Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the implementation of blockchain technology in the administration of student data in educational institutions and evaluate its efficacy and security in comparison to conventional systems. This study utilizes a qualitative methodology and adopts a case study approach to examine the implementation of blockchain technology in multiple schools. Data were acquired through in-depth interviews with school IT professionals, administrators, and blockchain technology specialists, as well as research of documentation relating to student data management policies and procedures. The results of the study reveal that the application of blockchain technology in student data management has several significant advantages, including greater data security, transparency, and operational efficiency. Blockchain ensures that student data is protected and may only be accessed by authorized individuals, eliminating the danger of data leakage and manipulation. In addition, the openness given by blockchain allows for real-time tracking of data changes, permitting more accurate audits and monitoring. This study, however, revealed significant problems in the application of blockchain technology in schools, such as the need for suitable infrastructure, high implementation costs, and a lack of awareness and technical skills among school staff. In conclusion, although blockchain technology offers numerous benefits in student data management, the success of its deployment rests greatly on the technical and financial readiness of educational institutions, as well as the necessity for sufficient training and socializing for users.

Abstract

A smoked barracuda fish product smoking device with closed circulation using a temperature monitoring system and smoke concentration based on Arduino Uno has been created. The design of the cold smoking device is divided into three parts, namely the combustion area, the smoke pipe, and the smoking chamber. Smoke drift of (25.53%-32.45)%. The average length of the fish was 16.7 cm and the average weight of the barracuda fish was 192.3 grams. 10 barracuda fish were put into the smoking room. The lowest water content value for smoked barracuda fish, namely 25.53%, occurred at a smoking time of 6 hours and the highest water content for smoked barracuda fish, namely 32.45%, occurred at a smoking time of 3 hours. The efficiency of the time needed to smoke mackerel on the water content was 6 hours compared to a smoking time of 3 hours. This means that the longer the smoking, the lower the water content value in smoked mackerel.

Abstract

Siamese orange farming on peatlands is one of the agricultural businesses that has the potential to have a positive impact on the development of the agricultural sector. One of the districts that has the potential to develop Siamese orange cultivation and contribute to the productivity of Siamese oranges in Aceh is Nagan Raya District. Currently, the price of Siamese oranges continues to increase and consumer demand is quite high both in supermarkets and traditional markets. However, Siamese orange farmers in Sumber Bakti Village, Darul Makmur District, Nagan Raya Regency often experience losses in conducting their farms. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a strategy in the development of Siamese orange cultivation. In identifying development strategies can be done with SWOT Analysis (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), with the SWOT Matrix will make it easier to formulate various strategies that need or must be carried out. The results of the study found that a progressive strategy is a strategy that is in accordance with the conditions in the field. Progressive strategies can be achieved through 1) increasing product quantity, 2) Online Marketing, 3) Building partnerships with local markets, 4) Making innovations in the production process and 5) Making good risk management in the development of Siamese Orange farming.

Abstract

In modern times, there are many recreational areas including, Gunung Lampu Tapaktuan Tourism. This destination is very crowded with local and foreign tourists. This study aims to determine the number of visitors, optimize the place, evaluate the area's attractiveness, and know how the tool works using the experimental method. Furthermore, the Internet of Things (IoT) connects physical objects with electronics, software, sensors, and networks that make these objects collect and transmit data. From the results of the trials that have been carried out, every passing visitor is read by an ultrasonic sensor and then sent to the Thingspeak server using the internet network and the registered apikey. The ultrasonic sensor sends data that has been read to the thing peak channel that is connected to the device so that the results of the monitoring are the number of visitors in the form of graphs and tables. The results of testing the tool for seven days contained a total of 1,596 manual data, 1,582 people were detected, and 14 people were not detected. While visitors came out there were 1,559 people caught, and 37 people were not seen. From the seven days of testing, 99.12% of incoming visitors were detected and 97.68% of outgoing visitors were detected. So that it can be concluded, that this tool has been functioning correctly.

Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan data Badan Pelaporan dan Statistik (BPS) Propinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2016 sebanyak lebih dari 20 % anak usia sekolah ditemukan mengalami masalah kesulitan makan. Gangguan kesulitan makan berpengaruh pada pemenuhan gizi, pertumbuhan fisik biomedik otak dan imunitas anak. Ketiga hal ini penting untuk menunjang kualitas hidup bagi anak sebagai generasi penerus bangsa. Gangguan sulit makan dapat diakibatkan karena semakin bertambahnya aktivitas seperti bermain, sekolah dan kurangnya peranan lingkungan sekitar anak sehingga terkadang mereka menjadi malas makan dan jajan sembarangan. Tujuan: Mengetahui korelasi antara variasi jenis makanan dan dukungan lingkungan dengan pola makan pada anak usia sekolah. Metode: Jenis penelitian analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Besar sampel 70 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner tentang jenis makanan, dukungan lingkungan dan pola makan. Analisis data uji statistik Spearman Rho. Hasil Penelitian : Mayoritas jenis makanan responden adalah kurang sehat sebanyak 54,3%, lingkungan yang mendukung sebanyak 54,3% dan mayoritas mengalami kesulitan makan tingkat sedang sebanyak 48,6%. Simpulan : Terdapat korelasi variasi jenis makanan (p=0,002 ; r = -0,698) dan lingkungan (p=0,001 ; r = -0, 687) dengan pola makan anak usia sekolah.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah melahirkan berbagai bentuk kejahatan baru, salah satunya adalah sekstorsi (sextortion), yaitu pemerasan seksual yang dilakukan melalui penyalahgunaan kekuasaan atau otoritas. Fenomena ini menjadi kompleks karena mengandung dua unsur sekaligus: korupsi dan kekerasan seksual berbasis relasi kuasa. Namun, hingga kini hukum pidana Indonesia belum secara eksplisit mengatur sekstorsi, baik dalam KUHP, UU Tipikor, maupun UU TPKS, sehingga menimbulkan kekosongan norma dan kesulitan penegakan hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan komparatif terhadap pengaturan sekstorsi di Amerika Serikat, khususnya dalam 18 U.S.C. § 201 (Federal Bribery Statute) dan 18 U.S.C. § 1951 (Hobbs Act). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Amerika Serikat telah menafsirkan frasa “anything of value” mencakup keuntungan non-materiil seperti layanan seksual, sebagaimana dalam kasus United States v. Williams, United States v. Ronnie Goldy Jr., dan United States v. Petrovic. Sementara di Indonesia, gratifikasi masih dimaknai secara sempit sebagai pemberian materiil, sehingga praktik sekstorsi sulit dijerat. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekosongan pengaturan sekstorsi dalam hukum pidana Indonesia, mengkaji relevansi pengaturan sekstorsi dalam kerangka tindak pidana korupsi berdasarkan perbandingan dengan sistem hukum Amerika Serikat, serta merumuskan urgensi kriminalisasi sekstorsi sebagai tindak pidana khusus dalam Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Korupsi guna menjamin kepastian hukum, memperkuat perlindungan korban, dan menegaskan penyalahgunaan jabatan untuk keuntungan seksual sebagai bentuk korupsi yang serius dan melanggar martabat manusia

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop an RFID-based attendance system as a solution to the problems of conventional attendance systems, such as time inefficiency, cheating, and data loss. The system uses student ID cards (KTM) as an identification medium, is integrated with the ESP32 microcontroller and RC522 RFID reader, and is connected to a MySQL database through a website. The methodology used is research and development (R&D) with a prototype approach that includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Test results show that the system can read RFID cards accurately within an average time of 0.1 seconds and store attendance data in real time. System validation by experts using Aiken’s V method obtained an index value of 0.982, indicating a very valid system. User testing involving 15 students resulted in an average score of 4.85 out of 5, indicating that the system is very feasible and easy to use. This RFID-based attendance system is expected to improve efficiency and transparency in student attendance management.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged improvements in public service delivery, particularly in the health sector. However, residents of Banda Aceh City still experience difficulties in accessing fast, accurate, and integrated information regarding the locations and services of health facilities. This study aims to design and develop a web-based health service information system integrated with a Geographic Information System (GIS) to support public access to health facility information and assist data management at the Aceh Health Office. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The proposed system provides an interactive digital map displaying hospitals and community health centers (puskesmas), complete with facility details, service types, and route navigation features. System testing using the black box method indicates that all main system functionalities operate according to user requirements. The results show that the system improves accessibility to health service information and supports more efficient management of health facility data in Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

An inventory information system is important for helping Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) manage stock data accurately and efficiently. MSME Mitra Com still uses manual stock recording, which often causes data errors, delays in reporting, and difficulties in monitoring inventory conditions. This study aims to develop a web-based inventory information system to support stock management activities at MSME Mitra Com. The research method used is software engineering with a qualitative descriptive approach. The research stages include system requirement analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), system implementation using PHP and MySQL, and system testing using the Black Box Testing method. The results show that the developed system can manage item data, record incoming and outgoing goods, and generate inventory reports automatically. The system helps improve work efficiency, reduce recording errors, and support decision-making at MSME Mitra Com.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has significantly influenced various sectors, including tourism and culinary industries, which are key drivers of regional economic growth. However, the promotion of Aceh’s tourism and culinary potential remains less effective due to the limited use of digital platforms. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for promoting Aceh’s tourism and culinary sectors as part of a digital investment strategy for the Aceh Investment and One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP). The system was developed using the Waterfall model through five stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The prototype was built using React.js for the front end and MySQL as the database; however, not all components are dynamic some website contents remain static to suit the needs of the institution and the scope of this research. The system provides integrated information about tourist destinations, traditional culinary products, and local events. Based on Blackbox testing, all features functioned properly according to specifications, and usability evaluation showed that the website is easy to use, efficient, and visually appealing. This research demonstrates that a semi-dynamic web-based information system can be an effective digital solution for promoting regional tourism and culinary potential while enhancing Aceh’s digital investment attractiveness.
