Abstract

The increasing market competition has impacted customer satisfaction and product quality. A business in the beverage sector experienced a decline in sales, leading to losses. This study aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction and product quality of milkshake donuts and fruit smoothies on Word of Mouth (WOM). The company needs to understand the factors affecting customer behavior to improve the effectiveness of their marketing strategies. The method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which analyzes the complex relationships between these variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers and analyzed using SEM software to test the hypotheses. The results showed that product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also influences WOM, although no direct effect was found between customer satisfaction and WOM. By focusing on improving product quality and customer satisfaction, the company can leverage WOM as an effective promotional tool to strengthen its market position.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kualitas ilmu Pendidikan anak-anak desa Jaman berupa pemahaman keagamaan dan menguatkan moral mereka. Metode pengabdian ini yaitu metode deskriptif  kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan materi yang terkait dengan pembelajaran agama dan moral kepada anak-anak di desa Jaman. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa program pembinaan keagamaan di Desa Jaman telah berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak terhadap nilai-nilai dasar agama Islam, dengan lebih dari 75% peserta menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pengetahuan tentang akidah, ibadah, dan akhlak. Selain itu, program ini juga menghasilkan perubahan positif dalam sikap dan perilaku moral anak-anak, seperti peningkatan kedisiplinan, kejujuran, dan kebiasaan shalat berjamaah. Meskipun demikian, beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu, frekuensi pertemuan, dan jumlah fasilitator yang terbatas masih menjadi kendala dalam pembinaan yang optimal. Implikasi dari program ini sangat penting bagi pembentukan moral jangka panjang anak-anak, dengan dukungan penuh dari orang tua dan komunitas sebagai faktor kunci keberhasilan. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan ke depan meliputi peningkatan intensitas program dan jumlah fasilitator, serta pelatihan lebih lanjut bagi orang tua agar peran mereka dalam pembinaan agama di rumah dapat lebih efektif.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Sharia Financing in BMT Anfa' NU Pucang, emphasizing its alignment with Islamic principles. It focuses on financing product types, operational methods, and strategies employed by BMT, specifically utilizing mudharabah and murabahah contracts. Interview results with BMT management underscore the organization's foundation, legal structure, and financial strategies. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach, literature review, and interviews, with data analysis utilizing thematic coding. BMT Anfa' NU provides inclusive financial access, supports micro-economic sustainability, and facilitates community empowerment. Innovations such as transparent profit-sharing offerings, no administration fees, and zakat tax deductions demonstrate BMT Anfa' NU's commitment to creating fair and sustainable financial solutions. The result is expected to bring more knowledge and another perspective on the financing strategy that can be applicable or can be developed in the next research. The limitation of this research is that it just takes one BMT for the subject of research.

Abstract

IDX30 companies experienced significant volatility in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in uncertainty regarding their stock returns. This information led to fluctuations in stock prices. This research aims to investigate the influence of exchange rates, inflation, debt, and firm size on stock price volatility. Using purposive sampling, 12 IDX30 companies were selected as samples for the period 2018-2022. Data samples were collected from annual financial reports via the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bank Indonesia's website. This study employs panel data analysis, descriptive analysis, panel data regression analysis, regression analysis, and coefficient determination analysis. The research findings indicate that exchange rates and inflation don’t affect on stock price volatility, whereas leverage and firm size significantly influence stock price volatility. The test results also demonstrate that exchange rates, inflation, leverage, and firm size collectively influence stock price volatility. The R-squared value is 99.99 percent, suggesting that 99.99 percent of the variation in the dependent variable can be explained by variations in the independent variables within the testing model.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the prevalence of people who marry in a situation where the bride is pregnant from an illicit relationship or pregnant outside of marriage. Currently, the association between men and women needs special attention because it is too free without thinking about the consequences in the future. Islam commands us to keep our eyes on those who are not mahrams. Marriage as a sacred moment and a sunatullah should be carried out according to Islamic law. Unfortunately, marriage does not become such a thing when it is done because it is pregnant outside of marriage. The marriage seems to be carried out as an effort to cover up the shame of the actions he has committed. This study aims to find out more about the law of marrying in a state of pregnancy outside of marriage based on the perspective of Islamic law and positive law. The research method used in this writing is library research with a normative approach that refers to Islamic law and positive law. The results of the research in this paper show that in the Compilation of Islamic Law, a woman who is pregnant outside of marriage can be married to the man who impregnates her. However, on the other hand in QS. An-Nisa verse 24 explains that a woman who is pregnant outside of marriage can marry a man who adulterates her or does not adulterate her. According to Ustadz Abdul Somad, who is a scholar in Indonesia, people who marry because they are pregnant have a valid marriage status, both religiously and by the state.
