Abstract

Many previous studies have discussed efforts to improve children's thinking abilities, but no one has discussed managing authentic learning strategies. This research aims to describe the management of authentic learning strategies to improve children's thinking abilities. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with descriptive study methods. Data collection through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis uses reduction, display and conclusion techniques. The results of this research conclude that authentic learning strategies can help improve children's thinking abilities, namely in the form of student coaching that is directly put into practice by teachers, student-centered and problem-solving oriented learning, contextual project-based learning, and extra involvement for students to gain impressive learning experiences. Likewise, in practice authentic learning strategies also experience problems with textual learning content, and require complete learning facilities. Through this research, it is hoped that teachers can measure economic needs, strategic teaching, and interesting content that can be practiced during authentic learning strategies.

Abstract

This research explains the application of UNIDROIT principles in international trade contracts in Indonesia. This research uses normative legal methods, which examine the legal principles written in statutory regulations. The UNIDROIT principles, which are considered global guidelines in international private law, are used as a framework in this research. The research results show that UNIDROIT principles, such as freedom of contract, good faith and compliance, legal certainty, contract formation, obligations of the parties, dispute resolution, have played an important role in creating a stable and reliable legal environment in international trade contracts in Indonesia . These principles help increase trust between parties involved in cross-border trade transactions and facilitate the resolution of disputes in a peaceful and efficient manner. from this research, it can be concluded that the application of UNIDROIT principles has provided great benefits for business people in Indonesia, both in terms of increasing legal certainty and facilitating sustainable international trade. However, to maximize the benefits of implementing UNIDROIT principles, concrete steps are needed such as ratification of the UPICCs, adjustments to national contract law, and strengthening of legal infrastructure. Thus, this research provides a comprehensive view of the importance of applying UNIDROIT principles in the context of international trade contracts in Indonesia.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the biggest challenges in developing countries like Indonesia. Although various efforts have been made, the results of poverty reduction have not been sufficient, so a more comprehensive and sustainable approach is needed. The application of the sharia economic model, based on Islamic principles such as justice, balance and sustainability, offers a holistic and fair solution to overcoming poverty. Sharia economics emphasizes the equal distribution of wealth through zakat, alms, infaq and waqf mechanisms which are significant in redistributing wealth and empowering the community's economy. The research method used is qualitative by reviewing documents and related literature. Data analysis was carried out interactively to understand primary and secondary data sources. From the results of the analysis, it appears that the implementation of sharia economic principles has made a positive contribution in reducing poverty rates in Indonesia, although challenges in poverty alleviation still remain. Therefore, commitment and cooperation between the government, the private sector and the wider community is needed to continue to develop and implement strategies that are more effective in overcoming the problem of poverty as a whole. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the sharia economic model has great potential in alleviating poverty in Indonesia.

Abstract

Based on the General Election Commission Regulation (PKPU) of the Republic of Indonesia No. 23 of 2018 on Election Campaigns, Article 35 paragraphs 1 to 4 regulates campaigns on social media. Paragraph 1 states, "Election participants may conduct campaigns through social media as referred to in Article 23 paragraph (1) letter e." Social media is widely used to disseminate information, often without verifying its accuracy, and is prone to fake news and hate speech. The increasing use of social media in Indonesia reflects its growing influence. This study examines: 1) How election campaigns on social media are regulated under PKPU No. 23 of 2018, and 2) How these campaigns align with Fiqh Siyasah. The qualitative research adopts a library research method with a descriptive-analytical approach, using secondary sources like legal texts and academic references. The findings reveal that PKPU No. 23 of 2018 requires participants to register official campaign accounts, limiting them to a maximum of ten accounts per platform. These accounts must be registered no later than one day before the campaign period starts and deactivated on the last day. From the Fiqh Siyasah perspective, social media campaigns are permissible if they avoid slander, adhere to ethical values, and comply with regulations like PKPU No. 23 of 2018. The regulation supports the effective dissemination of campaign information, such as candidates’ visions and missions, while minimizing falsehoods, hate speech, and other violations. This ensures campaigns align with Islamic principles, focusing on public benefits (maslahah). Anything promoting maslahah is permissible in Islam, showing how the regulation fosters positive outcomes for society. PKPU No. 23 of 2018 demonstrates the compatibility between ethical governance and Fiqh Siyasah, balancing modern electoral practices with Islamic values.

Abstract

This study seeks to ascertain the impact of superior service on student satisfaction with academic services, evaluated through five dimensions: physical appearance, responsiveness, reliability, empathy, and assurance. Data collection involved interviews, focus group discussions, observations, and documentation, followed by analysis through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion formulation. The research findings suggest that academic services at FITK UIN SU are typically effective and of excellent quality across all dimensions. Nonetheless, the physical appearance elements remain inadequate, including diminutive projectors, sluggish internet connectivity, inadequate air conditioning, compromised seating, and classroom capacity that fails to accommodate the student population. Nonetheless, the amenities for the postgraduate courses are more sufficient. These findings underscore the necessity for enhancements in buildings and infrastructure to bolster academic services. This research offers both theoretical and practical insights into educational policy, namely in primary services aimed at improving student happiness.

Abstract

Stability testing is an important step in the development of pharmaceutical products. This testing must be conducted before the product is manufactured, whether on an industrial or non-industrial scale. Currently, liquid formulations are experiencing rapid development, one of which is suspension. Suspension itself is a liquid formulation that contains undissolved solid particles dispersed in the liquid phase. To assess the stability of suspension, various evaluations are performed such as organoleptic tests, sedimentation volume, redispersion, density, viscosity, particle size distribution, and pH measurement. Based on several studies, temperature is known to affect the stability of drugs, especially in suspension formulations. A study related to diclofenac suspension showed that at a temperature of 4°C, its stability reaches 96.3%, while at temperatures of 40°C and 60°C, there is a significant reduction in content, amounting to 89.58% and 85.17% respectively. Meanwhile, research on folic acid suspension revealed that the drug remains stable at temperatures of 4°C and 25°C, although on day 90 there was an increase in pH. Another study on cefuroxime axetil suspension showed that at a temperature of 20°C, its concentration was 87.68%, while at 5°C, it was higher at 92.35%. This research underscores the importance of considering temperature in the storage and formulation of pharmaceutical suspensions to maintain their effectiveness and stability.
