Abstract

Kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi masalah yang dialami oleh peserta didik di sekolah tingkat menengah berpotensi mengakibatkan masalah yang lebih besar di kemudian hari. Selama ini guru bimbingan dan konseling (BK) menggunakan metode konvensional dalam mengidentifikasi dan memecahkan masalah tersebut. Metode ini membutuhkan biaya yang besar, ruang yang khusus, dan waktu yang lama. Artikel ini memaparkan pengembangan sistem pakar untuk identifikasi untuk kemudian menawarkan alternatif solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi peserta didik di tingkat sekolah menengah. Sistem ini menggunakan metode Problem Checklist yang didukung oleh machine learning untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi. Kepakaran dari guru BK senior untuk menghubungkan ragam permasalahan dan berbagai alternatif solusi dilatihkan pada rule-based machine learning sistem ini. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan WEKA dengan 200 contoh data sampel sebagai data pelatihan, yang dapat memprediksi data dari 185 contoh yang label kelasnya tidak diketahui Sistem yang dikembangkan adalah berbasis web sehingga peserta didik yang merasa mengalami masalah dapat meng-ases dirinya sendiri dan mendapatkan saran alternatif solusi secara online. Guru BK sebagai admin dapat memantau perkembangan peserta didiknya serta melakukan penambahan ragam permasalahan dan alternatif solusi mengikuti perkembangan jaman.  Hasil implementasi dan pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dikembangkan menawarkan identifikasi dan solusi yang akurat dan lebih cepat serta dapat dilakukan kapanpun dan di manapun.

Abstract

This research analyzes in depth the complex relationship between ethics, norms and law in the context of implementing Sharia Economic Law. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis studies through library literature where study sources include books, journals and the internet that are relevant to the research object. Through structured research methods, this research investigates how understanding Islamic ethics influences the norms that apply in Islamic financial practices and the important role of law in ensuring compliance with Sharia principles in every transaction and economic activity. The results of this research are that, in this domain, the main elements that form the basis of Islamic Economic Law are ethics, norms and law. Islamic ethics, which emphasizes integrity, justice, and social responsibility as core values, provides a moral foundation for action in economic activities. On the contrary, social and cultural norms, including the prohibition of usury and the principle of caution in investment, have an important role in guiding Islamic economic behavior. Law, in this context, is the formal framework that regulates and ensures compliance with Sharia principles. This includes regulations implemented by authorized institutions and enforced through the judicial system.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relevance of the principles of Islamic economic law in shaping social justice through equitable economic distribution. In the midst of global economic change, reducing economic inequality and social injustice is very important. Islamic economic law, as a framework rooted in Islamic values, offers a unique view of economic distribution that focuses on the principle of justice. By conducting an in-depth literature review and analysis, this study explores the concept of Islamic economic law, the principles contained in it, and its relevance to the goal of achieving social justice. We identify the important role of zakat, infaq, and waqf in creating equitable distribution and fueling inclusive economic growth. The results of this study show that the principles of Islamic economic law have great potential to influence economic and social policies in Islamic societies, ultimately encouraging the creation of a more just and inclusive economic environment. However, we also identified some obstacles to the implementation of these principles. This research makes an important contribution to our understanding of how the principles of Islamic economic law can be applied in the current context to promote social justice as well as more equitable economic distribution. The policy recommendations that emerge from the results of this study can guide decision-makers in their efforts to achieve social justice in Islamic societies.

Abstract

This research addresses important issues identified during capacity-building study meetings, including community confusion regarding the function of community empowerment institutions, low levels of participation, and fragmented stakeholder perceptions, all of which impact the effectiveness of village development. This research uses qualitative methods; data collection involves interviews and literature reviews. SWOT analysis assesses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of community empowerment institutions. Analysis shows that community empowerment institutions have difficulty facilitating community input and holding development planning meetings effectively, thereby hampering participatory governance. Despite these challenges, the Institute has demonstrated strength in mediating community-government dialogue and motivating communal efforts, although improvements in program evaluation and structural cohesion are needed. The study found that the institute is in line with Islamic principles such as ukhuwwah (brotherhood) and ta'awun (cooperation) by empowering communities through inclusive development planning and mutual cooperation. This research concludes that the implementation of Law Number 6 of 2014 by the Community Empowerment Institute has had a positive impact despite the challenges. This research recommends increasing community awareness, strengthening institutional capacity, and fostering greater synergy between institutions and village governments to achieve sustainable and inclusive development.

Abstract

Pendidikan sesuatu kegiatan yang penting bagi setiap individu yang memiliki tujuan untuk mencerdaskan serta mengembangkan potensi yang ada di dalam individu. Pendidikan dapat dimiliki setiap individu dengan cara belajar. Membahas tentang pendidikan dan pembelajaran tidak terlepas dari peraturan kurikulum pemerintah. Kurikulum merdeka yang menggunakan sebuah model baru dimana memberi kebebasan kepada seorang pendidik untuk merancanga sebuah pembelajaran dan assesmen diselaraskan dengan kebutuhan serta karakteristik peserta didik dan memberi arahan dalam bentuk pembelajaran berpusat pada peserta didik (Student Center). Setiap peserta didik memiliki ciri khas yang berbagai macam yang hampir tidak dimiliki oleh peserta didik lainnya yang biasa disebut karakteristik peserta didik. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sangan cocok diterapkan di kurikulum merdeka dimana Pendidik dapat mendesain pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik serta perkembangan peserta didik tersebut.

Abstract

This research was conducted when carrying out direct experience practice against the background of the level of enthusiasm of students towards the varied subjects of creative products and entrepreneurship in order to improve the learning process that has been carried out in order to suit the conditions and needs of students. This research was carried out by making direct observations and distributing questionnaires to students. Processing the data using Microsoft Excel in the form of descriptive statistics. The results obtained in this study are that students feel that the learning environment at SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar is appropriate, with the results obtained at 86.3594% while students' interest in creative products and entrepreneurship subjects is 78.0645%. These results can be concluded that students feel comfortable with the learning environment at SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar and student interest can be increased in various ways, including by inviting students to be more active and improving the methods used to attract students' attention.

Abstract

Dalam pengelolaan wilayah laut di perairan Indonesia dibutuhkan suatu penataan ruang laut yang terkait dengan fungsi-fungsi batas maritim, batas administrasi, dan batas laut. Saat ini, penarikan batas maritim didasarkan pada UNCLOS 1982 dan batas administrasi didasarkan pada UU No. 32 tahun 2004. Selama ini, penarikan garis batas laut dalam kaitannya dengan pemetaan dan pengelolaan sumberdaya laut, belum mempunyai kriteria yang jelas. Penentuan garis batas laut memerlukan kriteria sesuai dengan nama unsur geografi maritim (laut, selat, dan teluk). Kriteria tersebut mencakup tentang penentuan titik awal penarikan garis, penarikan garis batas laut, selat dan teluk, serta penentuan nama bagian-bagian laut. Penentuan garis batas laut ini merupakan bagian dari kegiatan toponimi maritim untuk melengkapi Infrastruktur Data Spasial Nasional (IDSN) kelautan. Tersedianya IDSN kelautan ini, sangat berguna bagi proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pegelolaan sumberdaya laut secara terpadu.
