Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the factors that impact the growth of Cemara Beach Forest Tourism and its effect on the earnings of farmer households. The respondents were selected through the census method, with a total of 65 units. The approach employed for analysis was path analysis and paired t test. The study revealed that the attractiveness and tourism environment of Cemara beach forest, which includes Attractions, Amenities, Accessibility, and Auxiliary Services, had a good achievement level of 72.90%. Supporting Institutions for tourism also achieved a good criterion of 65.85%. Additionally, community participation showed good conditions with a good criteria achievement level of 61.92%. The development of Cemara Beach Forest Tourism attained a good criteria achievement level of 77.93%. Tourist Attraction and Environment had a positive correlation r = 0.89, indicating a very close relationship with Supporting Institutions. This suggests that the better the Supporting Institutions are, the better the Tourist Attraction and Environment. Community Participation demonstrated an indication of a very close relationship with Tourist Attraction and Environment. This implies that community participation increases with better tourist attractions and the environment. Supporting Institutions had a positive correlation r = 0.89 with community participation, indicating a close relationship. This implies that the better the Supporting Institutions, the better the community participation. Tourist Attraction and Environment, Supporting Institutions, and Community Participation had a positive effect on the development of Cemara beach forest tourism, with tourist attraction having the greatest influence at 46.85%, followed by Supporting Institutions at 25.82%, and Community Participation at 23.58%. The development of Cemara coastal forest tourism had a positive impact on the income of farmer households, increasing it by an average of 67.16%.

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase the capacity and sustainability of Cilembu yam MSME players in Cilembu Village through structured training and mentoring. Activities began with six initial meetings involving 30 participants, mostly women aged 56-80 years old with basic education backgrounds. The training focused on digital technology and operational management, as well as new product development. Evaluation showed that the training successfully increased the use of digital technology from 72.26% to 85%, with a significant increase in the adoption of e-commerce platforms. Participation from younger age groups also increased from 13% to 20%, demonstrating the program's success in attracting the younger generation. Challenges related to productivity and marketing decreased, with productivity issues falling from 61.51% to 40% and marketing issues from 54.19% to 35%. The effectiveness of the training increased, with 90% of participants able to apply the training materials in their businesses. Support and communication from the implementation team was also rated as excellent, with responsiveness increasing to 95%. In conclusion, the program had a significant positive impact, but there are still challenges that need to be addressed in terms of productivity and marketing. It is recommended to focus on e-commerce technology capacity building, capital development, and product innovation, as well as strengthening ongoing mentoring to ensure the sustainability and development of MSMEs in the future

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan petani menggunakan rice plantation dan dampaknya terhadap efisiensi biaya dan pendapatan usahatani padi. ??Unit analisis adalah petani padi yang menggunakan rice plantation di Kecamatan Majalaya Kabupaten Karawang. Teknik penentuan responden dilakukan dengan cara sensus terhadap 40 responden dan 40 petani bukan penerima manfaat secara acak sederhana. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logit berganda dan uji t tidak berpasangan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Keputusan penggunaan alat rice plantation oleh petani dipengaruhi oleh faktor: Luas lahan (X1), Kontur lahan (X2), Tarif pelayanan (X3), Ketersediaan tenaga kerja (X4), Besaran upah tenaga kerja (X5), dan Keseragaman waktu tanam (X6). Dari keenam variabel pada taraf kesalahan ? = 5%, pengaruh nyata adalah: X1, X3, X4, dan X5. Peningkatan pendapatan usahatani juga karena cenderung meningkatkan produktivitas lahan. Disarankan agar penggunaan alat rice plantsplanter dapat diikuti oleh petani lain dan diperluas dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan demonstrasi. Selanjutnya masing-masing kelompok agar memiliki dan mengoperasikan peralatan mesin penanam padi agar mampu melayani kebutuhan petani anggota secara memadai, apalagi kondisi dan situasi saat ini dan mendatang, ketersediaan tenaga kerja pertanian semakin terbatas dan sulit, sehingga akan mengganggu waktu tanam.

Abstract

  Salah satu permasalahan pada Agrowisata kebun Buah Alam Segar adalah fluktuasi jumlah pengunjung Kebun Buah Alam Segar yang tidak menentu, terutama pada hari kerja. Meskipun pada hari Senin-Jumat (kecuali Rabu dan Kamis) biasanya terdapat pengunjung, namun dalam beberapa waktu terakhir terjadi penurunan yang cukup signifikan bahkan pada musim panen. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa selain faktor musiman dan hari dalam seminggu, terdapat faktor lain yang mempengaruhi keputusan pengunjung, seperti daya tarik wisata dan aksesibilitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh daya tarik  dan aksesibilitas wisata secara simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Kebun Buah Alam Segar Ciptaharja, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling terhadap 34 orang dari 134 orang, ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknis analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : Bahwa secara simultan dan parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara Daya Tarik Wisata dan Aksesibilitas terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke obyek wisata Kebun Buah Alam Segar Ciptaharja,  Kabupaten Bandung Barat.   Kata Kunci : Daya Tarik, Aksesibilitas, Keputusan Berkunjung, Agrowisata

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab dua pertanyaan: apakah petani merasa diberdayakan oleh PPL kelompok taninya, dan bagaimana pemberdayaan tersebut terjadi Sensus digunakan untuk memilih 70 peserta. Analisis CSI (Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan), uji-t satu sampel, dan analisis jalur digunakan. Untuk program penyuluhan, rencana kerja tahunan, data peta wilayah, diseminasi teknologi informasi, pengembangan budaya dan individu, realisasi kemitraan, akses petani ke pelaku usaha, peningkatan produktivitas, dan peningkatan pendapatan, hasil menunjukkan bahwa Penyuluhan Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) di Kecamatan Cilaku Kabupaten Cianjur mencapai kriteria baik 70,67%. Keberhasilan PPL diukur dalam lima dimensi (pelatih/penasihat, teknisi, relasi, penyelenggara, dan pembaharu/inovator) dalam budidaya padi di Kecamatan Cilaku, dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 73,48%. Kinerja pemberdayaan anggota kelompok tani dalam hal partisipasi, kemerdekaan, memenuhi kebutuhan, dan perlindungan mencapai 73,31% dengan kriteria baik. Di Kecamatan Cilaku Kabupaten Cianjur, petani menunjukkan kepuasan terhadap penyuluhan pertanian yang diberikan oleh PPL, dengan angka CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) sebesar 70,61 dan tingkat kepuasan: Puas. Ada hubungan positif antara kinerja PPL dan peran PPL, dengan koefisien korelasi r = 0,65. Ini berarti bahwa peran PPL akan lebih baik seiring dengan kinerjanya. Peran dan kinerja PPL mendukung pemberdayaan petani anggota kelompok tani. Besar pengaruh masing-masing adalah 11,99% dan 72,30%, dengan faktor tambahan memengaruhi 15,71%.

Abstract

The method of implementing this community service is systematically designed to overcome the problems faced by the target partner, Ma Utik, in developing the Cilembu yam industry and its processed products. The preparation and planning stages as well as socialization and initial training are the main focuses in this program. The preparation stage begins with an initial survey to identify partner needs related to marketing, business management, distribution network development, and product innovation. A service team consisting of experts in economics, management, agribusiness, and informatics was formed with a division of tasks according to competence. A structured work plan includes a schedule of activities, implementation methods, and indicators of success, as well as careful management of budgets and resources. Socialization and training materials were developed based on partner needs to ensure in-depth understanding and mastery of relevant skills. The socialization phase begins with an initial meeting to introduce the program's objectives, benefits and solutions to partners, while accommodating their inputs. Initial training was conducted to provide partners with a foundation of knowledge and skills. Marketing strategy training covers the use of social media, digital marketing, branding, and promotion. Business management training covers business planning, financial management, and strategic decision-making using business management software. Distribution network development training includes negotiating and building relationships with distributors, as well as utilizing communication technology. Product innovation training includes identification of market trends and development of new products using market research technology. Through this approach, it is expected that partners can understand the program objectives and acquire the necessary skills to improve their competitiveness. With effective coordination between the service team, community partners, and supporting institutions, this program can run smoothly and have a significant impact. The implementation of a digital marketing application specifically for Cilembu yam products is one of the main results that is expected to increase product visibility, facilitate customer access, strengthen branding, and increase interaction with customers and business partners
