Abstract

Increased employee productivity and occupational health safety is the main aspect to be taken by each company. Some of the problems is a workplace that is not feasible, this can lead to hazards that can arise in the workplace itself, health workers are low, and decreased work productivity of employees. Occupational health and safety program is an effort to improve employee productivity. This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health safety to employee productivity at PT Pindad (Persero). In this study, occupational health safety is the independent variable (X) and employee productivity is the dependent variable (Y). This research is a quantitative research used descriptive method and survey method. By type and method of the study, data analysis used is descriptive analysis, a classic assumption test, regression test, correlation and hypothesis testing. This study Table Krejcie to determine the sample. By using krejcie table can be seen what will be the sample of respondents. The sample in this study were 140 respondents who are employees of PT Pindad (Persero). Results of simple linear regression, obtained by the equation Y = 33.867 + 0.209 X with R-Square of 0.603. It shows that the variable quality of work life of 60.3% impact on work productivity, while labor productivity by 39.7% influenced by other things such as work attitude, leadership, control, management of labor productivity and efficiency so that is not explained in this study. Therefore, it can be seen that there is significant health salvation to employee productivity at PT Pindad (Persero).

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate model that explores the influence of social capital (structural, relational, and cognitive social capital) on knowledge sharing. The survey was administered in minimarket at Bandung. Employees of the minimarket participated in the survey, 180 surveys were used to investigate a research model and hypotheses using factor analysis and multiple regression. The research confirmed the importance of social capital in the context of knowledge sharing. The paper provides empirical evidence that every social capital dimensions have a significant effect on knowledge sharing. Cognitive social capital has the strongest effect on employees’ knowledge sharing. Finally, there are inter-relationships among the dimensions of social capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the role of music and genre of music that produces the fastest typing speeds in words per minute. Respondent of this research divided into two groups. The first group is a control group that learned keyboarding skill without music, the rest group learned keyboarding skill with music. The music that used in that experiments coming from Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing 26. The number of the word per minute for each respondent was recorded, three times, at the beginning, in the middle, and the end of the course; labeled by Kstart, Kmiddle, and Kend. In spite of identifying role of genre music to typing performance, the second group typed predetermined line while listening to different predetermined music. The genre categories uses were jazz, blues, rock, reggae, degung (Sundanese music), and classic. The number of words per minute for each respondent was recorded. Every respondent has three trials were run. The recorded information was compared. The result of this experiment showed that music played a significant role to shape typing performance. Second, this experiment showed that rock music produced the fastest typing speeds. Blues produced the second fastest typing speed. Jazz produces the third fastest typing speed.

Abstract

Compensation is an important thing that employees should be given to employees appropriately, whether compensated financially or non-financially compensated. Employees need compensation such as bonuses, benefits, a comfortable working environment, and work that can show the ability for employees to provide the best performance to the company. One of the objectives of this study is to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee performance in Cargill Tropical Palm (ISK Lake View Estate) of West Kalimantan. The sample in this research is all of Cargill Tropical Palm (ISK Lake View Estate) field employee as many as 110 people used as material of analysis. The concept of variable compensation consists of three dimensions including direct, indirect, and non-financial financial compensation. Performance variables consist of quality of work, quantity of work, reliability, knowledge, and cooperation. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. Test validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression, correlation, and determination. The data obtained is processed using SPSS Statistics 20.0 program and yields the equation Y = 24.662 + 0,543, which means that with increasing compensation of 24,662 it will increase the employee performance of 0,543. Kompensasi merupakan hal penting yang seharusnya diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan secara layak, baik kompensasi finansial maupun kompensasi non finansial. Karyawan membutuhkan kompensasi seperti bonus, tunjangan, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, dan pekerjaan yang dapat menunjukan kemampuan agar karyawan dapat memberikan kinerja terbaiknya kepada perusahaan. Salah satu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan di Cargill Tropical Palm (ISK Lake View Estate) Kalimantan Barat. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan lapangan Cargill Tropical Palm (ISK Lake View Estate) sebanyak 110 orang yang digunakan sebagai bahan analisis. Konsep variabel kompensasi terdiri dari tiga dimensi diantaranya kompensasi finansial langsung, tidak langsung, dan non finansial. Variabel kinerja terdiri dari kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, keandalan, pengetahuan, dan kerja sama. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi, korelasi, dan determinasi. Data yang didapat diolah menggunakan program SPSS Statistics 20.0 dan menghasilkan persamaan Y = 24,662 + 0,543, yang berarti dengan meningkatnya kompensasi sebesar 24,662 maka akan terjadi peningkatan pada kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,543.

Abstract

Each company must strive to provide the best service to its customers to win the competition, thus the quality of service becomes one important. To provide good quality services to customers, the physical environment interaction between the company and the customer called with servicescape becomes a consideration. Servicescape dimensions that are measured in this study are aesthetic facilities, lighting, ambiance, layout, equipment, and employees, while for the service quality dimensions that are used in this study are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The purpose of this study is to reveal the influence servicescape on service quality  Dana Pensiun Telkom Bandung City. 125 questionnaires distributed, but the data can be taken as many as 116. The data analysis is done is descriptive analysis, regression, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research that has been done, there is a positive influence of servicescape on quality service Dana Pensiun Telkom Bandung.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the process of implementation of safety and health program in the production director detail part manufacturing division   PT Dirgantara Indonesia, this research also can be known about work productivity at PT Dirgantara Indonesia.  This research was conducted on 117  respondents who are employees of the production director detail part manufacturing division PT Dirgantara Indonesia. This study used primary data by using questionnaires and interviews also using secondary data obtained from books and journals. The classical principle test used for this research is normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test. The result is employee productivity in productivity direktorat production detail part manufacturing division PT Dirgantara Indonesia of 27.1% made by the implementation of health and safety programs as much as 72.9%. The result of hypothesis test shows that there is significant influence between the implementation of work safety program to the work productivity of the employees of the production directorate part manufacturing PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksanaan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di bagian produksi sutradara bagian manufaktur PT Dirgantara Indonesia, penelitian ini juga dapat diketahui tentang produktivitas kerja di PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 117 responden yang merupakan karyawan direktur produksi detil divisi manufaktur PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara juga menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku dan jurnal. Uji prinsip klasik yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji linieritas. Hasilnya adalah produktivitas karyawan dalam produktivitas direktorat produksi secara detail bagian manufaktur PT Dirgantara Indonesia sebesar 27,1% dilakukan dengan program kesehatan dan keselamatan sebanyak 72,9%. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan program keselamatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi direktorat bagian bagian manufaktur PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

Abstract

Every company does business by producing a product or service with good quality. Quality is very important for the company because every company has its own standards based on specifications set. The quality is also very important for consumers because consumers who determine the needs and desires as well as closely related to satisfaction will be felt after using the product. Customer satisfaction is also very important for the company because the company trying to provide something that is needed, desired and sought after by consumers, and ultimately the consumer will be satisfied. Satisfaction is also very important for consumers because it is something to be gained by comparing the expectations of the performance of the products that have been purchased. This study aims to determine the effect on product quality kartuHALO user satisfaction in GraPARI MTC Telkomsel Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with the results stating that kartuHALO product quality and user satisfaction in GraPARI MTC Telkomsel Bandung is quite good. Of the eight dimensions of the variable product quality, performance dimension had the highest contribution is 4.14 and the dimensions of durability contribute to the bottom at 3.86. For user satisfaction, from the existing three-dimensional, dimensions of emotional factors contribute to the high at 4.02 and dimensions contribute to its lowest price of 3.66. This study used a questionnaire distributed to 270 respondents. Based on the research that has been done, regression equation Y = 7.483 + 0,283X. The study states that kartuHALO product quality and user satisfaction has a strong positive correlation of 0.582 and product quality kartuHALO affect user satisfaction of 33.9%.

Abstract

Perusahaan harus mampu bertahan dan bersaing di tengah perubahan cepat yang terjadi di dunia bisnis. Ada banyak cara agar perusahaan dapat bertahan dan bersaing dengan pesaing, salah satunya adalah dengan mengembangkan kualitas kinerja sumber daya manusia. Ada satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja karyawan di perusahaan, apakah positif atau negatif, faktornya adalah berbagi pengetahuan. Berbagi pengetahuan itu sendiri adalah berbagi pengetahuan, suatu langkah untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada anggota kelompok, organisasi, agensi, atau perusahaan untuk berbagi pengetahuan mereka dengan anggota lain. Berbagi pengetahuan yang diterapkan oleh karyawan suatu perusahaan akan berdampak pada kinerja karyawan lainnya yang baik di perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara berbagi pengetahuan dan kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, objek penelitian adalah perusahaan milik negara yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan juga membeli dan menjual pesawat terbang.

Abstract

This study examines factors that drive customer repurchase intentions toward leather fashion products by integrating the concept of brand perception and product evaluation. The data were gathered from 297 customers of leather fashion products in Garut, West Java, Indonesia. Partial Least Square was employed to evaluate the effect of brand perception (consisting of brand experience and brand affect) and product evaluation (consisting of perceived value, perceived quality, and price perception) on customer intention to repurchase. The findings reveal that brand perception has a positive significant impact on product evaluation which indirectly influences customer repurchase intention. Theoretically, this study has succeeded in verifying the integration of brand perception and product evaluation to predict customer repurchase intention. Meanwhile, the practical implication lies in the importance of improving product quality and strengthening the brand in order to stimulate the customers’ intention to repurchase.
