Abstract

Abstract: XYZ store is a store that sells various brands of mobile phones, and various brands of quota. The recording of sales and inventory at the XYZ store is still recorded using a book so that it is often constrained to be able to get reports between sales results and inventory quantities quickly and accurately. Based on this, to help maximize the performance in the store, a recording application was created that uses the Javascript, PHP, and MySQL programming languages ​​as the database. The writing method used in making this application is Agile Methodology. The result of making this application is an application that can be used to assist store performance in recording and monitoring sales and inventory at the XYZ store. Abstrak: Toko XYZ merupakan toko yang menjual berbagai merek handphone, dan berbagai merek kuota. Pencatatan penjualan dan persediaan pada toko XYZ ini masih di catat menggunakan buku sehingga sering terkendala untuk dapat mendapatkan laporan antara hasil penjualan dengan jumlah pesediaan secara cepat dan akurat. Berdasarkan hal ini, untuk membantu memaksimalkan kinerja yang ada di toko, maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi pencatatan yang menggunakan Bahasa pemograman JavaScipt, PHP, dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah Metodelogi Agile. Hasil dari pembuatan aplikasi ini berupa aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu kinerja toko dalam mencatat dan memantau penjualan dan persediaan di toko XYZ.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a building materials manufacturing company that focuses on products made of mild steel raw materials in the form of roofs, floors, partitions and framing, which also has 60 employees divided into several divisions. At XYZ in processing HR data has been computerized, but in data management and staffing data storage it is still not optimal. Based on these problems, a staffing information system was created at PT The website-based XYZ was created with the aim of being able to assist companies in processing employee data effectively and efficiently and is expected to be able to minimize errors and data loss. The method used in making this system is the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method, while the system design uses the Visual Studio Code, MySQL, and Laravel applications as a framework with the PHP programming language. The final result obtained is that the company can manage employee data, absences, layoffs, punishment and rewards, assignments, permission/leave and recruitment.

Abstract

The rapid growth of information technology encourages small and medium enterprises to adopt digital systems to improve operational efficiency. PD VELGSECONDPLG is a business engaged in the sale of new and used car wheels, which previously relied on manual transaction records. This condition caused data inaccuracies, delayed reporting, and difficulties in inventory control. This study aims to develop a web-based sales information system that integrates product management, sales and purchase transactions, inventory control, payment processing, trade-in services, and reporting. The system was developed using the Agile Scrum methodology to ensure flexibility and continuous user feedback. The Laravel framework and MySQL database were used for system implementation. System testing was carried out using black box testing. The results show that all system functionalities operate according to user requirements. The proposed system improves data accuracy, operational efficiency, and service quality at PD VELGSECONDPLG.
