Abstract

Bandung is the 14th most congested cities in Asia according to the Asian Development Bank. Congestion that occurs is caused by the high use of private vehicles rather than the use of public transportation. One of the public transportations in Bandung is the DAMRI city bus. However, in the last three years there has been a decline in the number of DAMRI city bus passengers and various complaints have been found from the services provided. This study aims to determine the service quality and customer satisfaction of DAMRI Bandung city buses and the influence of DAMRI Bandung city bus service quality on customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 384 respondents. The results of this study indicate that service quality and customer satisfaction are in the good category. Then, service quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction with an effect of 65.8%.

Abstract

The development of technology today has a considerable influence on the community, one of the frequent influences in society today always wants everything instant to just go shopping, sometimes lazy to do. E-commerce is one of the examples of technological developments and is a place of online buying and selling transactions that are much in demand today. Shopee is one of the e-commerce that provides a place to bring together sellers and buyers to make transactions online and become one of the most visited e-commerce. This research was conducted to know the decision of consumer purchase through Shopee e-commerce in Bandung. Data is obtained by spreading the questionnaire through Google form. The research method used is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis methods used are validity testing, reliability testing, and descriptive testing. Based on the results of the study, consumer purchasing decision through Shopee e-commerce consists of six dimensions: product selection, brand selection, distributor options, purchase time, purchase amount, and payment method which is consistently included in the strong category of determining purchase decisions with a value of 3.73. The highest dimensions are product selection dimensions and the lowest dimensions are payment method dimensions.

Abstract

Kekurangan bahan ajar, ketidaksediaan perangkat lunak atau software dan kompetensi guru dalam menguasai bahan ajar dan cara mengajarkan materi baru berakibat pada rendahnya kualitas pembelajaran. Kondisi tersebut dialami oleh SMKN I Cipatat pada program studi Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP). Khususnya pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan bagian penerapan pengelolaan arsip elektronik Kurikulum SMK tahun 2018 revisi, Berdasarkan kebutuhan tersebut diperlukan pengembangan bahan ajar dan blended training. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah adalah tersedianya bahan ajar atau modul dan peningkaatan kompetensi guru dalam mengoperasikan Sofftware Image ware Scan Manager (IWSM) untuk pengarsipan elektronik, merancang sistem kearsipan elektronik dan mengajarkan e-filing dengan program IWSM kepada siswa. Pada masa new normal saat ini pendekatan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat perlu diadaptasi. Blended training berlangsung selama 5 hari kerja dilaksanakan 2 hari tatap muka langsung dan 3 hari secara daring via zoom meeting dan satu minggu di lapangan dengan mempertimbangkan protokol kesehatan. Hasil blended training menampilkan tingkat partisipasi partisipan dalam mengikuti blended training 97,5%, kenaikan penguasaan modul blended training saat sebelum serta sesudahnya 122%, dan seluruh partisipan 34 orang dinyatakan kompeten.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe character values in character values developed in thematic learning of low-grade elementary schools in Kota Madya Yogyakarta; 2) describe the strategy of presenting character values in low-grade thematic learning in Kota Madya Yogyakarta. The expected output of this study is a research report related to character values in thematic learning in low-grade elementary schools and publications in scientific journals. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with the researcher as the key instrument. Data collection is carried out by the note-taking method. Data analysis is qualitative descriptive. The object of research is the cultivation of character values in the Madya City of Yogyakarta. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and triangulation.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the character value of responsibility in the family environment; 2) describe the strategy of presenting the character value of responsibility in the family environment. The expected output of this study is a research report related to character values in thematic learning in low-grade elementary schools and publications in scientific journals. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with the researcher as the key instrument. Data collection is carried out by the note-taking method. Data analysis is qualitative descriptive. The object of research is students and parents at the elementary school level in the city of Yogyakarta. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and triangulation. The results of this study show that character education, especially character responsibility has been implemented in the family. What is done is more directing than commanding and even scolding.

Abstract

Sales management information system or commonly abbreviated as sales MIS is an important function needed on a site company. Based on the identification of problems in CV Nugarada Abadi, one of the problems at the company is the official website which is not equipped with a sales MIS. Therefore, the owner plans to make the company's official website a means of buying and selling transactions. Based on the WordPress CMS, the site was originally created only for the requirements of an auction procurement project, but now with the development of technology, many competitors are already using the company's website as a means of buying and selling transactions. The sales MIS is made according to the company's needs which includes the processing of goods, ordering, payment, and delivery. Black Box method and questionnaires are used to evaluate both in terms of sales MIS and in terms of users. The results of the implementation of this project facilitate the work of the CEO in monitoring sales history, the work of the sales department because all data is stored in the database, and benefits the company because it can increase revenue by transacting on the CV Nugarada Abadi website.
