Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the extent of the influence of labor safety and health variables on performance of employees part of the AMT I in PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (Persero) Ujung Berung. For the method used in this research is to use quantitative methods, while for the collection of data is caaried out by means of disseminating a questionnaire to 128 employees part of the AMT I note that median value of median of the descriptive variables – safety and health work is 4,12 while for variable performance of employees is amounted to 4,09. Then from the results of a simple linear regression analysis showed that the work safety and health variables have an influence positively against variable employee performance, can be seen in results from t count i.e of 11,365 and t table of 1,9790. Then the probability values can be found in this study is 0,000 meaning that this regression model can be used to predict the performance.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian AMT I di PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (Persero) Ujung Berung. Untuk metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data dikelompokkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner ke 128 karyawan bagian dari AMT, saya mencatat bahwa nilai median median variabel deskriptif - keselamatan dan kesehatan Pekerjaan adalah 4,12 sedangkan untuk variabel kinerja pegawai sebesar 4,09. Kemudian dari hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa variabel keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, dapat dilihat pada hasil t hitung yaitu sebesar 11.365 dan t tabel 1.9790. Kemudian nilai probabilitas yang dapat ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah 0,000 yang berarti bahwa model regresi ini dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kinerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. This research uses quantitave descriptive method. The sample in this study was 150 employees of Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia Ltd, using non-probability sampling - saturation sampling. The collection of information in this study was conducted by providing questionnaires to employees and analyzed by using descriptive analysis, correlation, regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership affects organizational citizenship behavior by 31,5% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Analysis results show that transformational leadership has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat pesat melanda berbagai bidang bisnis, termasuk perjalanan wisata. Jumlah perusahaan perjalanan wisata skala kecil dan menengah yang banyak beroperasi di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dengan munculnya online travel agent (OTA), untuk itulah perubahan sistem bisnis harus dilakukan untuk bertahan dalam perubahan bisnis yang cepat kedalam operasional bisnis secara elektronik (e-bisnis). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa proses e-bisnis di perusahaan perjalanan wisata skala kecil dan menengah di kota Bandung. Analisa proses e-bisnis dilakukan pada kesiapan teknologi, kesiapan organisasi dan lingkungan luar perusahaan. Teknik penelitian kualitatif dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data secara akurat. Analisis konten dilakukan pada data hasil wawancara dengan para manajer di perusahaan perjalanan wisata. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 5 perusahaan perjalanan wisata skala kecil dan menengah di kota Bandung (Bimex Tour, Binar Tour, TraveLab Polban, Segara Tour dan Ranata Tour). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh perusahaan perjalanan wisata di kota Bandung sudah menjalankan bisnis secara elektronik. Perusahaan sudah siap dengan fasilitas dan SDM mengoperasikan teknologi yang digunakan perusahaan. Kesiapan organisasi sudah baik dengan komitmen menyediakan fasilitas dan dukungan dana yang diperlukan untuk menjalankan proses e-bisnis. Sementara pengaruh lingkungan luar perusahaan menjadi pendorong perusahaan melakukan inovasi dalam memasarkan produk perusahaan. dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi yang tersedia secara bebas. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perusahaan perjalanan wisata skala kecil dan menengah sudah menjalankan bisnis secara elektronik dan mampu bertahan dalam lingkungan teknologi yang cepat berkembang. Penelitian lanjutan perlu dilakukan untuk mendapatkan proses e-bisnis yang utuh pada sisi proses bisnis elektronik dengan penyedia jasa (e-supply chain), mengelola hubungan secara elektronik dengan konsumen (E-CRM). Abstract

Service quality is a form of activity undertaken by a company that aims to meet the wants and needs of customers by providing good service. Customer loyalty is a consumer's assessment of the quality of the product or service it receives based on existing expectations in the mind. Loyal customers will always tend to only one brand even though there are many similar brands. Sample in this study amounted to 135 respondents, is the people of Bandung who have or often use online transportation. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of service quality on online transportation customer loyalty. The result obtained shows that service quality influence significantly customer loyalty by 24,1%.

Abstract

Tingginya penggunaan media sosial dalam kegiatan wisata berdampak pada kemampuan mahasiswa pariwisata mengadaptasi perkembangan teknologi, khususnya media sosial. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada perilaku mahasiswa pariwisata menggunakan media sosial untuk mempromosikan destinasi wisata Indonesia. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai perilaku mahasiswa pariwisata. In depth interview dilakukan pada 26 mahasiswa pariwisata di wilayah Bandung, Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Teknik analisis konten dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan mendalam yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa pariwisata menggunakan media sosial dalam konteks pariwisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa pariwisata memiliki kemampuan menggunakan media sosial untuk membuat blog dan vlog dengan aplikasi yang tersedia. Mahasiswa pariwisata memiliki keiinginan untuk mempromosikan destinasi wisata melalui akun media sosial yang dimilikinya. Temuan lainnya menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki keiinginan dan sudah mulai berbisnis menggunakan media sosial dalam bidang yang berhubungan dengan pariwisata, seperti membuat paket wisata dan menjualnya

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leader member exchange to employee job satisfaction in PT Sandy Globalindo. Leader-member exchange is variable (X) and job satisfaction is a variable (Y). The research method that used is the analytic method with cross sectional approach. The sample in this research is 101 employees. Descriptive analysis showed that the leader-member exchange in PT Sandy Globalindo in the category enough with a mean of 2.91 and job satisfaction of employees at PT Sandy Globalindo in the category enough with a mean of 3.04. Simple linear regression test results indicate that the variable leader-member exchange impact of 38.2% on job satisfaction while amounting to 61.8% of job satisfaction influenced by other things that are not explained in this research. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of leader-member exchange to employee job satisfaction in PT Sandy Globalindo.

Abstract

Every employee must have experienced job stress. Work stress can give positive effect but if excessive it will cause negative impact especially is on employee performance. Therefore work stress must be prevented and handled. Excessive job stress is also experienced by employees of production department at PT Catur Kartika Jaya which is engaged in making mosquito nets. Therefore this research was made to find out how the job stress faced by employees of the production of PT Catur Kartika Jaya and its influence on the performance of these employees. The results obtained through this study is that there is a strong and significant negative influence on work stress on the performance of production employee in PT Catur Kartika Jaya. Therefore, the authors suggest the company to do socialization about work stress management and various activities outside the work that can rest and refresh the soul and body.
