Abstract

Research on Government Strategy in Social Conflict Resolution in Luwu and North Luwu Districts of South Sulawesi Province is a study that is intended to find out why the strategies and policies for resolving social conflicts that have occurred have not been able to be resolved completely by the local government. In terms of the government's duty to guarantee the creation of security in the community. Therefore, it is important to do research to reveal what is the cause. To find answers to these problems, further research problems are formulated, namely, what causes social conflict to occur, how the efforts and stages of conflict resolution are carried out by the government, what are the inhibiting factors so that conflicts are often repeated, and what strategies and policies are used in resolving conflict.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemerintahan Nurdin Abdullah dalam menarik investor asing dan hambatan serta tantangannya di Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dijelaskan secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman modal atau investasi asing di Sulawesi Selatan selama tahun 2019-2020 mengalami pertumbuhan di bawah kepemimpinan Nurdin Abdullah dengan beberapa strategi-strategi yang disusun yakni ramah terhadap investor melalui proses pengembangan potensi daerah dalam beberapa event, mempermudah perizinan dengan merilis Peraturan Gubernur Sulawesi Selatan Nomor 35 Tahun 2020 dan pengimplementasiannya melalui Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Nomor 3 Tahun 2021 serta pengembangan kawasan industri di beberapa daerah. Hambatan utama yang dihadapi yaitu minimnya integrasi dengan pelabuhan di beberapa kawasan industri, komitmen pimpinan yang kurang, namun dukungan serta kerja sama pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan masih berjalan. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sikap ramah terhadap para investor asing dapat membuka lapangan kerja yang luas dan juga penanaman modal yang harus diperhatikan dengan baik guna mewujudkan pertumbuhan ekonomi agar kesejahteraan daerah dapat meningkat.

Abstract

Tumbuhan pisang merupakan jenis tanaman yang dapat dibudidayakan baik di iklim tropis juga sub tropis. Kegiatan analisa usaha sangat penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui usaha tersebut dapat menguntungkan atau tidak sehingga dapat diketahui usaha budidaya pisang kepok layak atau tidak untuk dijadikan suatu usaha. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pusat Pelatihan Pertanian Pedesaan Tani Mitra Mandiri (P4S Mitra Mandiri), yang berlokasi di Jalan Trans Kalimantan Km 21, Kubu Raya P4S Mitra Mandiri merupakan Pusat Pelatihan Pertanian dan Pedesaan Swadaya (P4S) Mitra Mandiri yang bergerak dibidang pertanian.. Data-data yang terkait analisa kelayakan terdiri dari data investasi dan data variabel. Perhitungan data investasi dilakukan dengan menghitung biaya penyusutan, penerimaan, keuntungan dan menganalisis kelayakan usaha. Investasi yang dibutuhkan untuk merealisasikan usaha budidaya pisang kepok seluas 1 Ha yaitu sebesar Rp 4.030.000,00. Biaya variabel untuk tahun pertama. Penerimaan kotor dari usaha budidaya pisang kepok seluas 1 Ha dalam jangka waktu dua tahun yaitu sebesar Rp 108.000.000. Modal budidaya pisang kepok sebesar Rp 108.000.000 dapat memperoleh keuntungan Rp 79.055.000/Ha dalam jangka dua tahun. Total biaya sebanyak Rp 28.945.000 dan harga jual sebesar Rp 3.000, maka untuk mencapai titik impas jumlah pisang paling minimal yang terjual yaitu sebanyak 9.648 /Ha dalam jangka waktu dua tahun

Abstract

Knowledge collecting and donating can change old ideas about human resource management by providing new processes, disciplines and knowledge, resulting in organizational innovation, especially innovative work behavior. This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge collecting and donating on innovative work behavior. Quantitative methods are used to test knowledge collecting and donating on innovative work behavior. The research location is at Hasanuddin University, Makassar City. The population in this study were all employees at the Hasanuddin University Finance Bureau with status as state civil servants as many as 44 people. Withdrawal of the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling. Primary data collection by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that knowledge collecting and knowledge donating had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Nutritional status is a requirement to determine whether a person is in a healthy state which is influenced by several factors, namely diet and adequacy of nutrients to carry out a normal metabolism. Some nutrients that can affect the growth and development of tooth eruption time include the large intake of vitamin D, calcium, phosphorus, and flour in the body. Deficiencies in nutrients can inhibit the process of tooth growth and development and slow down the time of tooth eruption. Tooth eruption is the process of moving teeth from the jawbone towards the oral cavity. Tooth eruption can be influenced by several factors, one of which is the nutritional status which is the state of the body as a result of food consumption and the use of nutrients. The purpose of this study was to elaborate on the relationship of nutritional status with permanent tooth eruptions in children of primary school age (6-12 years). This type of research uses a type of literature study research. Journal searches were conducted from 2017-2022 on Google Scholar and Pubmed databases in Indonesian and English. Journal search strategies use the keywords "permanent tooth eruption" and "nutritional status". Journals are selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria that will be reviewed. Based on the results of the literature review in 6 journals, it can be concluded that 4 journals state that there is a relationship between nutritional status and permanent tooth eruption in children of primary school age (6-12 years). Therefore, it is important to understand by health workers to improve nutrition programs in children and for parents to pay more attention to nutrition in children so as not to experience disturbances in the permanent tooth eruption process.
