Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine inThe influence of Education and Training, Motivation and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The method used in the research was quantitative with associative explanative survey study type. The research was conducted in Pinrang regency and the population were employees at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The sample was obtained by census technique, which took a total population of 45 employees. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and regression analysis to determine the description and influence between variables. This study uses three independent variables namely: education and training (X1), work motivation (X2), and work culture (X3) while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The results indicated that the influence of Education and Training, Motivation and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The results of the regression analysis showed a significant influence between the independent variables namely: education and training (X1), work motivation (X2), and work culture (X3) with the dependent variable namely: namely employee performance (Y). The biggest influence occurred on the education and training variable (X1), namely 48.5%, followed by work motivation variable (X2) by 31.8%, and the smallest was the work culture variable (X3) by 28.6%. Simultaneously, there is a significant and positive influence between education and training, motivation and work culture on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament by 65.6% while the remaining 34.4% is influenced by other factors that are not the object of research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously Good Governance factors seen from accountability, transparency, and responsiveness to the work effectiveness of Barru Regency Cooperatives, SMEs and Trade employees. And to find out which factors among accountability, transparency, and responsiveness are the most influential on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Cooperative, SME and Trade Offices of Barru Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The sample in this study were all employees of the Cooperative, UKM and Trade Office of Barru Regency with 36 people. The data analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis with t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that: Good governance factors seen from the aspects of accountability, transparency, and responsiveness partially or simultaneously have positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Cooperative, SME and Trade Offices of Barru Regency. 5. The most dominant factor of good governance in influencing the increase in work effectiveness of Barru Regency Cooperative, SME and Trade Service employees is the principle of transparency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh belanja daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (2) apakah belanja modal dapat memoderasi hubungan antar belanja daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah data pertumbuhan ekonomi, belanja daerah, dan belanja modal Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Data tersebut merupakan data bulanan tiga tahun terakhir yakni 2017, 2018, dan 2019 yang dijadikan sampel. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ini yaitu dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara mengakses data yang tersedia dari Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel belanja daerah berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi senilai 82%. Varibel belanja daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sehingga semakin besar belanja daerah di Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar semakin besar pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (2) pengaruh belanja daerah apabila dimoderasi dengan belanja modal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 34%, belanja modal menjadi mediasi/perantara dalam hubungan antara belanja daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi namun pengaruhnya tidak signifikan. This study aims to analyze (1) to determine and analyze the effect of regional spending on economic growth in Selayar Islands Regency (2) to determine whether capital expenditure can moderate the relationship between regional spending on economic growth in Selayar Islands Regency. This research method using quantitative methods. The research was conducted in Selayar Islands Regency from July to August 2020. The population in this study is data on economic growth, regional expenditure and capital expenditure of the Selayar Islands Regency, this data is the monthly data for the last three years, 2017, 2018 and 2019 which were sampled. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression. The research instrument used in this data collection is by using data collection. Data collection is done by accessing the available data from the Regional Government of the Selayar Islands Regency. The results showed that (1) the regional expenditure variable had an effect on economic growth by 82%. Regional expenditure variables have a positive effect on economic growth, the greater the regional spending in Selayar Islands Regency, the greater the effect on economic growth. (2) the effect of regional spending if moderated by capital expenditure on economic growth is 34%, capital expenditure becomes a mediation / intermediary in the relationship between regional spending on economic growth but the effect is not significant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel citra merek, iklan, dan inovasi layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi GoFood di Kota Makassar, variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi GoFood di Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif secara deskriptif yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi GoFood di Makassar yaitu sebanyak 112 orang dengan teknik non probability sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R2 ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel citra merek dan inovasi layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi GoFood di Makassar. Namun, untuk variabel iklan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi GoFood di Makassar. Pada pengujian hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel citra merek, iklan, dan inovasi layanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi GoFood di Makassar, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel inovasi layanan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi proses keputusan pembelian pada pengguna aplikasi GoFood di Kota Makassar This study aims to analyze the effect partially and simultaneously between the variables of brand image, advertising, and service innovation on purchasing decisions on the GoFood application in Makassar City, the most dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions on the GoFood application in Makassar. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach which was conducted in January-February 2021. The population in this study were 112 users of the GoFood application in Makassar with a non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing with the t test and F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially the brand image and service innovation variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the GoFood application in Makassar. However, the advertising variable partially does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the GoFood application. The simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that the variables of brand image, advertising, and service innovation have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on the GoFood application, this study also shows that the service innovation variable is the most dominant variable affecting the process of purchase decisions on GoFood application users in Makassar City

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui perilaku inovatif Pada PT. Telkomsel Area Pamasuka di Makasssar. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi Berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perilaku inovatif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku inovatif. Motivasi Berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku inovatif. Perilaku Inovatif memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan efek langsung lebih kuat dibanding efek mediasinya. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of Organizational Culture and Achievement Motivation on employee performance through innovative behavior at PT. Telkomsel Area Pamasuka in Makasssar. The method used is in the form of a survey method through distributing questionnaires. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents, with sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and path analysis. The results conclude that organizational culture has an effect on employee performance. Achievement motivation affects employee performance. Innovative behavior affects employee performance. Organizational culture influences innovative behavior. Achievement Motivation affects innovative behavior. Innovative behavior partially mediates the relationship between organizational culture and achievement motivation on employee performance, with the direct effect being stronger than the mediating effect

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mengetahui (1) pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kompetensi, dan budaya organisasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare (2) variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survey yang dilaksanakan di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare pada bulan Mei 2021 hingga Juli 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Ujung yang berjumlah 52 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus), yaitu semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kompetensi dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pegawai (2) motivasi, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kompetensi, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare (3) motivasi merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare This study aims to analyze and determine (1) the effect of motivation, work environment, communication, competence, and organizational culture simultaneously and partially toward employee job satisfaction at the District Office in Ujung Kota Parepare (2) the most dominant variable that affects employee job satisfaction at the District Office in Ujung City of Parepare. This study approach used a survey approach which was applied at the Ujung Subdistrict Office of Parepare City from May 2021 to July 2021. The population in this study were employees of the Ujung Subdistrict Office by 52 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census), that is, all the population in this study were being sampled. Analysis of the data used was a Multiple Regression Analysis. The results show that (1) motivation has a partial and significant effect on employee satisfaction, communication, competence and organizational culture has no partial effect on employee satisfaction (2) simultaneously motivation, communication, competence, and organizational culture have a partial and significant effect on employee satisfaction toward employee job satisfaction in the Ujung Kota Parepare Subdistrict Office (3) motivation is the most dominant variable affects the employee satisfaction in the Ujung Kota Parepare Subdistrict Office environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Pendekatan Penelitian Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang karyawan dan dalam penelitian ini seluruh populasi diambil sebagai sampel penelitian (Sampel sensus). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Komunikasi, Kompensasi dan disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja karyawan bagian marketing pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Tbk Wilayah 07 Makassar. Komunikasi, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menujukkan jika Kompensasi merupakan Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Kinerja This study aims to determine the effect of communication, compensation and work discipline on the work productivity. This Research Approach uses a quantitative approach.The population of this study was 80 employees and in this study the entire population was taken as the research sample (census sample). The results of this study indicate that communication, compensation and discipline have a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of marketing employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Tbk Region 07 Makassar. Communication, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. This study also shows that compensation is the most dominant variable affecting the performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survei dengan alat pengumpulan data kuesioner. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Insentif, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Pendidikan Formal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Jenjang Karir Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PT Jujur Jaya Sakti Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Jujur Jaya Sakti yang berjumlah 116, sedangkan teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan purposive sampling dengan perhitungan slovin sehingga sampel yang didapatkan berjumlah 90 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan menggunakan software SmartPls 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Insentif, disiplin kerja, dan pendidikan formal memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap jenjang karir. (2) Insentif, disiplin kerja, pendidikan formal, dan jenjang karir memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Insentif, disiplin kerja, dan pendidikan memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi oleh jenjang karir This research is a quantitative research that uses a survey method with a questionnaire data collection tool. This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, work discipline, and formal education on employee performance with career paths as an intervening variable at PT Honest Jaya Sakti Makassar. The population in this study were 116 employees of PT Honest Jaya Sakti, while the sampling technique was based on purposive sampling with slovin calculations so that the sample obtained was 90 respondents. Data analysis used is path analysis using SmartPls 3.0 software. The results show that (1) Incentives, work discipline, and formal education have a direct influence on career paths. (2) Incentives, work discipline, formal education, and career paths have a direct influence on employee performance. (3) Incentives, work discipline, and education have an indirect influence on employee performance mediated by career paths

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menanalisa peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi servant leadership dan budaya organisasi serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini melibatkan 82 orang respondent yang mewakili Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang menangani Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah Kota Makassar. Data Utma penelitian ini adalah kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada para responden. Teknik analisi data dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) servant leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) servant leadership berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 4) budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6) servant leadership berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja, 7) budaya organisasi berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhahap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pada Kantor Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Makassar. This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating servant leadership and organizational culture and its effect on employee performance. This study involved 82 respondents who represent Civil Servants who handle Financial Management and Regional Assets of Makassar City. The main data of this research is a questionnaire distributed to the respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is Partial Least Square using the Smart PLS application. The results show that 1) servant leadership has no effect on employee performance, 2) organizational culture affects employee performance, 3) servant leadership affects job satisfaction, 4) organizational culture affects job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction affects employee performance, 6) servant leadership has an effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, 7) organizational culture has an effect but is not significant on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Makassar City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency Office

Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kompetensi secara parsial terhadap terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (BAPPELITBANGDA) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Budaya Organisasi secara parsial terhadap terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (BAPPELITBANGDA) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Disiplin secara parsial terhadap terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (BAPPELITBANGDA) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variable Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin secara simultan terhadap terhadap variable Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (BAPPELITBANGDA) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar dan variable Budaya Organisasi adalah variable yang paling berpengaruh (dominan) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (BAPPELITBANGDA) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar This study aims to examine and explain (1) the influence of competence, organizational culture and discipline partially on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) of Selayar Islands Regency (2) the influence of competence, organizational culture, and discipline simultaneously. on the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) Selayar Islands Regency (3) The variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA), Selayar Islands Regency.
