Abstract

Hasil dari laporan karyawan yang sulit telusur dokumen-dokumen. Banyaknya laporan surat masuk yang hilang tidak terdisposisi dengan baik. Dan juga beberapa faktor seperti ruangan/tempat yang tersedia belum mencukupi. Melihat kondisi tersebut, penulis bermaksud melakukan penelitian yang bertujuan memberikansolusi melalui pengkajian berbagai teori dan analisa dilapangan dalam rangkapengembangan aplikasi web manajemen kearsipan. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan juga pengamatan berupa analisis sistem yang berlaku padamanajementersebut. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran untuk mendesain sebuah sistem berbasis web. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah organisasi Majelis Ulama Indonesia memiliki kekuatan internal dan peluang yang tinggi untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kearsipan pada Organisasi Majelis Ulama Indonesia. Dan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi tersebut efektif dan akurat sesuai yang diharapkan. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan yang menguji dampak implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kearsipan tersebut

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of a good capital market in a country is one of the characteristics of an advanced industrial country, because the capital market is one of the important elements to measure the economic progress of a country. Information on bond issuance for investors is good information, because investors judge that bond issuance shows companies are able to improve company performance. This information can have an impact on stock prices if the information gets a positive response from investors. The researcher conducted this study aimed to determine the effect of sukuk issuance on the reaction of the Islamic capital market. This study included quantitative research with a sample of 23 sukuk issuance and using secondary data which included financial statements, Jakarta Islamic index, sukuk rating, sukuk issuance value. Data analysis using data normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The analysis found that the value and rating of sukuk issuance simultaneously had a significant effect on the reaction of the Islamic capital market, to partially analyze the value and rating of sukuk issuance significantly influenced the reaction of the Islamic capital market.  Keywords: Sukuk Value, Sukuk Rating, and Islamic Capital Market

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide an understanding to the youth of Jati Mulyo Village regarding the use of social media in anti-corruption advocacy. Through social media, the village youth will actively participate in combating criminal activities through anti-corruption campaigns. The objective of this activity is to foster awareness and consciousness about the dangers and anti-corruption behavior among the youth today. Consequently, they can alter their perceptions and attitudes towards corruption and actively resist it. The method employed in this community service is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which has enhanced knowledge and understanding regarding the use of social media in anti-corruption education among the village youth. The outcomes of this service show that the youth in Jati Mulyo Village have effectively absorbed the knowledge and can formulate anti-corruption campaigns through social media that are compliant with the law..

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of low grades in Arabic language learning subjects in class 1C MTs Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School, South Jakarta. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK), data collection techniques with observation, oral and written tests, documentation. In this study, the subjects were students of class 1C MTs Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School, South Jakarta in the 2022/2023 school year consisting of 40 students. The object in this study is the improvement of students' learning achievement in Arabic language subjects using the direct method of class 1C MTs Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School, South Jakarta. The increase in students' learning achievement in Arabic language subjects has increased, it can be seen from each cycle that changes have occurred. In the pre-cycle the results were 62%, increased in cycle 1 with a result of 66%, and in cycle 2 increased with a result of 73%. From the learning activities that have been carried out, the learning achievement of students' Arabic language has increased and has reached the predetermined success criteria, it shows that the direct method is successful in improving students' Arabic language in class 1C MTs Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School, South Jakarta.

Abstract

Pemilu 2024 akan dilaksanakan pada 14 Februari 2024. Meskipun tahapan verifikasi partai politik telah dimulai dan menetapkan 24 partai politik lolos administrasi, namun pelaksanaannya dengan atau tanpa protokol kesehatan belum terdapat keputusan. Bila pelaksanaan Pemilu 2024 masih menggunakan protokol kesehatan, maka dapat dipastikan pelaksanaannya akan relatif sama dengan gelaran Pilkada Serentak 2020 yang menimbulkan banyak persoalan karena didesain di tengah kondisi pandemi covid-19. Artikel ini mengkaji tentang pertimbangan pelaksanaan Pemilu 2024 tanpa protokol kesehatan dan menyimpulkan bahwa saat ini masyarakat telah hidup normal dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatannya secara individu. Disamping kasus covid-19 yang relatif kecil dan pelonggaran terhadap kebijakan baik pembatasan sosial maupun penggunaan masker. Efisiensi anggaran akan sangat berpengaruh bila didistribusikan pada bidang lain dalam rangka pemulihan ekonomi dibandingkan dengan membeli pembersih tangan, membuat TPS baru, dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to provide assistance and facilitation to Nahdliyin women business actors so that they have independence and business skills. Providing enforcement of the informal sector as an advanced, competitive and productive business entity, as well as mobilizing the potential of existing resources as a community business force that can support the family economy. Devotion answers existing problems such as limited resources, existing business, product limitations and limited market reach. Service is carried out using a participatory method by placing partners as holders of a more dominant role. The service begins with training, then a business cluster is formed and the formation of business entities is facilitated for partners.

Abstract

Children are creatures created by God that must be protected and maintained with honor and dignity. The fulfillment of children's rights is an interesting issue to discuss. This study aims to analyze the fulfillment of children's rights in the family from the perspective of Fiqh and analyze effective ways that must be done so that the guarantee of the fulfillment of children's rights can be realized properly. This study uses a literature review. The data collection technique used is documentation, which examines scientific journals, books, and documents related to the research object. The analysis method used in this study is the Miles and Huberman analysis method. The data validation technique used is source triangulation, which compares one source with another source so that the data obtained is valid. An important finding in this study is the fulfillment of children's rights if narrowed down more deeply into five things: the fulfillment of rights related to religious affairs (Hifz al-din), the fulfillment of rights related to the soul (Hifz al-nafs), the fulfillment of rights related to honor and nasab (Hifz al-Nasl), the fulfillment of rights related to reason (hifz al-aql), and the fulfillment of rights related to property (Hifz al-mal). Children must be guaranteed their right to grow and develop following their nature; therefore, all forms of treatment that interfere with and damage children's rights in various forms of violence, discrimination, and exploitation that are not inclusive must be abolished without exception. The guarantee of the fulfillment of children's rights needs to be integrated with the applicable legal regulations in society to be more effective, namely Law Number 4 of 1979, Presidential Decree Number 36 of 1990, and Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection as a form of amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. This study contributes to the academic discourse by offering a normative reconstruction of children's rights within the family through the lens of maqaṣid al-shari'ah, thereby integrating classical fiqh principles with contemporary child protection laws in Indonesia.
