Abstract

Abstract Work Discipline is directly related to employee performance. Work discipline perceived directly by employees can reduce performance or improve employee performance. Employees who feel disciplined about the work they get will have an impact on the overall performance of a goverment agency. The method of data collection are observations, litteratures study, documentations study  and questionnaires spread over. The research methods used is descriptive quantitative analysis method that aims to know whether there is influence of work discipline on employee performance. The reseach was held at April 30, 2018 untill May 30, 2018. Test of research instrument using IBM SPPS 22 program. Data from 30 questionnaires distributed to respondents is primary data source. Based on the result ofthis research, the correlation test is strongly correlated caused exists at interval of 0,600-0,799, that means  r table> r count at 0,644> 0,361. The result also indicates that there is an influence of work discipline to the performance of 41.4% on one hand and and diother hand,  the rest of 58.6% influenced by other factors not examined the author. So, based on the results of the regression test can be concluded that the discipline of work have a significant and strong effect on employee performance who work at the office of Kecamatan Cengkareng – Jakarta Barat.Key word: Work Discipline, Work Performance,  Employee Performance

Abstract

Languages assesment is the process of determining an individual's degree of language ability by use of standardized tests and observations. It is a crucial component of English teaching and learning since it enables teachers and students to receive insightful feedback while also tracking the student's development over time. There are various kinds of language assessment which can be assist educators in adapting their instructional approaches to meet the needs of learners effectively. The objective of this research is to an overview language assessment and to find kinds of assessment. The method of this research used library research. Object of this research are books, journal and article. Based on the research data, language assessment is an essential component of both teaching and learning English, and kinds of language assessment consist of (1)informal and formal assessment, (2)formative and summative assessment, (3)perfomanace-based assessment, (4)achievement assessment, (5)diagnostic assessment, (6)placement assessment, (7)profiency assessment, and (8)aptitude assessment.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kualitas ilmu Pendidikan anak-anak desa Jaman berupa pemahaman keagamaan dan menguatkan moral mereka. Metode pengabdian ini yaitu metode deskriptif  kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan materi yang terkait dengan pembelajaran agama dan moral kepada anak-anak di desa Jaman. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa program pembinaan keagamaan di Desa Jaman telah berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak terhadap nilai-nilai dasar agama Islam, dengan lebih dari 75% peserta menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pengetahuan tentang akidah, ibadah, dan akhlak. Selain itu, program ini juga menghasilkan perubahan positif dalam sikap dan perilaku moral anak-anak, seperti peningkatan kedisiplinan, kejujuran, dan kebiasaan shalat berjamaah. Meskipun demikian, beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu, frekuensi pertemuan, dan jumlah fasilitator yang terbatas masih menjadi kendala dalam pembinaan yang optimal. Implikasi dari program ini sangat penting bagi pembentukan moral jangka panjang anak-anak, dengan dukungan penuh dari orang tua dan komunitas sebagai faktor kunci keberhasilan. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan ke depan meliputi peningkatan intensitas program dan jumlah fasilitator, serta pelatihan lebih lanjut bagi orang tua agar peran mereka dalam pembinaan agama di rumah dapat lebih efektif.

Abstract

This research investigated the correlation of excessive assignments on the mental health of fifth-year English language students at State Islamic Religious Institution in Central Kalimantan. The research hypothesized a strong positive correlation between perceived assignment load and mental health problems. The method of this research used quantitative approach using a questionnaire. The Data was collected from 20 participants. The researchers, analyzed the data using pearson's correlation coefficient JASP to examine the relationship between excessive assignment and mental health condition. Based on the findings, the result showed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.900, p <.001) between excessive assignment and mental health condition, indicating that 81.0% of the variance in students' mental health could be attributed to their perceived workload. Educational institutions should take proactive steps to manage student workloads and provide mental health support services, such as counseling, time management training, and flexible deadlines. Promoting a balanced approach to academic assessment that prioritizes both academic excellence and student well-being is crucial for fostering the success and well-being of English language students. This research limited due to the small sample size and focus on a specific student population. Future research with larger and more diverse samples is needed to further explore the complex relationship between academic demands and student mental health. The findings highlight the urgent need for universities and educators to prioritize student mental health alongside academic achievement. Implementing practical strategies to manage workloads and provide mental health support can promote a more holistic and student-centered educational environment.

Abstract

As global environmental issues such as climate change, environmental degradation, and excessive exploitation of natural resources become increasingly urgent, companies, especially in the industrial sector, are encouraged to adopt more sustainable business strategies. One approach that is gaining popularity is Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), a human resource management approach that integrates environmentally friendly principles and values. This study aims to examine the concept of GHRM in the context of industrial companies and its role in supporting business sustainability. The method used is a literature review, analyzing various national and international scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025. The results of the study show that the implementation of GHRM has a positive impact on pro-environmental employee behavior, operational efficiency, company image, and long-term organizational sustainability. Furthermore, this study identifies that the GHRM approach is based on the Resource Based View, Dynamic Capabilities, Stakeholder Theory, and AMO Theory. In conclusion, GHRM is not merely a complementary strategy but is crucial for industrial companies facing sustainability demands amid global competition.
