Abstract

Bandara Internasional Kuala-Namu merupakan bandara yang berlokasi di kota Medan Sumatera Utara. Dimana Bandara Internasional ini mengalami peningkatan pertumbuhan jumlah penumpang dan melebihi kapasitas terminal penumpang, sehingga sanagat diperlukan pengembangan terminal penumpang. Didalam Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kepatuhan pembangunan terminal penumpang Bandara Internasional Kuala-Namu terhadap kriteria Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 03-7046-2004, tentang Terminal di Bandara Internasional. Rancangan pembangunan terminal penumpang dibandingkan dengan kriteria yang tertera dalam SNI 03-7046-2004. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain pembangunan terminal penumpang tidak memenuhi luas terminal penumpang yang dibutuhkan untuk umur rencana 20 tahun karena kurangnya area dan fasilitas.

Abstract

Perubahan yang sangat cepat terjadi dalam era globalisasi saat ini, menuntut organisasi untuk memiliki sumberdaya manusia yang handal, yang memiliki tingkat motivasi yang tinggi, disiplin dan memiliki komitmen yang kuat untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Namun dalam kenyataanya, masih terdapat kontroversi hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan komitmen organisasional dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, sehingga tunjuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai.  Penelitian dilakukan terhadap seluruh pegawai Kantor Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Penerbangan Jayapura dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Rapid changes occur in the current era of globalization, requiring organizations to have reliable human resources, who have a high level of motivation, discipline and have a strong commitment to be able to improve their performance. However, in reality, there is still controversy about the results of research on the influence of motivation, work discipline, and organizational commitment in improving employee performance, so the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of motivation, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The study was conducted on all Jayapura Aviation Education and Training Office staff and data were analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that motivation, work discipline, and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study discusses in detail the impact of job design on the job satisfaction of the treasurer of THRDA. Furthermore, the intervening variables that mediate the relationship between job design and job satisfaction will also be identified. These variables are remuneration, quality of work-life, promotion, teamwork, participative leadership, and organizational motivation. This research uses the quantitative method. The path analysis was operated using the Smart PLS application to analyze the data. The research instrument used is a questionnaire distributed to all treasurers of THRDA in Indonesia. Thirty-four treasurers out of 64 treasurers have filled out the questionnaire. The results showed that the job design of the treasurer did not affect the job satisfaction of the treasurer. Meanwhile, job design through the intervening variable has a significant indirect effect on the job satisfaction of the treasurer. Thus, the intervening variable has succeeded in fully mediating the relationship between job design and job satisfaction of the treasurer. Keywords: job design, job satisfaction, treasurer

Abstract

This study aims to find out how these three components are related and influence each other. This study specifically analyzes the effect of teacher certification and teacher motivation on teacher performance in several Islamic elementary schools in South Jakarta. This study uses a regression analysis method with a quantitative approach. The quantitative method was chosen to be used in this study because the specifications of this design were systematic, planned, and clearly structured from the start of the creation of the research design. This research will also take a descriptive approach in order to adequately describe the research object or research results. The population in this study are teachers who have received a teacher certification allowance for at least five years and have had teaching experience for approximately ten years. Based on research data and discussion regarding the effect of teacher certification and teacher work motivation on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah as KKMI Kebayoran Lama, the following conclusions can be drawn: First, teacher certification has a partially positive effect on teacher performance. This is indicated by the value of the X1 regression coefficient of 1,401, which states that every 2 percent increase in teacher certification will increase teacher performance by 1,401 percent. The probability value is less than 5%, namely 0.000 < 0.05 indicating that teacher certification has a positive effect on teacher performance. Second, teacher work motivation partially has a positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how using group work techniques has increased student learning activity. Class action research is the approach employed in this study. Planning, carrying out, observing, and reflecting are the four stages of this process. This study was carried out between March and May with participants in classes V. The study was done over the course of two cycles, with two meetings per cycle. The findings indicated that student learning activity increased with each cycle. This is demonstrated by the results of the students that participated in cycle I, where five students achieved a percentage of 15.62% and an average student learning activity of 62.19%. As opposed to cycle II, where 28 (twenty eight) students were active, the average student learning activity was 88.92% and the percentage of active students was 87.50%. In light of the average percentage of active students meeting the desired action intervention results, i.e. 80%, it can be stated that the implementation of the group work approach can boost the activeness of student learning. Increased student learning activity was accompanied by successful learning outcomes, namely 83.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine Indonesia's readiness in implementing the Travel Bubble, map which countries are most appropriate for a travel bubble based on the covid case that occurs and to map safe transportation corridors to leading tourist destinations in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative research method by describing statistical data to draw conclusions, the data used are secondary data published by related organizations and previous research data related to this research. The results of this study explain that Indonesia is still not ready for the existing conditions, it needs other adjustments, while the best countries for a travel bubble with Indonesia are China, Singapore, the Netherlands and Saudi Arabia. Covid-19 free transportation corridors that can be mapped are the Yogyakarta - Bali - Lombok - Komodo Island corridor, the Bali - Toraja corridor via Makassar and the Bali - Raja Ampat corridor via Biak

Abstract

Competition today among schools forces each school management to improve teacher performance by providing motivation, involving teachers in training, and providing compensation or bonuses to teachers who successfully carry out their duties properly. This research aims to know the effect of salary on teacher productivity and determine the effect of work motivation on teacher productivity. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The quantitative research method can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine specific populations or samples and collect data using research instruments. Data analysis is quantitative statistics to test established hypotheses. The research carried out by the authors in this study is by distributing questionnaires to teachers at SMA Della Strada North Jakarta. The results of this research show that salary and motivation have a positive and significant influence on teacher productivity.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri 4.0 dan juga perkembangan teknologi informasi mengharuskan sistem Pendidikan kita harus berubah. Teknologi informasi seperti pisau bermata dua yang bisa memberikan manfaat ataupun petaka jika dilihat dari sudut pandang dunia Pendidikan. Perkembangan terbaru saat ini terkait teknologi informasi yang memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap dunia Pendidikan adalah kemunculan artificial intelligence (kecerdasan buatan) bernama ChatGPT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dampak ChatGPT pada dunia Pendidikan terutama Pendidikan vokasi penerbangan dibawah BPSDM Perhubungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisa statistik dekristif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa hasil persepsi taruna penerbangan dan data sekunder berupa hasil penelitian terhadahulu. 314 responden dari total 3141 taruna telah mengisi keusioner yang diberikan dari bulan februari s.d maret 2022. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik snowball. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 31,5% dari taruna penerbangan mengetahui terkait aplikasi ChatGPT dan 16,9% diantaranya pernah menggunakan untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar. Aplikasi ChatGPT menjadi bermanfaat diterapkan sebagai alat bantu Pendidikan berupa literasi dengan menerapkan tigal langkah korektif berupa perubahan pola pengusahan dan pengembangan karakater, peningkatan literasi dan yang ketiga adalah pelaksanaan ujian secara mixing (campuran) dari tulis, oral dan juga praktek.

Abstract

The achievements achieved by students not only impact the students but, of course, also impact the educational institutions where the students attend school. The many academic achievements obtained by students will be beneficial not only for the image of educational institutions but also for various other positive things such as accreditation status and evaluation of school performance. Students' academic achievement will encourage students to continue to improve their competence and form a competitive spirit. This study examines and analyzes the role of learning culture and the application of problem-based learning on student academic achievement. This research is qualitative, where researchers conduct interviews and observations in collecting data. In addition, this study uses literature and previous research studies that discuss the same variables and problems, namely those related to student academic achievement. The unit of analysis in this study includes students at the high school level in Indonesia, while the observation unit involves teachers, principals, and parents of students. This study concludes that building a learning culture that is pro or supports the adoption and use of technology and digitalization in the learning process and the application of problem-based learning can create and improve student academic achievement. The research suggests that school management should continue facilitating and encouraging teachers and students to optimize a learning culture oriented toward technology and digitalization. Teachers are also encouraged to maintain their performance in realizing learning oriented towards problem-based learning to improve students' academic achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine inclusive education policies and systems for stakeholders in order to create justice and equal distribution of educational benefits for each student. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using narrative interview techniques. The results of the study concluded that there were efforts to improve the quality of education, however, the education system still faces significant problems and challenges, one of the challenges experienced by school administrators and the government is the controversy related to special education standards which are considered discriminatory against students with disabilities. The government and school management are also required to provide adequate medical rehabilitation facilities, where these facilities are expected to focus on improving the quality of individual students and overcoming social and environmental barriers. Another result of the study is that researchers identified that regular schools are currently still struggling to implement the principle of inclusivity in its entirety. Policy and cultural transformation is expected to change mindsets and guarantee the rights of students with disabilities and achieve effective and inclusive learning designs.
