Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the types of supervision used by the madrasa headmaster, understand how different types of supervision can improve teacher performance, and learn about any challenges the headmaster may have encountered while performing supervision at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tahfizhul Qur’an (MITQ) Baitul Hikmah Sukoharjo during the 2022–2023 academic year. A case study design and a qualitative methodology were employed in this investigation. The headmaster and three instructors at MITQ Baitul Hikmah Sukoharjo are the focus of this study. Interviews and documentation studies were the methods employed for collecting data. The headmaster and the three instructors at MITQ Baitul Hikmah Sukoharjo were interviewed for the study, and documentation served as the secondary data source. Data reduction, data display, and conclusion drafting were the methods of data analysis applied. The investigation produced three findings. First, the headmaster has been engaging in a variety of non-routine modes of supervision. Second, the instructors acknowledge that the headmaster's supervision has been successful in raising their performance. Third, the headmaster has been dealing with a number of challenges that may potentially prevent the supervision from being properly implemented in the future.

Abstract

Democracy is basically a state process based on the role of the people as the holder of supreme sovereignty. Democracy includes three basic principles: a state of the people, by the people, and for the people. that is, a legitimate government is a government that is recognized and supported by the majority of the people through democratic mechanisms such as general elections and exercises power on behalf of the people and the government in exercising its power is under the supervision of the people. Likewise in Indonesia, it will show a growth and development of maturity that should show an increasingly mature and beautiful face of Indonesian democracy. Democratic practices that prioritize social welfare and order will strengthen the character of a good nation state. Therefore, all levels of society must reject and prevent destructive political tactics so that economic efficiency and national stability are maintained throughout this year. Peaceful elections are the hopes and aspirations of all countries, including the Indonesian nation. Various activities, including education and discussions, were organized by domestic Indonesian actors with the aim of ensuring that the elections could be held smoothly without any obstacles or problems that could cause divisions in the country.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain a map of the ideological resilience of Al-Irsyad school in Indonesia. This research is survey research conducted in 9 cities involving 806 respondents consisting of Karawang (78 students), Bandung (66 students), Cirebon, (56 students), Purwokerto (214 students), Pemalang (114 students), Surakarta (56 students), Karanganyar (34 students), Bondowoso (68 students) and Banyuwangi (123 students). The instrument for collecting data was the ideological resilience index of Al-Irsyad having guaranteed validity and reliability, and then the collected data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of this research indicate that Tauhid, Akhlak, and Ukhuwah are the strongest ideological aspects, while knowledge and modernity are the weakest ideological aspects. The strength of the tauhid aspect reveals that the Al-Irsyad school as an ideological agent to purify aqidah and cleanse society from superstition, bida’h, and khurafat is still carrying out its functions properly. The strength of several ideological aspects at SMP Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Purwokerto recommends the school as a model for internalization and dissemination of ideology for other Al-Irsyad schools.

Abstract

This research took place at an educational institution under the auspices of the Al-Islam Surakarta foundation. This research aims to determine the role of Islamic teachers in increasing students' interest in learning in Islamic religious subjects at SMP Al-Islam 1 Surakarta as well as the obstacles and solutions experienced by teachers. In this research, a qualitative descriptive method was used, namely analyzing events and understanding existing phenomena, then creating a comprehensive and complex picture. The results of this research indicate the role of Islamic religious teachers in increasing students' interest in learning, inhibiting factors and supporting factors for Islamic religious teachers in increasing students' interest in learning at SMP Al-Islam 1 Surakarta. The research results show that there are several factors that become obstacles in increasing students' interest in learning, namely: 1) less varied learning methods, 2) lack of motivational support from parents. The supporting factors are: 1) motivation from the students' parents, 2) adequate infrastructure at school, 3) facilities that support learning at home

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Ta'lim Muta'allim book learning in shaping the discipline of 12th-grade students at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School (PPTQ) Tarbiyatuna Sragen. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The research was conducted on ustadz and 12th-grade students using descriptive-interpretative analysis. The research results show that the implementation of the Ta'lim Muta'allim book learning has a significant impact on student discipline formation through a comprehensive spiritual approach. The internalization process of disciplinary values successfully transformed students' awareness from mere external compliance to meaningful discipline arising from internal consciousness. The research implications indicate that classical book-based Islamic boarding school education methods remain relevant in forming high-quality youth character.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the integration of Islamic Education and Pancasila moral education in Grade 3 students of Senior High School by veteran dharma Sambi Boyolali, how the role of the integration of Islamic Education and Pancasila moral education on the formation of character of Grade 3 students of Senior High School by veteran dharma Sambi Boyolali and how the perception of teachers, students and guardians of Grade 3 students of Senior High School by veteran dharma Sambi Boyolali towards the implementation of educational integration Islam and Pancasila moral education in learning. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation methods. To test the validity of the data, it was carried out using source triangulation and triangulation techniques. As for the data analysis technique, it uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study can be concluded that the integration of Islamic Education and Pancasila Moral Education in Grade 3 of SMA Karya Dharma Veteran Sambi Boyolali received a positive response from teachers, students, and guardians. Despite the challenges in their implementation, stakeholders are aware of the importance of these values in shaping students' character and their social lives. The involvement and support of all parties is essential to achieve the success of this program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam pada siswa tunarungu. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa tunarungu dan guru pendidikan agama Islam, serta guru pendamping siswa tunarungu di SLB Giri Wiyata Dharma Wonogiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Permasalahan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam pada siswa tunarungu adalah (1) Faktor tunarungu siswa menjadi kendala dalam pembelajaran (2) Pendidik yang menjadi faktor penting dalam berlangsungnya pembelajaran (3) Kurangnya media pembelajaran. Solusinya adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan individual pada saat melaksanakan pembelajaran, yaitu menggunakan metode lisan, membaca, dan metode manual. Guru PAI dan guru pendamping siswa tunarungu berperan penting dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami setiap siswa dalam pembelajaran. Upaya mengatasi kendala belajar pai pada siswa tuna rungu SLB Giri Wiyata Dharma Wonogiri dilakukan pada saat pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hafalan Al-Qur'an terhadap hasil belajar siswa, pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dan pengaruh hafalan Al-Qur'an dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMPIT Az-Zahra Kabupaten Sragen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 8 SMPIT Az-Zahra Kabupaten Sragen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Uji prasyarat menggunakan uji nomalitas data. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji parsial dan uji simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh X1 dan X2 secara simultan terhadap Y sebesar 0,037 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 3,738> Ftabel 3,35 bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara hafalan Al-Qur'an dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada SMPIT Az-Zahra Kabupaten Sragen tahun pelajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

In tahfidz learning, the strategies and approaches used by ustadz/ustadzah tahfidz master have a vital role to achieve the target of rote participants. The research aims to (1) recognizing the strategy employed by ustadz/ustadzah (2) knowing the memorized target of classroom viii educated at the junior high it insan kamil karanganyar; (3) knowing the relationship of the strategy employed by ustadz ustadzah the tahfidz light with the modern target of memorizing the eighth class protege at the junior high it insan kamil karanganyar. The study is correlation research aimed at proving the extent of the relation between variables and others. Data retrieval using frame and documentation. The analysis technique used in testing a hypothesis is a product correlation test. Research indicates that (1) ustadz/ustadzah tahfidz proficiency is zoned by a medium percentage of 33.92%; (2) research on memorizing target viii at high school it insan kamil karanganyar is categorized under a 33.92% percentage; (3) there is a significant influence on the strategy ustadz/ustadzah a tahfidz instrument with the modern target of rote participation. It can be proved by a hypothetical test using a product correlation formula of 0.774, it is in a strong category.
