Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify: (1) the effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Lima Prima Jaya in Solok City, (2) the effect of Individual Characteristics on Employee Performance at PT Lima Prima Jaya in Solok City, and (3) the combined effect of Work Environment and Individual Characteristics on Employee Performance at PT Lima Prima Jaya in Solok City. For this study, a total sampling method was employed, resulting in 30 respondents. The study utilizes a quantitative approach with primary data. The findings indicate that: (1) the X1 variable, which represents the Work Environment, has a t value exceeding the t-table (4.291 > 2.05183) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, suggesting that the work environment has a partial impact on employee performance; (2) the X2 variable, which represents Individual Characteristics, has a t value less than the t-table (1.743 < 2.05183) and a significance level of 0.093 > 0.05, indicating that individual characteristics do not have a partial impact on employee performance; (3) the results of the F-test reveal that the F-count is greater than the F-table (13.519 > 3.354), indicating that the work environment and individual characteristics together influence employee performance. This is further supported by an R Square value of 0.500, which indicates that the work environment and individual characteristics account for 50.0% of employee performance at PT Lima Prima Jaya in Solok City, with the remaining 50.0% being affected by other factors not covered in this research.

Abstract

Kondisi ekonomi keluarga di wilayah pedesaan dengan dominasi pekerjaan sektor informal cenderung tidak stabil sehingga memerlukan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga yang memadai. Namun, literasi keuangan ibu rumah tangga sebagai pengelola utama keuangan keluarga masih tergolong rendah. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi keuangan guna memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi keluarga pada ibu-ibu kader dan pemuda di Kenagarian Paninggahan, Kabupaten Solok. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan dan edukasi partisipatif melalui pemaparan materi, diskusi, dan studi kasus pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Hasil identifikasi awal menunjukkan peserta belum memiliki pencatatan keuangan, pola pengeluaran masih konsumtif, serta belum melakukan perencanaan keuangan jangka menengah dan panjang. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai pencatatan keuangan sederhana, penyusunan anggaran berbasis prioritas, dan pentingnya menabung. Ibu-ibu kader juga mulai berperan sebagai agen perubahan dalam menyebarkan pengetahuan keuangan. Program ini mendorong perubahan pola pikir dan perilaku finansial yang mendukung ketahanan ekonomi keluarga secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research intends to evaluate how service quality and credit procedures affect customer satisfaction during the application process for public transportation loans at PT BPR Mutiara Nagari Sijunjung. Utilizing a descriptive methodology paired wit+h a quantitative strategy, the study gathers primary data through questionnaires given to participants, employing a purposive sampling method, and includes a total of 48 customers in the sample. Results from the partial tests demonstrate that service quality positively influences customer satisfaction. This is supported obtained being greater than the critical t-value (3.054 > 2.01290), along with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. In addition, the credit procedures also exhibit a favorable effect on customer satisfaction, with the t-value (2.603) surpassing the t-table value (2.01290) and a significance level of 0.012, which is under 0.05. Moreover, the F-test analysis shows the calculated F-value is 43.106, exceeding the F-table value of 3.20. This indicates that both service quality and loan processing together have a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction during the loan application process at PT BPR Mutiara Nagari Sijunjung.

Abstract

This quantitative study, involving 135 respondents, aims to analyze the influence of work efficiency and income on the welfare level of members of the Women Farmer Group (KWT) in X Koto Singkarak Sub-district. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests to determine both partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on welfare. The results of the t-test reveal that work efficiency (X1) does not have a significant partial effect on the welfare of KWT members (Y), as indicated by a t-value of -1.817, which is lower than the t-table value of 1.977, and a significance level of 0.071, which exceeds 0.05. Conversely, income (X2) demonstrates a strong and significant partial effect on welfare, supported by a significance value of 0.000, which is lower than 0.05, and a t-value of 13.561, which is higher than the t-table value of 1.977. Furthermore, the simultaneous F-test confirms that work efficiency and income collectively have a significant effect on the welfare level of KWT members, with an F-value of 98.319 exceeding the F-table value of 19.490 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings indicate that increasing income plays an important role in improving welfare.
