Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu dari kegiatan tri darma perguruan tinggi, tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalag untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Jurusan Teknik Sipil – Institut Teknologi Adhi Tama Surabaya (ITATS) melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan topik ‘’Sosialisasi Pengelolaan Sampah Rumah Tangga di Lingkungan RW 02 Kelurahan Kertajaya Kecamatan Gubeng Kota Surabaya’’ yang bekerja sama dengan masyarakat dan perangkat RW 02 Kecamatan Kertajaya Kecamatan Gubeng Kota surabaya dan sosialisassi dilakukan di balai RW. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan kegiatan sosialisasi Pengolahan Sampah Rumah Tangga kepada warga setempat adalah adanya pemanfaatan sampah rumah tangga yang dijadikan sebagai kerajinan tangan dan memiliki nilai ekonomis. Adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat, khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga agar dapat mengembangkan kreativitasnya melalui pelatihan membuat kerajinan tangan yang bernilai jual sehingga dapat meningkatkan penghasilan mereka. Dengan demikian kami sebagai civitas akademik memberikan edukasi dan ilmu kami untuk warga setempat di masa pandemi COVID-19 saat ini

Abstract

Sikap dan perilaku pekerja merupakan gambaran nyata penerapan gaya kepemimpinan di pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Sikap dan perilaku pekerja adalah cerminan dari budaya K3, oleh karena itu peranan kepemimpinan sangat penting dalam membentuk budaya K3. Kepemimpinan yang sadar dan komitmen terhadap K3 harus ada dalam jiwanya, sehingga seluruh anggota perusahaan bersemangat mematuhi sistem manajemen K3, dengan demikian maka budaya K3 dapat berhasil terwujudkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap budaya k3 yang dimoderasi tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pengambilan data melalui kuesioner. Responden penelitian yaitu project manager, site manager, pengawas, dan mandor, dengan ukuran sampel 60 responden pada 6 proyek konstruksi di Surabaya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan variabel moderarasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap budaya K3 (α<5%), sedangkan variabel moderasi tingkat pendidikan pemimpin memperlemah pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap budaya K3.

Abstract

Jl. Granit Nila berada pada wilayah Kota Gresik, merupakan kawasan pada setiap musim penghujan selalu terjadi genangan air. Dilakukan analisa perhitungan kapasitas saluran eksisting dan membandingkanya dengan debit yang dihitung menggunakan metode rasional untuk mengetahui debit banjir rencana setiap saluran. Didapatkan hasil perhitungan curah hujan rencana periode ulang 2 tahun sebesar 86,12 mm, periode ulang 5 tahun sebesar 102,57 mm dan periode ulang 10 tahun sebesar 109,9 mm, yang akan digunakan sebagai perhitungan debit air hujan dan debit air hujan Limpasan kemudia dijumlah sebagai debit banjir rencana. Dari perhitungan evaluasi kapasitas saluran eksisting, didapatkan hasil bahwa saluran drainase tidak dapat menampung debit curah hujan serta limpasan yang terjadi, sehingga mengakibatkan genangan pada lokasi studi yang diteliti. Untuk saluran tersier yang mengalami luapan paling besar terjadi pada saluran GN’T 5 sebesar 1,234 m3/dt sedangkan saluran hanya dapat menampung debit sebesar 0,198 m3/dt, sedangkan saluran sekunder GN’S 9 hanya bisa menampung debit sebesar 0,543 m3/dt sedangkan luapan yang terjadi sebesar 3,697 m3/dt. Didapatkan hasil perhitungan debit banjir rencana pada saluran GN’T 1 = 0,616, GN’T 2 = 0,686 m3/dt, GN’T 3 = 0,579 m3/dt, GN’T 4 = 0,543 m3/dt, GN’T 5 = 1,234 m3/dt, GN’T 6 = 1,177 m3/dt, GN’T 7 = 0,295 m3/dt, GN’T 8 = 0,961 m3/dt dan GN’S 9 = 3,697 m3/dt sehingga saluran dapat menampung debit banjir yang terjadi. Kata kunci: Genangan, Banjir, Drainase, Saluran, Limpasan.

Abstract

Every construction work must have a big influence on work accidents. Occupational safety and health (K3) issues in construction services in general are often ignored. This shows the number of work accidents in this sector. Facts in the field of occupational safety and health (K3) implementation are still rarely done, because it only takes away time, first, it costs quite a lot for K3 needs. Therefore, this research will examine the planning of the Estimated Cost of Risk Prevention and OHS Supervision Costs in Office Construction Projects in Surabaya. The method used is making direct observations in the field, identifying accidents in the field, analyzing each sub-job in fulfilling K3 needs, interviews, officers and taking documentation in the field. From this research obtained for the cost (K3) Rp. 51,975,000, - and for the contract fee is Rp. 3,250,336,000, - so the percentage is 1.62%. The K3 needs evaluation plan is carried out using SNI and ANSI standards. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the OSH costs do not have a major effect on the overall project costs if calculated in detail, precisely with the K3 financing calculations it will be younger for companies to see the OHS costs that will be used for the Kalidami office building construction project in Surabaya.

Abstract

Proyek konstruksi merupakan suatu bidang pekerjaan dengan resiko kecelakaan kerjanya sangat tinggi di bandingkan dengan bidang pekerjaan yang lain, saat ini PT.Tatamulia Nusantara Indah sedang melaksanakan pembangunan Gereja Mawar Sharon Surabaya memerlukan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang baik guna dapat mencegah dan mengurangi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman bagi pekerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang di lakukan di Gereja Mawar Sharon Surabaya dan hambatan yang dapat mempengaruhinya dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada para pekerja lapangan dan staff K3. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pada pembangunan Gereja Mawar Sharon Surabaya telah menerapkan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan baik tetapi batas waktu pekerjaan yang diberikan pihak perusahaan membuat para pekerja merasa kurang nyaman.

Abstract

Lapindo mud waste is hot mud from PT. Lapindo Brantas allegedly contains hazardous materials. Utilization of Lapindo mud waste must be carried out with several tests. Testing on the characteristics of the waste using the Toxicit Characteristic Leadching Procedure (TCLP) test. This research was conducted on a laboratory scale by varying the composition of cement, fine aggregate and Lapindo mud ((1:2:10), (1:3:10), (1:3:9) which were used as bricks and will be tested for absorption. brick brick gravity test, brick surface friction test The results of this study are the average compressive strength of bricks using Lapindo mud with a mixture composition of 10% mud decreased by 18.09 Kg/cm², the composition of the mixture 7.5% mud, namely 18.57 Kg/cm², and 5% mix composition, which is 20.94 Kg/cm², can be categorized as B4 quality bricks (Used for non-weather protected walls), with a standard strength of 21 kg/cm². Meanwhile, the absorption test of all brick compositions meets the requirements SNI is based on SNI 03-0349-1989 regarding concrete bricks (brick), the maximum air absorption rate requirement is 25%.Keywords: Brick, Lapindo Mud, Absorption Test

Abstract

Drainage refers to a vital component for water disposal so that a region or area can hinder potential puddle due to excessive water on the land surface. Therefore, a good plan adjusting the land condition of residential area belongs to a fundamental matter. Jade Hamlet Residence is located on Hulaan highway, Hulaan Urban Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency, covering an area ±20 hectares and consisting of housing area, park, public facility, and catchment area. The drainage channel at this residence serves as the drainage for rain water and household dirty water disposal. During the rainy season in 2018 and 2019, the channel and bozem or drainage basin of this residence encountered overflowing and eventually caused puddle. To overcome this problem, the capacities of bozem and channel are in need of analysis and evaluation so as to figure out the runoff volume that can be accommodated in the bozem and investigate the discharge planned in the drainage channel by employing Log Person III method, chi-square distribution fit test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, rational formula, and exponential method. The results of analysis and evaluation demonstrated that the bozem capacity could not afford the runoff discharge (298.35 m3 309.55 m3), thereby demanding additional length and depth against the existing bozem. Meanwhile, the calculation of flood discharge planned for the drainage channels of S4.Ry3, S6.Ry1, S6.D1, S6.I2, S6.Cs1, S6.Rc1, S6.Rc2 indicate that they need redesigning by altering the channel dimension as the discharge capacity exceeds the channel.

Abstract

Jeans dyeing is one of the large or small scale industries that produces liquid waste from the coloring process. Liquid waste that enters the water will cause environmental pollution. It is necessary to study about the nature and characteristics of jeans dye wastewater through the toxicity test that refers to USEPA (2000) and OECD (2004) standards. Tests carried out by entering the concentration of certain wastewater in 5 (five) reactors with tilapia fish (Oreochromis niloticus) biota. Preliminary research conducted in 7 day acclimation process and 1 day range finding test. Running process carried out for 96 hours for fish 5 cm. The analysis was carried out every 24th, 48th, 72th and 96th hour for analysis of temperature, pH, DO, and mortality. Heavy metal (Cr) analysis was carried out in fish bodies and wastewater at each concentration. The initial characteristics of jeans stained liquid waste for pH: 7, temperature: 30, 7ºC, DO: 8.5 mg/l, TSS: 1040.0 mg/l; BOD: 137 mg/l; COD: 484.8 mg/l and Total chrome: 3.079 mg/l. The level of LC50 toxicity concentration in tilapia fish fish 5 cm size of 12.59% results obtained from the calculation of probit with excel software. The content of chrome total (Cr) contained in the test biota for 96 hours ranged from 1.03 l/kg to 1.93 l/kg.

Abstract

Batara Housing is a housing managed by PT Bumi Persada Hijau which is located in Sirnoboyo Village, Benjeng District, Gresik. This housing is an example of housing that was built with a rural concept in one area to improve facilities in the housing. So that, PT Bumi Persada Hijau could improve the facilities. This study aimed to measure the level of satisfaction felt by residents of Batara Housing and find out what they were the main improvements in the housing. To determine the level of satisfaction of Batara Housing Residents, the researcher compared the value of interests and services provided from the results of processing and analyzing the questionnaires distributed. The researcher conducted validity and reliability tests with statistical calculation tools to find out if the questionnaire used in this study was following the provisions. The researcher used five variables, namely building design, facilities and infrastructure, rates/prices, guarantees against surrounding problems, location conditions, and social environmental conditions. From the results of research and analysis using the IPA method, the researchers got (1) the value of the level of satisfaction of residents of Batara Housing on infrastructure was 73% 100%, which meant that consumers were not satisfied with the services provided because it was still far from the expectations desired by housing residents, (2) for priority improvements so that services were getting better, PT Bumi Persada Hijau needed to make improvements, among others: building area, drainage system, landfills, building maintenance, and places of worship located in Quadrant I (Priority Improvement).

Abstract

A construction project is an activity that has a time limit for implementation, activities in construction projects are temporary. Before the project begins, a period for the start and end of the work is usually set. Implementation of a management system that focuses on occupational health and safety (K3) is very necessary in ongoing construction projects. Currently, PT. Tunas Jaya Sanur is building the Open University of Surabaya, which calls for an effective management system for occupational health and safety. This is to make the workplace safe and comfortable for employees and to prevent and lessen the likelihood of work accidents. The research aims to analyze the implementation of K3 and K3 monitoring through questionnaires distributed to management staff, K3 staff, and field workers. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, using survey methods and statistical analysis. The research results show that in the development of the Open University of Surabaya has developed an excellent Occupational Safety and health management system as well as the classification of the level of achievement of respondents (TCR).
