Abstract

This research aims to develop a real-time mask-wearing detection system using deep convolutional neural networks (CNNs). This is crucial in the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic to alert individuals who are not wearing masks early on, thereby reducing the spread of the virus. Since COVID-19 primarily spreads through respiratory droplets and mask-wearing is recommended, our proposed study utilizes computer vision techniques, specifically image processing, to detect masked and unmasked faces. We employ a customized CNN architecture consisting of five convolutional layers, followed by max-pooling layers and fully connected (FC) layers. The final output layer utilizes softmax activation for classification. The model is updated with optimized layer configurations and parameter values. We are developing an application that uses a digital camera as an input device. The application utilizes a dataset comprising 11,792 image samples, which are used for training and testing purposes with the 80:20 ratio. Real-time testing is conducted using human subjects captured by the camera. The experimental results demonstrate that the CNN method achieves a classification accuracy of 99% on the training data and 98.83% during real-time video testing. These findings suggest that the real-time mask detection system using CNN performs effectively.

Abstract

This study addresses the challenges of task management at Maju Makmur Utomo, focusing on the need for more efficient monitoring and reporting of employee performance. A web-based application for managers and a mobile application for employees were developed using React.js, React Native, Express.js, and MongoDB to streamline overall task management processes. The method used was the Initial Software Development Method (ISDM), which provides a structured framework for a single developer to manage the software development lifecycle. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and related literature reviews, providing in-depth insights into user needs and preferences. The key findings of this study show that the implementation of this information technology-based application significantly improved task tracking efficiency, employee engagement, and company productivity. Additionally, this solution provided better task management. This research highlights the importance of applying modern technology to resolve task management challenges within organizations, particularly in business environments like Maju Makmur Utomo.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology in the era of globalization has transformed the operational practices of Savings and Loan Cooperatives (KSP), particularly in financial management. One of the main challenges faced by KSP is the reliance on manual methods for managing finances, which often leads to delays in producing accurate, comprehensive, and timely financial reports. These delays negatively impact decision-making, resulting in less optimal choices and potentially jeopardizing the sustainability of the business. This research aims to develop a technology-based financial management application to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in KSP's financial management. The application is designed using React for an interactive user interface and MongoDB NoSQL as the database for managing transaction and member data. The development process employs the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST), tailored to meet the specific needs of the cooperative. The research findings indicate that this financial management application can improve KSP's financial performance, support better decision-making, increase transparency for members, and facilitate data management. Thus, the application contributes to the sustainable growth of KSP and the well-being of its members.

Abstract

MEGADATA NET as a local internet service provider, requires a more effective customer data management solution to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. The manual recording system currently in use often leads to errors and delays in data management processes. This study designs a web-based management system utilizing PHP, MySQL, and the Laravel framework. The system facilitates customer data management, payment monitoring, and real-time report generation, thereby reducing reliance on manual record-keeping. It is expected that the implementation of this system will not only improve operational efficiency and data accuracy but also make it easier for customers to access information related to services and payment status. Additionally, this system is anticipated to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen data security.

Abstract

Toko Sembako Radin merupakan sebuah UMKM yang ada di daerah Jakarta Timur. Sistem kinerja pada Toko Sembako Radin seperti pengelolaan data dan pemberitahuan informasi yang masih bersifat sangat konvensional. Pemberitahuan informasi yang hanya melalui telepon sangat rentan terhadap kesalahan dan keterlambatan dalam menyampaikan stok produk yang tersedia sehingga rentan terhadap hilangnya data-data. Masalah tersebut dapat menyebabkan kerugian bagi toko karena pelayanan pada pelanggan sangat kurang. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada, maka dibuatlah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk membuat sistem baru berupa aplikasi. Admin dapat menggunakan aplikasi berbasis website sedangkan konsumen dapat menggunakan aplikasi berbasis mobile. Pengembangan sistem baru menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk mengoptimalkan pembuatan aplikasi secara cepat. Keseluruhan data disimpan pada database MySQL. Sistem juga dilakukan pengkodean menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin dan Nodejs. Pengujian juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui kinerja aplikasi dengan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Beberapa skenario dibuat sebagai test case dan dari 10 skenario yang dibuat dihasilkan pengujian 100% Berhasil. Admin dapat memasang informasi terkait produk yang dijual, Pembeli juga dapat dengan memudah memperoleh informasi terkait harga barang dan ketersediaan produk pada Toko Radin Shop. Dengan adanya beberapa fitur dan hasil pengujian yang berhasil tersebut maka aplikasi dapat diterapkan pada e-commerce dan memudahkan pelanggan untuk bertransaksi

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in terms of ordering food. The design of a food ordering application at the KAF Chicken outlet is very necessary to reduce the constraints of conventional systems. The problem commonly faced by various culinary businesses is the absence of an automated system to record and manage orders, customer data, and financial reports, which often results in inaccuracy and slows down the process. This study aims to design a mobile web-based food ordering application that can facilitate culinary business management in ordering, payment, and transaction data management. The application uses the spiral method that allows gradual development and uses the Express Js Framework and Mongodb as data management. Application features include menu management, online ordering, and transaction recording. Based on the test results, this system can help control transaction data and manage reports accurately and quickly. The design of this application can also be expected to contribute positively to improving the operational efficiency of the culinary business, especially in managing orders and transaction data.

Abstract

Lomba Kompetensi Siswa adalah kompetisi tahunan antar siswa pada jenjang SMK sesuai bidang keahlian yang diajarkan pada peserta SMK. LKS ini setara dengan OSN (Olimpiade Sains Nasional) yang diadakan di SMP/SMA. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu bagian dari seleksi rangkaian untuk mendapatkan siswa siswi terbaik dari seluruh Indonesia yang akan dibimbing lebih lanjut oleh tim bidang kompetisi masing-masing dan akan diikutsertakan masing-masing pada kompetisi keahlian tingkat internasional. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan lomba LKS ini adalah Tim Pengadian berkontribusi sebagai dewan juri dalam mata lomba web teknologi dan IT software. peran dewan juri sebagai pusat penentu lomba LKS tingkat kota, sehingga hasil seleksi siswa terbaik akan mewakili kota surakarta untuk masuk lomba di tingkat provinsi jawa tengah. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah suatu keputusan dari dewan atas proses penilaian lomba dalam menentukan pemenang lomba LKS tingkat kabupaten purworejo.

Abstract

The employee attendance system is an important component in human resource management that functions to efficiently record and monitor employee attendance. With the increasing reliance on information technology, it is essential to ensure optimal performance and a satisfying user experience. It is important for companies to ensure that this system functions well and responsively. This study aims to evaluate the performance of an employee attendance system through automated testing using the website performance analysis tool GTMetrix. By adopting automated testing using GTMetrix on this system to measure and analyze its performance, this research also offers an objective and efficient approach to identifying performance bottlenecks. The results of this research can serve as a reference for information system developers in designing and implementing a more optimal employee attendance system. In addition, the research also provides insights into the importance of optimizing website performance in the context of business applications. The results of the performance and structure testing analysis on this system using GTMetrix achieved an A grade with a performance score of 100% and a structure score of 100%. This research emphasizes the importance of automated testing as a tool to enhance and improve the performance of information systems, thereby meeting user needs and supporting more effective human resource management.

Abstract

Enterprise Architecture adalah proses mendefinisikan arsitektur untuk penggunaan informasi yang mendukung bisnis dan juga termasuk rencana untuk mengimplementasikan arsitektur ini. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus pada Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Kerja Praktek dan Tugas Akhir (SIPKPTA) Program Studi Sistem Informasi Program Sarjana di Universitas. Sistem ini berfungsi untuk memudahkan monitoring mulai dari proses pendaftaran, bimbingan dan ujian kerja praktek dan tugas akhir. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisis arsitektur bisnis dasar dan merancang arsitektur bisnis sesuai standar TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework). Metodologi TOGAF digunakan untuk merancang pengembangan arsitektur bisnis. Hasil dari metodologi TOGAF adalah model dan cetak biru untuk arsitektur bisnis yang terintegrasi. Blueprint yang diperoleh akan menjadi pedoman untuk perencanaan pengembangan arsitektur bisnis yang sesuai dengan proses bisnis di SIPKPTA prodi Sistem Informasi.
