducted to help the company change the price of the apartment by using method Fuzzy Tsukamoto based on input-an Inflation Value in the year to be predicted, View apartment, and Sales Price before. The results here show that for the output of the program is different from the original data, that is more expensive or the price is higher than the original data. There is an ratio of error 0.7609184% to -0.334665% or difference between Rp.200.000.000 to Rp.400,000.

Abstract

Forecasting is a very important in corporate strategy planning. Single Exponential Smoothing Method is one of thetime series forecasting methods. The purpose of this study is the number of selling period can be subsequent profitscan be sold to customers with appropriate obtained CV. Damayanti every month. This research uses selling dataobtained by selling 3kg LPG for 7 years from january 2009 until December 2016. The result of this forecasting isdone by Single Exponential Smoothing method with the result of error calculation and selected forecasting resultwhich has minimum MAE. The alpha value is the smallest MAE result = 0.9: 2534.26 from the 3kg lpg salesforecast. The alpha value used affects the results of different forecasts. Then the result of the prediction of each baseor region has a smoothing value that is setabil, up, down its value of forecasting results.

Abstract

With the development of information technology that exists today everyone can perform data processing easily, canproduce an information we need accurately and save time, as well as cost. Then we need a menu applicationapplication program using smartphone technology and web based to facilitate the ordering of food and drinks atBonk Cafe Krian. With the features that exist in this application, the user can make the ordering process usingAndroid and from the order will be stored into the database server so that the ordering process will appear on themonitor the kitchen along with the cashier. This Android-based service application has a significant time differenceso that this application can save time and speed up the service process.Multilevel Feedback Queue algorithm as a method that can increase the efesiesi time and speed up serviceprocess to the customer. With this algorithm can be built an application ordering android-based food and beveragethat is light and reliable.Functionally in Results in this test requires 4 customer data with different kinds of menus that have differentorder times, scheduling results in estimated waiting time and presentation time to customers with an average of 3.25minutes. So the food and beverage system is declared feasible test and feasible to be used functionally.

Abstract

The method used in making applications Introduction This animal is the study of literature, experiment, samplingand interviews. Making animal begins with collecting data that will be created as a model using Blender softwareAugmented Reality application design using Unity software by designing a marker made using Photoshop, soundedited using Adobe Audition and animal models that have been made. The features available in this app are severaltypes of animals that are displayed in 3D with sound and animation using Augmented Reality technology. Results oftesting applications Introduction Pets can run on a variety of Android mobile devices. The normal distance that canbe detected by the camera is 6cm up to 4m with marker size 20 x 22cm. Based on that test the accuracy of readingthe average marker is 00:12 seconds every marker. Accuracy of reading marker is also given light. The lighter themarker the clearer and faster the marker. There are still many shortcomings that can be developed, such as animalsreproduce 3D objects and create animations that better, so that the application more attractive, interactive, and easyto understand.

Abstract

Abstract

Traditional batik enterprises in Indonesia face major challenges in sustaining productivity, efficiency, and global competitiveness. One key issue is the manual filtering of batik wax (malam), which often causes clogging and solidification, disrupting production and reducing batik quality. This research introduces an Automatic Anti-Clog Batik Wax Filtering Technology as an innovative solution for revitalizing sustainable batik entrepreneurship, registered under Industrial Design Intellectual Property IDD000075738. The study aims to develop a practical technology that automatically filters batik wax, maintains an ideal temperature, and prevents freezing during the production process. This innovation is expected to improve production efficiency, maintain motif quality, and enhance the resilience of small and micro batik enterprises. The research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach through applied experimentation, engineering design, and co-creation with local batik artisans. The two-year project includes wax characterization, temperature analysis, prototype design, and field testing with Keyna Gallery, a natural dye batik producer in Jombang. The outcomes include a simple patent, a functional prototype, and international journal publications. With a targeted Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 7–9, this innovation supports SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), promoting a sustainable, efficient, and globally competitive batik industry.

Abstract

This community service project focuses on empowering two micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Nogosari Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency: Jamu Herbal Barokah and UD Mela Jaya, a traditional fish cracker producer. Both enterprises face significant challenges in management and marketing, primarily due to limited financial literacy, lack of business administration systems, and minimal utilization of digital technology. The project aims to enhance their competitiveness and sustainability through the implementation of information technology-based solutions. These include the development of simple digital applications for financial recording and production management, as well as the adoption of digital marketing strategies using social media, marketplaces, and websites. Training and mentoring sessions are conducted to improve partners’ capacity in business management, financial documentation, and digital branding. The program aligns with Indonesia’s Asta Cita agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 8—Decent Work and Economic Growth. Through the integration of information technology, the project promotes inclusive local economic growth, increases employment opportunities, and strengthens the independence of local entrepreneurs. Expected outcomes include improved business governance, wider market reach, and enhanced digital literacy among MSME actors, serving as a model for sustainable rural economic development based on local potential.
