Abstract

Development of Arabic Language Learning books for additional lessons to improve language skills at Ma'had Aly Namira Lamongan. This thesis aims to prepare teaching materials to improve language skills in Arabic language learning activities at Ma'had Aly Namira. However, in this institution, the level of awareness students approach lessons differently, especially in Arabic; some are superior to others, some are average, and some need additional help outside of class. Research was carried out using a pre and post-test design. As for the research results, the preparation of additional books in Arabic language teaching at the Namira Higher Institute for additional studies was well-prepared by researchers because additional books went through a lot of design, arbitration, correction, modification, then field experience, and finally the final production, namely additional books. Additional books for developing four skills at Ma'had Aly Namira Lamongan are good because the student results after teaching the book are higher than before teaching them, and that is because the average student results in the pre-test are 67.8125%. In the post test, the percentage is 89.625%. Likewise, the number of "t counts" is greater than the number of "t tables", namely 9.156. Depending on the results obtained by students in the pre and post-tests, results (t-test), and questionnaire results, it was found that additional books were designed to develop four language skills at Namira Higher Institute. Lamongan is effective. This has a positive effect on the development of language skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis infografis menggunakan aplikasi Canva guna meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa di SMKN 6 Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang melibatkan tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media infografis berbasis Canva secara signifikan meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam memahami materi serta memperbaiki hasil belajar mereka. Siswa menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan keterlibatan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Implementasi media ini tidak hanya membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik, tetapi juga membantu siswa dalam mengorganisasi informasi dengan lebih efektif. Dengan demikian, pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis infografis menggunakan Canva terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa di SMKN 6 Surabaya.

Abstract

Fenomena change order dalam kontrak konstruksi multinasional menjadi persoalan hukum yang kompleks akibat beragamnya sistem hukum yang mendasari hubungan para pihak. Perbedaan prinsip antara sistem civil law dan common law memunculkan variasi dalam penyusunan klausul, prosedur perubahan pekerjaan, serta mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem hukum terhadap penyelesaian change order dengan menyoroti perbandingan karakteristik, mekanisme hukum, dan implikasi kontraktual di antara kedua sistem tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan komparatif, didukung oleh analisis terhadap bahan hukum primer seperti kontrak FIDIC, peraturan perundang-undangan nasional, dan putusan pengadilan internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem civil law menekankan kepastian kontraktual dan prosedural, sedangkan sistem common law lebih fleksibel dalam interpretasi kontrak berdasarkan praktik komersial dan precedent. Secara spesifik, civil law memerlukan dokumentasi formal tertulis untuk setiap perubahan kontrak dengan rata-rata waktu penyelesaian amendemen 45-60 hari, sementara common law memungkinkan perubahan lisan dengan validasi substantif yang mempercepat implementasi hingga 30-40% lebih cepat. Namun, pendekatan common law menghasilkan tingkat sengketa 25% lebih tinggi akibat ambiguitas interpretasi. Perbedaan ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pola penyelesaian change order, terutama dalam aspek pembuktian dan tanggung jawab hukum para pihak. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada upaya harmonisasi hukum kontrak internasional melalui rekomendasi model integratif yang memadukan kepastian hukum civil law dengan fleksibilitas common law.

Abstract

Collaborative-contextual learning strongly emphasizes group activities, learning interactions, and collaboration between students in carrying out tasks. In learning with collaborative-contextual methods directed so that students can be actively involved, by conducting learning activities such as presenting assignments, paying attention to explanations from lecturers or colleagues, discussing, asking questions, expressing opinions, and answering questions. The aim of collaborative-contextual learning to be achieved is to improve learning activities and student participation in geomorphology learning. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and action. The target in this study as the research subjects were 21 students in the third semester who took geomorphology courses. Data collection method using observation (observation sheet), test (question / case study), and documentation (photo, video). Data analysis using interactive analysis. Based on the data obtained from the research results it can be concluded that, the stages of collaborative-contextual learning that have been applied have successfully involved students actively during the learning process. This is because, all stages of learning activities emphasize the involvement of students from the beginning to the end of learning. Students become more active, the learning atmosphere becomes more conducive, group discussion becomes more lively because all group members prepare the discussion material well. They also became more enthusiastic and active in every lesson. With better quality learning, students' understanding of the learning process becomes good and understanding of the lecture material also becomes better

Abstract

This study aims to examine the dynamics of the financial performance of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk during the pre-crisis period, the COVID-19 crisis, and the post-crisis recovery phase from 2019 to 2023. A descriptive quantitative approach is employed using financial statement analysis, including vertical analysis, horizontal analysis, and financial ratio analysis covering profitability, liquidity, solvency, operational efficiency, and market ratios. The study utilizes secondary data derived from the company’s audited annual financial statements and official publications of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results indicate that prior to the pandemic, the company’s operational performance was relatively stable but exhibited underlying structural vulnerabilities. During the crisis period of 2020–2021, the sharp decline in air travel demand evolved into significant financial distress, as reflected in declining profitability, weakened operating cash flows, increased leverage, and the emergence of negative equity. In the post-crisis period of 2022–2023, financial performance began to recover in line with demand rebound and financial restructuring, although the recovery remained partial and was not yet fully supported by structural cost efficiency. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening cost efficiency and capital structure to enhance the long-term financial resilience of state-owned airlines in the face of external shocks.
