Abstract

 Gusnita, (2013). Pengaruh Lingkungan Sosial Masyarakat terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMPN 2 Sungai Aua Kabupaten Pasaman Barat Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013 (Pendidikan Geografi STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi, menganalisis dan membahas data tentang pengaruh lingkungan sosial masyarakat erhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMPN 2 Sungai Aua Kabupaten Pasaman Barat Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa yang ada di SMPN 2 Sungai Aua Pasaman Barat yang berjumlah 229 orang. Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sistem proportional random sampling dengan proporsi 30% sehingga sampel berjumlah 68 siswaBerdasarkan analisis regresi linier sederhana, ganda (multiple) dan korelasi maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar karena thitung > ttabel (3,325 > 1,668), kekuatan hubungan rendah (r = 0,379) dan besarnya kontribusi lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sangat kecil (14,4%), (2) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar karena thitung > ttabel (2,865 > 1,670), kekuatan hubungan termasuk kategori sedang (r = 0,333) dan besarnya kontribusi lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar  siswa termasuk sangat kecil (11,1%), (3) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan masyarakat terhadap motivasi belajar karena thitung > ttabel (2,422 > 1,670), kekuatan hubungan termasuk sangat rendah (r = 0,286) dan besarnya kontribusi lingkungan masyarakat terhadap motivasi belajar siswa termasuk sangat kecil (8,2%), (4) Terdapat pengaruh jarak tempat tinggal terhadap motivasi belajar karena thitung > ttabel (2,383 > 1,670), kekuatan hubungan termasuk rendah (r = 0,451) dan besarnya kontribusi termasuk sangat kecil (20,3%) dan (5) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, lingkungan masyarakat dan jarak tempat tinggal secara bersama - sama terhadap Motivasi belajar  siswa SMPN 2 Sungai Aua Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. karena thitung > ttabel (7,758 > 3,150), kekuatan hubungan termasuk sangat rendah (r = 0,574) dan besarnya kontribusi lingkungan masyarakat terhadap motivasi belajar siswa termasuk sangat kecil (33,0%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the classification and level of public accessibility to the Holy Sumpur district general hospital district Sijunjung which includes: 1) distance to the Holy Sumpur district general hospital district Sijunjung, 2) public transport waiting time, 3) the condition of transportation infrastructure, 4) the condition of transportation facilities. Results of this study concluded, the classification of public accessibility to the Holy Sumpur district hospital district such Sijunjung using Black analysis: 1) from 3 villages (villages Holy Sumpur South, Mangganti villages, and Unggan) in the Holy Sumpur district, 2 villages (villages Mangganti , and villages Unggan) included into the low accessibility. 2) Holy Sumpur South  medium including accessibility. 3) Most of the low level of accessibility in the district nagari Holy Sumpur in reaching the public hospital district Sijunjung caused by the distance 99 Km. 4) In addition to the distance factor prasaranan road conditions also account for the low  access to public hospital districts such Sijunjung there are gravel roads and dirt road that connects the villages to the district general hospital Sijunjung. That there are gravel roads and dirt roads and villages are villages Mangganti Unggan.             Public opinion about  in reaching the public hospital district Sijunjung: 1) People assume that the distance from district to district general hospitals of district Sijunjung far is 96%. 2) People in Holy Sumpur district felt the waiting time for public transport to the district general hospital Sijunjung long that is equal to 85.3%. 3) Infrastructure of transport to reach the Holy Sumpur district general hospital district Sijunjung bad that is equal to 78.6%. 4) Means of transportation to reach the Holy Sumpur district general hospital district Sijunjung nothing is equal to 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe in depth about public perception of Conversion Plan Fuel Kerosene to LPG Gas in the Village West district Bungus Bungus sackcloth Bay of Padang.This study uses qualitative research informants Bungus West Village is the community that would be expected to do the conversion of kerosene to LPG. Data collected by observation techniques ,interviewing , field recording and the active participation of investigators.The data collected were analyzed using the techniques of data reduction , data display and conclusion drawing and verification.Based on the results of the field study showed that : ( 1 ) the public perception of kerosene users stating that people prefer to use kerosene stoves because they have been accustomed , in the value of safer , easier, cheaper discovered and can be purchased per liter in retail diwarung and bases . for the use of LPG gas is considered more efficient , practical , environmentally friendly and used for cooking . ( 2 ) the perception of kerosene supplier stating that the plan konveri oil to gas will greatly affect their economies and businesses that they run so this will be stopped and can result in them being reduced income . ( 3 ) the perception of kerosene retailers stated that they were a little disappointed with the planned conversion of kerosene to LPG , because their income will be reduced and can not sell kerosene again .

Abstract

The purposes of this research to know the factor influence about student’s low study of geography class XI IPS SMA N Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. According to phenomenon were environment habitation, physic of school environment, and the influence of tool and infrastructure based on the result study of geography.The kinds of this research were descriptive correlation as the research approach   with manufactory data to used statistic analysis, the variable classification research was into free variable and string variable.  The population and sample of this research, the population was student of class XI IPS SMA N Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat with the total’s students 79, whereas the sample of this research from population used to technique total sampling, it purposes to easier in process collecting data with method all population as a sample.The result of this research, the researcher found that 1) the distance habitation based on the result student’s study geography in class XI IPS SMA N Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, 2) the influence based on significant between physical environments of school on the result students’ study of geography in class XI IPS SMA N Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, 3) the influence based on significant between tool and infrastructure on the result students’ study of geography in class XI IPS SMA N Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, and 4) the influence based on distance habitation, physical environment of school, and tool and infrastructure based on the result students’ study of geography in class XI IPS SMA N Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat

Abstract

Causes of Low Geography Student Learning Outcomes in Class VIII  SMP N 31 Padang (Geography Education Program STKIP PGRI West Sumatera)This study aimed to obtain information, analyze and discuss data on the causes of learning outcomes of Geography lace eighth grade students in SMP N 31 Padang The type of research was descriptive correlational. The entire study population was in Junior High School Students in Padang totaled 31 227 people. The study sample in this study using a proportional system with random sampling so that the sample proportion of 30% amounting to 67 students. Based on a simple linear regression analysis, double (multiple) and the correlation it can be concluded as follows: (1) there is a relationship between attitudes to learning outcomes in geography class VIII SMP 31 Padang because t> t table (2.356> 1.671), low relationship strength (r = 0.280) and a very small contribution (7.9%), (2) There is a relationship between the discipline of geography learning outcomes at eighth grade students in SMP N 31 Padang for t> t table (2.093> 1.670), low-power relationship (r = 0.251) and a very small contribution (6.3%), (3) There is a relationship Between Facilities and Infrastructure With student’s Learning Outcomes of Geography Class VIII in SMP N 31 Padang since t> t table (3.075> 1.670), the strength of the relationship being (r = 0.356) and a small contribution (12.7%) and (4) There is a Significant Relationship Between Student’s attitude, Student’s Discipline and Infrastructure together with the Geography Student Learning Outcomes in SMP N 31 Padang because Fhitung> F table (4.517> 2.751), the strength of the relationship between these three variables with Student’s Learning Outcomes of Geography Class VIII in SMP N 31 Padang including moderate (r = 0.421) and a small contribution (17.7%)

Abstract

This study aims to determine empirically, concerning: (1) the influence of motivational variables on learning Result (2) parental attention on learning result (3) the influence of the student interest in learning to the learning result of the students in SMP N 5 Padang (4) the influence of motivation, parent’s attention and student interest in learning to the student’s learning result. This study is a correlation description research. The Research samples are the student population of SMP N 5 Padang totaling 842 respondents, were taken proportional sampling randomly in every classroom, so that the sample of the respondents are as many as 89 students. Based on the analysis of data using the simple linear regression and the multiple linear regression, using the statistical program SPSS version 12, it is obtained the following results: There is a significant relationship between learning motivation to the  learning result of the Social Science Integrated students in SMP Negeri 5 Padang, because t count> t table (7.018> 2.000), relationship between the learning motivation with the student learning result of the Social Science Student of SMP Negeri 5 Padang is included low (r = 0.601) and the contributions that is made is 36.1%. There is a significant influence between parental attention to the learning result of the Social Science student in SMP Negeri 5 Padang, because t count> t table (4.214> 2.000), the relationship between the parental attention with the learning result of the social science integrated student in SMP Negeri 5 Padang is included medium (r = 0.412) and the contributions that is made is 16.9%. A significant influence between the students interest in learning with the learning result of the Social Science integrated students of SMP Negeri 5 Padang, because t count> t table (3.609> 2.000), the relationship between the students interest in learning with the learning result of Social Science Integrated student of the student in SMP Negeri 5 Padang included low (r = 0.361) and contribution that is made is 13%. There is a significant influence between learning motivation, parental attention and the student interest in learning with the learning result of Social Science Integrated students in SMP Negeri 5 Padang, because F count > F table (16.281> 2.72), the relationship among learning motivation, parental concern and student interest in learning together with the learning result of the Social Science Integrated Student in SMP Negeri 5 Padang is strong (r = 0.604) and the contributions that is made is 36.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the behavior of teachers and students at AL-Jaohar IT Middle School, focusing on evaluating their performance in the context of school organization. Through a qualitative approach, the study found that individual and group behaviors have a significant impact on organizational dynamics in these schools. Factors such as motivation, heredity, environment, and education play an important role in shaping their behavior. AL-Jaohar IT Middle School, an educational institution with a relatively young Islamic boarding school system approach, shows the vital role of the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) in shaping students' leadership attitudes and developing their potential. However, infrastructure constraints such as inadequate facilities are a challenge in optimizing OSIS performance. Teachers' behavior is also influenced by personal, work, structural and work experience characteristics. Principal leadership with a participatory, democratic, militaristic and charismatic approach plays an important role in directing teacher and student performance towards achieving organizational goals. Collaborative strategies in task assignment, motivation, and support for professional development have also proven effective in increasing teacher work participation. The conclusions of this study confirm that a deep understanding of the factors that influence individual behavior in an educational context is essential. Recommendations were presented to improve the quality of school facilities as well as to expand the principal's consultation network with school committees, foundations and academic elements to further the performance of educational organizations.

Abstract

The increasing demands of the times force educational institutions to improve their quality. The implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) is very important in changing the paradigm of educational management. This study aims to explore more deeply how TQM can contribute to improving the quality of education and achieving optimal performance, especially in terms of student learning satisfaction. The method used is quantitative with a correlational design, through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of TQM, especially in the aspects of learning planning, teacher training, and continuous evaluation, has a significant effect on learning effectiveness. The analysis shows a positive correlation between TQM and learning effectiveness, with a correlation value of 0.456. learning effectiveness is influenced by the implementation of TQM at MTs NU Putra 2 Buntet Pesantren. It is recommended that madrasahs continue to develop a culture of quality through the consistent application of TQM principles to improve the quality of education.
