The problem of this research is that the performance of police officers is still not optimal in dealing with work stress and pressure, handling conflicts well, or communicating effectively within the scope of work and society where the duties and responsibilities faced by police officers are often heavy and full of pressure. If employees cannot manage stress well, they can experience physical and mental fatigue, which can impact their performance in handling daily tasks. This study aimed to determine both simultaneously and partially the influence of emotional intelligence and individual characteristics on the performance of police employees. The method used is quantitative descriptive using secondary data by distributing questionnaires, processed using the SPSS application with multiple linear regression techniques. The findings of this research are that there is an influence between emotional intelligence and individual characteristics on the performance of police employees both in partial and simultaneous terms. The implication of this research is that emotional intelligence helps police employees manage stress better, remain calm under pressure, and face stressful situations without losing self-control. These emotional and personality aspects play a key role in ensuring effective public services and creating positive relationships with the public.

This study examined the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga. The research design was quantitative research, and the data collection method used was a questionnaire. The research population was 223 RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga employees, and the sample used was 100 respondents. Sampling uses a sampling technique with the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used the PLS (Partial least square) with a structural equation model (SEM) path analysis approach using the Smart PLS application program. The results of this study indicated that Leadership style and organizational culture influence the performance of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga employees. Work motivation and work discipline do not affect the performance of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga employees. Leadership style and work motivation also influence work discipline, while organizational culture does not influence the work discipline of employees at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga. Leadership style, work motivation and work discipline do not influence the performance of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga employees through work discipline

Desa Pemepek di Kecamatan Pringgarata, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, memiliki potensi wisata yang kaya akan keindahan alam dan budaya lokal. Namun, kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam promosi wisata menjadi kendala dalam menarik minat wisatawan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pendampingan pengelolaan website promosi wisata dilakukan untuk meningkatkan visibilitas destinasi wisata desa secara digital. Pendampingan ini mencakup pelatihan pengelolaan konten, optimasi SEO, serta pemanfaatan media sosial yang terintegrasi dengan website. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendampingan ini meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, dan evaluasi berkala guna memastikan website dikelola secara berkelanjutan oleh masyarakat desa. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengelola dalam mengelola website, serta meningkatnya jumlah kunjungan ke platform digital promosi wisata desa. Dengan adanya pendampingan ini, diharapkan Desa Pemepek dapat lebih dikenal oleh wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap perekonomian lokal. Kinerja guru perlu dilakukan perbaikan dalam rangkan untuk mengelola pembelajaran melalui kolaborasi pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan. Model Project Based Learning dengan pendekatan Lesson Study menciptakan pembelajaran yang berpusat pengembangan kemampuan siswa dan secara bersama-sama dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui refleksi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan oleh guru. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru dalam melaksanakan open kelas melalui model Project Based Learning dengan pendekatan Lesson Study. Metode yang digunakan untuk mensosialisasikan program Lesson Study dan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning di sekolah berupa metode ceramah, metode diskusi, wawancara, dan metode praktek lapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah sebesar 100% peserta kegiatan sangat setuju bahwa kegiatan pendampingan ini sangat penting diadakan, dan sebesar 85,74 sangat setuju bahwa Lesson memberikan dampak yang baik bagi pengembangan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Demikian juga, pendampingan pada kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi guru untuk membangun kolaboratif sesama guru bidang studi, dan proses pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Lesson Study adalah proses pembelajaran yang menarik sehingga ada keinginan untuk melaksanakan open kelas menggunakan Lesson Study.

Perkembangan ovarium ikan mempengaruhi kualitas anakan yang dihasilkan. Penelitian bertujuan mempercepat kematangan gonad ikan patin dengan suplemetasi ekstrak katuk (0,6 g/kg pakan), tepung kunyit (4,8 g/kg pakan), dan vitamin C (599 mg/kg pakan). Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap, 8 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, yaitu CON (Kontrol), SA (ekstrak katuk), TU (tepung kunyit), VC (vitamin C), SATU (ekstrak katuk dan tepung kunyit), SAVC (ekstrak katuk dan vitamin C), TUVC (tepung kunyit dan vitamin C), dan COM (ekstrak katuk, tepung kunyit, dan vitamin C). Induk ikan dipelihara selama 2 bulan dengan pemberian pakan dosis 5% bobot tubuh. Parameter yang diamati adalah bobot induk, bobot gonad, gonadosomatik indeks (GSI), histologi ovarium, dan diameter oosit fase endogenous vitelogenesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan ekstrak katuk, tepung kunyit, dan vitamin C menghasilkan nilai GSI dan bobot gonad yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kontrol. Perkembangan oosit dengan suplementasi ekstrak katuk, tepung kunyit, dan vitamin C mencapai fase endogenous vitelogenesis, sedangkan pada perlakuan kontrol masih banyak oosit pada fase previtelogenesis. Ukuran oosit fase endogenous vitelogenesis tertinggi ditemukan pada perlakuan kombinasi (603.60±99.09 µm) dan terendah pada kontrol (412.60±39.76 µm). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan ekstrak katuk, tepung kunyit, dan vitamin C mampu mempercepat perkembangan dan kualitas oosit ikan patin.

This study explores the contribution of women’s knowledge in promoting accountability in village fund management while simultaneously fostering the development of the creative economy in Rimo Mungkur Village. Using a qualitative approach with interviews, observations, and documentation, the study finds that women’s involvement goes beyond being mere beneficiaries; they play a significant role as social oversight agents in ensuring transparency and accountability of village funds. The local knowledge possessed by women is utilized to identify community priority needs, ensure program alignment with local conditions, and encourage more participatory governance practices. Furthermore, rural women serve as driving forces in developing creative economic activities based on local potentials, such as agricultural product processing, handicrafts, and home-based micro-enterprises. These activities not only enhance household income but also strengthen village economic independence. The findings demonstrate that the integration of women’s knowledge, village fund accountability, and creative economy development forms a more inclusive and sustainable rural development ecosystem. This study is relevant to rural economy studies, emphasizing the importance of social actors’ participation in achieving fair, transparent, and empowerment-oriented governance.

The existence of smoking behavior as part of a lifestyle and necessity, as well as seeing the dangers of smoking which are quite high, has led to the emergence of technological innovation in terms of smoking with electronic cigarette products or electric vaporizers which are usually called vapes. . The aim of this research is to determine the role of customer satisfaction as a moderating variable whether it is able to strengthen the influence of service, shop atmosphere and location on customer loyalty. The population in this study were 11 customers in Tenggarong. The sample in this study was 90 people who had made purchases at 11 Tenggarong. Sampling used non-probability sampling techniques and data analysis tools using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS version 4 software. The results of the research show that (1) Service has no effect on Customer Loyalty (2) Store Atmosphere has no effect on Customer Loyalty (2) Store atmosphere has no effect on customer loyalty (3) Location has no effect on customer loyalty (4) Customer satisfaction has no effect on customer loyalty (5) Customer satisfaction does not moderate service on customer loyalty (6) Customer satisfaction does not moderate store atmosphere on customer loyalty (7) Customer Satisfaction does not moderate Location on Customer Loyalty.

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah: memberi pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada guru SMP tentang lesson study beserta perangkat pembelajarannya, Guru SMP dapat melaksanakan opesn kelas menggunakan lesson study, dan Guru SMP dapat menemukan kendala pembelajaran serta cara mengatasinya melalau lesson study. Tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah salah satu SMP di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan lesson study terdiri atas 3 tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk mensosialisasikan program Lesson study di sekolah berupa metode ceramah, metode diskusi, wawancara, dan metode praktek lapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah umumnya (72.27%) guru-guru SMP sangat setuju bahwa sosialisasi Lesson study sangat penting diadakan, dan dapat memberikan dampak yang baik bagi pengembangan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Ada (81.82%) sangat setuju bahwa Lesson study bermanfaat bagi guru untuk membangun kolaboratif sesama guru bidang studi.
