Abstract

The independent learning campus policy is designed to help students explore their creativity and excel in various fields. The Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program as one of the implementers of the independent campus, especially the “kampus mengajar” program, makes a real, full contribution. Starting from the pioneering “kampus mengajar”, there were 59 students. The topic of this research is the implementation of the independent learning policy on the teaching campus at PGSD, Nusa Cendana University. The purpose of this study was to see the achievements of PGSD at Nusa Cendana University in terms of teaching campus policies. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. Procedures for collecting information through interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Data analysis Milles and Huberman methods include summarization, analysis, and inference. The results showed that students were skilled in the aspect of explaining skills very well, in the skill aspect of carrying out learning variations, guiding discussions, and teaching in small groups and individually the skills of students were identified as good. Therefore, students need knowledge, understanding, and application of basic teaching skills in order to carry out their duties properly at school. This can be owned by students by maximizing their potential and the provision provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture before assignments in the field. The role of Field Supervisors in this case is also needed to monitor and evaluate students during the program. Synergy between students and Field Supervisors is needed in terms of improving the basic teaching skills possessed by students participating in “kampus mengajar”.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD Inpres Naimata, Kupang City, with the aim of improving student learning outcomes regarding theme 2, sub-theme 1, learning 3 through the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model. The research method used is classroom action research. Data collection techniques are observation, test and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative by looking for the percentage of data that has been collected and then clarifying it into a predetermined formula, with the research results showing that the data from observations of teacher activity in cycle I was with a value of 65.27 and cycle II with a value of 95.83%. , while the results of observations of student activities in cycle I with an average value of 66.59% and cycle II with an average value of 82.81%. In the first cycle of learning, there were 22 students who completed or met the specified KKM standards, namely 75, 8 students (36.36%) while 14 students (63.64%) did not complete. Furthermore, in cycle II, from 22 students, 22 students completed it (100%). Based on the research results, it was concluded that the STAD type cooperative learning model could improve student learning outcomes at SD Inpres Naimata, Kupang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether using a digital problem-based learning strategy improves the problem-solving skills of prospective elementary school teacher education students. The research is quantitative and uses a quasi-experimental design. This study implemented a nonequivalent control group design. This study included 66 students divided into two groups: an experimental class using the digital problem-based learning model and a control class using the problem-based learning model. Data were collected using pretest and posttest instruments in both courses before and after the therapy, as well as a questionnaire to assess the attractiveness of learning using the DPBL learning paradigm. The N-gain technique was used to examine the effectiveness of the DPBL model on the problem-solving abilities of prospective elementary school teacher students. The results show an N-gain value of 0.69, which is quite effective when interpreted using N-gain criteria. This means that the digital problem-based learning model can help improve the problem-solving skills of prospective elementary school teacher education students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in class VA science subjects through the application of the problem-based learning model. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) consisting of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted at UPTD SD Negeri Oebobo 2, Kupang City. The research subjects were students in the VA UPTD class at SD Negeri Oebobo 2, Kupang City, consisting of 27 students. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation and tests, while the data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive. In cycle I, the teacher's observation results received an average score of 76.47 the results of observing student activities were 63.42, and the average learning outcome score was 68.51 with a classical completeness of 66.66% with a good predicate (B). In cycle II, the teacher's observation results received an average score of 94.11 the results of observing student activities were 82.63, and the average learning outcome score was 82.22 with a classical completeness of 92.59% with a very good (BS) predicate. So the problem-based learning model can improve student learning outcomes. The results of this research show that learning using the problem-based learning model on technology for life material can improve the learning outcomes of students in the VA UPTD class at SD Negeri Oebobo 2, Kupang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan keberadaan media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi yang di gunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Media video animasi digunakan sebagai alat penunjang dalam membantu siswa untuk belajar. Dengan adanya media video animasi ini dapat menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan motivasi siswa yang ditunjukan melalui rasa nyaman, fokus, semangat dan rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk : 1) Untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas V SDN Bertingkat Naikoten Kota Kupang. 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas V SDN Bertingkat Naikoten Kota Kupang. 3) Untuk mendeskripsikan respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi di kelas V SDN Bertingkat Naikoten Kota Kupang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian berupa angket dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V A SDN Bertingkat Naikoten dan guru kelas dengan jumlah 43 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa :1) Penggunaan animasi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dan berkontribusi baik dalam proses pembelajaran, dapat dilihat dari hasil rata-rata seluruh indikator XI sebesar 2,36 dengan kategori sangat baik. 2) Media video animasi berdedikasi baik dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa yang dilihat dari data hasil rata-rata seluruh indikator X2 sebesar 2,42 dengan kategori sangat baik. 3) Siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan media video animasi dilihat dari hasil rata-rata seluruh indikator Y sebesar 2,45 dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video animasi yang digunakan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar.

Abstract

Reading comprehension is an essential skill in learning, yet it remains a challenge for Class VB students at SD Inpres Naikoten 2 Kota Kupang, as evidenced by observational data indicating low achievement in reading comprehension tests. This study aims to improve students’ reading comprehension skills on historical narrative texts through the implementation of the inquiry-based learning model. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) approach conducted in two cycles, with data collected through observation, tests, and document analysis. The results showed that the application of the inquiry model significantly enhanced students’ reading comprehension, as demonstrated by an increase in mastery learning from 16.67% in the pre-cycle to 55.56% in the first cycle and 88.89% in the second cycle. Additionally, the average student score improved from 65.22 to 84.78, accompanied by increased teacher activity and student engagement during the learning process. These findings suggest that the inquiry-based learning model is effective and can serve as a strategic alternative to enhance reading comprehension among elementary school students.

Abstract

This study consists of several stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative by finding the completeness of student learning outcomes through observation sheets and tests with 32 research subjects consisting of 19 men and 17 women. This research was conducted at UPTD SD Negeri Naikoten with the results of the study showing that in cycle I of 32 students who completed, 10 students (51.25%) completed because they understood the material presented and did the test questions correctly. While those who did not complete were 22 students (68.75%) who did not complete because they did not pay attention to the teacher's explanation so they were unable to do the test questions given. The strengths and weaknesses of the teacher are that the teacher delivers the material clearly, the teacher gives students the opportunity to ask questions about the material presented and the teacher does not guide students to conclude the material. The strengths and weaknesses of the students are that the students pay attention to the teacher's explanation of the material and the students are unable to do the questions correctly. In cycle II, the learning outcomes of students increased from 32 students who completed, 31 students (96.87%) completed because they were active in learning, worked together with groups, understood the material presented and were able to do the test questions correctly. Based on the results of the study above, it can be concluded that the application of the project based learning model in science learning to improve the learning outcomes of grade IV students of UPTD SD Negeri Naikoten, can improve the learning outcomes of students.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity aimed to enhance teachers’ skills in developing learning devices based on literacy and numeracy using a deep learning approach through the BERDAMPAK model (Collaborate, Educate, Responsive, Dynamic, Adaptive, Constructive, Action Learning, and Consistent). The activity was conducted on May 10–12, 2025, at SD Inpres Laran, involving teachers as active participants. The implementation included interactive workshops, simulations for designing learning devices, and group discussions to facilitate a contextual understanding of literacy and numeracy concepts. The results indicated an improvement in teachers’ abilities to design lesson plans (RPP), modules, and learning media that support literacy- and numeracy-based learning. The BERDAMPAK model provided a collaborative, adaptive, and responsive learning experience that addressed teachers’ needs and enhanced their practical skills. This activity significantly contributed to improving the quality of teaching in elementary schools and encouraged teachers to continuously develop their professional competencies through pedagogical innovation. It strengthened technical skills in designing learning devices while fostering a culture of professionalism focused on creative, student-centered, and effective learning practices.
