Abstract

Health agency service indicators are used to determine the level of utilization, quality, and efficiency of health agency services. The measurement of service indicators is determined by applying the correct IPRI (Indicator of Inpatient Service) method/formula. Based on the results of observations in the Medical Record unit of the Berbah Public Health Center, Sleman Yogyakarta, it was found that the delay in returning the daily inpatient census sheets affected the value of each service indicator. In addition, inaccuracy in calculating the daily inpatient census data recapitulation resulted in inaccurate data. Therefore, a computer-based inpatient service indicator measurement system is needed in order to produce a faster and more accurate value for each service indicator in inpatient services. The stages of the research carried out adopted the stages in the SDLC Waterfall method, including the first stage of communication (project initiation & requirement gathering). The second stage is planning (estimating, scheduling, tracking). The third stage of modeling (analysis & design). The fourth stage of construction (code & test). The last stage, deployment (delivery, support, feedback). The application of the IPRI method/formula in PHP coding and supported by MySQL DBMS storage is part of the construction phase which is combined with testing using the black box test and alpha test methods. The goal has been achieved with the establishment of the Service Indicator Measurement System Application based on IPRI in inpatient services at the Berbah Health Center, Sleman Yogyakarta. The system is categorized as good and feasible to use based on the results of black box testing of 84.62% true. Alpha testing obtained a very high level of acceptance (approved) of 100%. The use of this application is proven to be able to produce IPRI calculations quickly and accurately so as to improve the quality of inpatient services, especially related to the daily census, so that leaders can make decisions faster.

Abstract

LazisMu Umbulharjo has quite a number of social activities, including raising funds through charity boxes to several points, such as places of worship, community services, and Muhammadiyah residents in the Umbulharjo area and its surroundings. LazisMu Umbulharjo has managed at least 900 charity boxes spread across 7 sub-districts of the Umbulharjo area and also outside the Umbulharjo area. Currently, the courier who shuttles the charity box is guided by the address that is packaged in a printed sheet that comes from Excel data. Some of the difficulties experienced by couriers when picking up charity boxes at these 900 points, among others, the large number of points that must be visited by one courier. Couriers have difficulty memorizing the positions of the hundreds of charity boxes. Courier difficulties and often missed on the way to the points of the charity box. Problems occur if the staff replaces them with new ones so that adjustments are made from scratch again in learning the pick-up location. This research was conducted based on the stages in the User Centered Design (UCD) process. Plan the human centered process, specify the context of use, specify user and organizational requirements, product design solutions, and evaluate design against user requirements. Research has produced a prototype of the LazisMu Umbulharjo application with the main features of a dashboard for managing data and general information and managing a charity box. User management, charity box location management, and finally the determination of the pick-up route. The application prototype has been tested for usability and calculated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with an average score of 82. Based on this score, the prototype of the LazisMu Umbulharjo application can be accepted by users (ACCEPTABLE) with grade A and gets an EXCELLENT level

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to produce a Tahsin Tracker application as a tool to overcome several problems in managing tahsin guidance organized by the Islamic Studies and Development Institute (LPSI) UAD for lecturers and education staff.Design/method/approach: The method used in system development by applying general software development methods. The stages adopted include data collection, needs analysis (user and system), design (process, database and interface), implementation (database and program, and system testing.Results: A Mobile Web-based Tahsin Tracker application has been produced and has been tested on potential users using black box and SUS testing. Black box testing is 100% valid. The SUS test obtained a score of 79. Based on the SUS score of 79, the application is in the Acceptance Range: ACCEPTABLE, Grade Scale: C, and Adjective Rating: EXCELLENT category.Originality/state of the art: Based on previous research, as well as the results of the development of existing tahsin applications, this research adopts and complements existing deficiencies and produces new assessments of the features and usability in related units, because it replaces the manual method of book record basis, and becomes the main alternative for developing institutional service media in a better direction.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe how the Council for Libraries and Information of the Regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (MPI PWM DIY) organized a cadre journalism school to equip Muhammadiyah cadres and administrators in the Muhammadiyah organization in Yogyakarta with journalistic skills aligned with the values of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah (AIK). The training was conducted in a workshop format, where participants were provided with ideal academic writing techniques and then introduced to AIK-standard journalistic principles. Subsequently, participants were guided to produce journalistic scripts ready for publication in the Muhammadiyah DIY-affiliated news media.

Abstract

Saat ini proses proses manajemen bisnis di SAHA CELL dilakukan dengan menghitung secara manual menggunakan kalkulator dan harus menghapal harga setiap produk oleh karyawan. Karyawan juga akan menulis kode dan harga produk dalam buku catatan harian. Kondisi ini membuat transaksi menjadi tidak valid, karena karyawan salah menuliskan kode dan harga yang menyebabkan kerugian SAHA CELL. Penelitian ini menyelesaikan masalah di dalam proses bisnis SAHA CELL menggunakan framework Flutter berbasis BLOC (Business Logic Component). Sistem yang dibangun terdiri dari aplikasi mobile dan web berbasis hybrid sehingga memungkinkan proses dilakukan secara online dan offline. Hasil dari pengujian sistem menggunakan Pengguna Acceptance Test oleh pemilik toko menghasilkan keberhasilan 100% yang mengindikasi sistem dapat diterima baik.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai hubungan regulasi emosi orang tua  dengan berbagai variabel pada anak telah banyak dilakukan. Namun belum pernah dilakukan penelitian mengenai identifikasi kemampuan orang tua  dalam meregulasi emosi khususnya di wilayah Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kemampuan regulasi emosi orang tua  serta strategi yang lebih sering digunakan dalam mengelola emosi dalam mengasuh anak usia dini. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 53 responden orang tua  yang memiliki anak berusia 2-7 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala regulasi emosi pengasuhan yang dikembangkan peneliti berdasarkan lima strategi regulasi emosi J.J. Gross. Skala terdiri dari 24 aitem dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas sebesar α=0,937. Skala disajikan menggunakan Google Form dan disebarkan melalui jejaring sosial media. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 20 untuk mengkategorisasikan tingkat regulasi emosi responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah responden memiliki tingkat regulasi emosi sedang (77,4%) dan tinggi (9,4%). Strategi regulasi emosi dengan nilai selisih rerata empiric yang paling mendekati rerata hipotetik adalah strategi attentional deployment dan response modulation. Sebaran data demografi yang kurang merata merupakan salah satu keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu dasar memberikan rekomendasi strategi regulasi emosi pada orang tua  khususnya di lingkup Yogyakarta. Lebih lanjut lagi, rekomendasi tersebut akan diintegrasikan dalam aplikasi regulasi emosi yang dapat digunakan secara mandiri oleh orang tua  untuk mengetahui kemampuan mengelola emosinya.

Abstract

Use Case Points estimation framework relies on the complexity weight parameters to estimate software development projects. However, due to the discontinue parameters, it lead to abrupt weight classification and results in inaccurate estimation. Several research studies have addressed these weaknesses by employing various approaches, including fuzzy logic, regression analysis, and optimization techniques. Nevertheless, the utilization of optimization techniques to determine use case weight parameter values has yet to be extensively explored, with the potential to enhance accuracy further. Motivated by this, the current research delves into various metaheuristic search-based algorithms, such as genetic algorithms, Firefly algorithms, Reptile search algorithms, Particle swarm optimization, and Grey Wolf optimizers. The experimental investigation was carried out using a Silhavy UCP estimation dataset, which contains 71 project data from three software houses and is publicly available. Furthermore, we compared the performance between models based on metaheuristic algorithms. The findings indicate that the performance of the Firefly algorithm outperforms the others based on five accuracy metrics: mean absolute error, mean balance relative error, mean inverted relative error, standardized accuracy, and effect size. This research could be useful for software project managers to leverage the practical implications of this study by utilizing the UCP estimation method, which is optimized using the Firefly algorithm.

Abstract

Purpose: This paper is the result of research which aims to obtain results of measuring the quality of web services from the Library Unit at Ahmad Dahlan University, especially from the perceptions of student users in order to prepare recommendations for improving services. This paper is the result of research which aims to obtain results of measuring the quality of web services, especially from perceptions student users in order to prepare recommendations for improving service mediaDesign/methodology/approach: Based on sampling data collected using a questionnaire and calculated using statistics. The next step is to measure the WebQuel 4.0 method, the results of which are combined with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to determine recommendations.Findings/result: The research results show that each independent variable, namely the usability variable and the information quality variable, partially has a relationship or is correlated with the dependent variable, namely user satisfaction, while the interaction service quality variable partially has no relationship or is uncorrelated with the dependent variable. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that the independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable so that the hypothesis can be simultaneously accepted. Based on the analysis using the IPA method, there are three things in Quadrant 1 (Top Priority) which are not in accordance with user expectations and need to be improved, namely "the DIGILIB UAD web is easy to learn", "the DIGILIB UAD web has an attractive appearance", "the DIGILIB UAD web has the function of library web type”.Originality/value/state of the art: Based on previous research and the results of previous digilib web development, the research produced a new assessment of the quality measures of web services at UPT Libraries, and made it the main alternative for developing service media in a better direction.
