Abstract

In the context of the world of work, the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on motivation and job satisfaction is an increasingly relevant research topic. Organizational culture reflects the values, norms, and beliefs held together by members of an organization, while organizational commitment reflects the level of attachment and loyalty of individuals to the organization where they work. These two factors are believed to have an important role in shaping employee motivation and job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the motivation and job satisfaction of employees and lecturers in an organizational environment. This research is a quantitative study. This research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah University of Palu, using 129 respondents consisting of employees and lecturers as research samples. The data analysis used in this study was through structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on motivation and job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. By creating a motivating and satisfying work environment, universities can improve academic and administrative performance, which in turn will improve the reputation and attractiveness of the institution to prospective students and other stakeholders.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kerja pegawai pada kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi. Adapun hasil penelitian Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi dapat melaksanakan tugas sebagaimana rencana yang telah ditentukan. efektivitas kerja pegawai yang makin baik, karena pekerjaan-pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu. Hasil dan pelaksanaan kerja juga dapat dilihat dari penyelesaian tugas dan kreativitas pegawai untuk publikasi pada website Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi. Jumlah pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi mendukung melaksanakan tugas pekerjaan, apalagi ada sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan yang dapat mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Tanggung jawab pegawai di Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi juga cukup tinggi, yang ditunjang oleh kemampuan atau skill pegawai yang sesuai dengan bidang tugasnya dan koordinasi antar bagian maupun antar unit kerja yang dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Serta waktu pelaksanaan kerja sudah sesuai dengan perencanaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis independensi dan integritas secara serempak maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas audit pada kantor Inspektorat Daerah Propinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Adapun hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda hasil perhitungan diperoleh Fhitung = 16,461 pada taraf nyata ? = 0,05 atau ? < 0,05, Untuk variabel independensi, hasil perhitungannya menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,393, sementara tingkat signifikasi t sebesar 0,030 hal ini menunjukan bahwa independensi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kualitas auditor Inspektorat Daerah Propinsi Sulawesi Tengah, Untuk variabel integritas, hasil perhitungannya menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,447, sementara tingkat signifikasi t sebesar 0,029 hal ini menunjukan bahwa integritas berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kualitas auditor Inspektorat Daerah Propinsi Sulawesi Tengah.

Abstract

This research aims to explore effective human resource management (HR) strategies in increasing employee engagement among Generation Z. By understanding their characteristics and preferences, this research identifies key factors that influence employee engagement and formulates HR strategies that can improve retention, motivation, and engagement among Generation Z. By understanding their characteristics and preferences, this study identifies the key factors that influence employee engagement and formulates HR strategies that can improve the retention, motivation, and productivity of the Generation Z workforce. This study uses a systematic literature review method with a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data was collected from scholarly journals, industry reports, and reputable academic publications focusing on Generation Z employee engagement. Analysis was conducted by synthesizing previous research findings to identify patterns, trends, and strategic recommendations in improving employee engagement. The results show that employee engagement among Generation Z is influenced by four main factors: (1) work flexibility, (2) technology-based communication, (3) employer branding, and (4) career development opportunities. The findings confirm that companies need to implement more adaptive policies, such as a flexible work environment, utilizing technology in communication, strengthening company values through employer branding, and providing clear career paths. This study provides insights for organizations in designing HR policies that are more relevant to the needs of Generation Z. By implementing strategies that focus on flexibility, technology, and career development, companies can increase employee engagement and loyalty, which in turn has a positive impact on organizational productivity and competitiveness.

Abstract

PT. Changtu Jaya Indonesia. The villages of Dolago and Boyantongo in South Parigi Subdistrict have recruited local workers. Young men and women from the surrounding villages, approximately 200 people, met the following employment requirements: 1) young workers, 2) aged between 21 and 24 years old, 3) disciplined, 4) diligent, 5) obedient to orders. The research methods used were: 1) conducting a location survey, 2) interviewing workers, and 3) distributing questionnaires to the research subjects. Respondent identity: The female gender rate was dominant at 9 frequencies or (0.6)%, compared to the male gender rate of only (0.4)%. The highest age group was 21 to 24 years old = 10 frequencies or (0.67)%, and other ages (0.33)%. The dominant education level was senior high school = 8 frequencies or (0.54)%, and other education levels (0.46)%. The Role of Young People in Labour Absorption: Regarding workers ‘having a healthy physical condition’, 10 respondents strongly agreed or (0.067)%, and others (0.33). Regarding the availability of materials and goods, 9 respondents strongly agreed (0.6%) and the rest agreed (0.4%). Regarding the availability of short training courses, 8 respondents strongly agreed (0.53%) and the rest agreed (0.47%). Montong durian business exports: Regarding durian business exports ‘gaining large profits’, 13 respondents strongly agreed (0.87%), and the rest (0.13%). Regarding ‘business development’ facilities and infrastructure, strongly agree 10 frequencies or (0.67)%, and others (0.33)%. Regarding the opportunity for companies to open ‘isolated work areas for cooperation’, strongly agree 9 frequencies or (0.06), and others (0.4)%. Change management at PT.Changtu Jaya Indonesia: Regarding motivation to obtain rewards or career advancement, 10 respondents strongly agreed (0.67%), and the rest (0.33%) disagreed. Regarding moral motivation to work together, 8 respondents strongly agreed (0.53%), and the rest (0.47%) disagreed. Regarding motivation for compliance with leadership, 8 respondents strongly agreed (0.53%), and the rest (0.47%).
