Abstract

Penyakit pada buah nanas merupakan salah satu faktor utama penyebab penurunan kualitas hasil panen dan kerugian ekonomi bagi petani. Identifikasi penyakit secara manual seringkali tidak akurat karena subjektivitas pengamat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan jenis penyakit pada buah nanas menggunakan pendekatan Deep Learning dengan membandingkan dua arsitektur populer, yaitu VGG16 dan EfficientNetB7. Dataset yang digunakan berjumlah 215 citra yang terbagi ke dalam empat kelas: Busuk Pangkal, Bercak Hitam, Busuk Inti Buah, dan Nanas Sehat. Karena keterbatasan jumlah data, teknik Transfer Learning dan augmentasi data diterapkan untuk meningkatkan performa model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EfficientNetB7 memberikan performa yang lebih unggul dibandingkan VGG16 dengan akurasi validasi sebesar 89,25%, precision 88,50%, dan f1-score 88,20%. Sementara itu, VGG16 mencapai akurasi validasi sebesar 84,50%. Meskipun EfficientNetB7 membutuhkan waktu komputasi yang lebih lama per epoch, keunggulannya dalam mengekstraksi fitur kompleks pada tekstur kulit nanas menjadikannya model yang lebih ideal untuk sistem deteksi penyakit tanaman. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan dalam pengembangan teknologi otomasi pertanian untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penanganan penyakit pascapanen nanas.

Abstract

Many companies, including the Notary Office and PPAT Ismet Taufik, S.H. in Jambi City, still rely on manual systems, leading to poorly organized archive data and inefficient data searches that hinder work processes. This research aims to analyze and design a web-based archival data processing system to improve data organization and search efficiency. Using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) methodology, this study incorporates use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The system design follows a Prototype model visualized using the Canva application. The result is a design for a more effective and efficient archival data processing system tailored for the Notary Office and PPAT Ismet Taufik, S.H.

Abstract

An inventory information system has become an important requirement for various institutions, including schools. SD Negeri 111 Jambi City as one of the educational institutions in the region faces challenges in managing inventory of goods. Therefore, this research aims to analyze and design a web-based inventory information system that can help schools in managing their inventory. This research uses a system analysis and design approach to identify user needs and design an information system that suits these needs. Data collection methods used include observation, interviews and literature study. The results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers can serve as a guide in this research. The object development method used is UML (Unified Modeling Language), namely Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The system to be designed will allow users to record, monitor and track inventory of goods more easily and efficiently through a user-friendly web interface. Apart from that, this system can also increase the transparency and accuracy of inventory information and minimize the risk of data loss or omission. Thus, the development of a web-based inventory information system is expected to make a positive contribution in improving the performance at SD Negeri 111 Jambi City
