Abstract

This research was conducted by PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch, which is located at Jl. KH. Ahmad Dahlan Pandan Near Solok City. While the research time is estimated in June 2022 to find out and analyze Compensation for Employee Performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch. The type of research that will be carried out is descriptive quantitative research, in which this study seeks to find out a clearer picture of leadership style and compensation for employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch. While the form of research is Causal Research, (cause and effect) where there are independent variables that affect the dependent variable. The number of samples in this study used total sampling where the entire population was sampled, namely all employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch as many as 52 people. Based on the results of the simple linear regression analysis carried out, the regression equation Y = 9.311 + 1.128X means that if the compensation value is fixed or equal to zero (0) then the employee's performance will be worth 9.311 and if the compensation is increased by 1 unit then the employee's performance will increase by 1.128, p. This proves that compensation has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch can be accepted. The result of the R2 (R square) value is 0.612 or 61.2%, this indicates that Compensation (X) has an effect on Employee Performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch of 61.2%. While the remaining 38.1% is influenced by other variables such as career development, training and employee motivation which are not included in this study. Based on the t test, the calculated t value is also greater than t table, namely 9.019> 1.6751 and the value is not significant 0.000< 0.05 then there is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Social Service of Solok Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ability and work quality on the quality of public services at the Social Service of Solok Regency. In this study, the population is people who receive services from the Social Service of Solok Regency. totaling 80 people. With this type of quantitative research and sampling technique using incidental sampling method. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire/questionnaire Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of Work Ability and Work Quality affect the Quality of Public Services at the Social Service of Solok Regency. Y= 21.667 + 0.379X1 + 0.875X2 + e. From the t-test, it is known that the X1 variable affects the quality of public services at the Social Service of Solok Regency with a tcount of 2,323 > ttable 1,996 and sig 0.000 <0.05. X2 Variable Quality of Work has an effect on the Quality of Public Services in the Social Service of Solok Regency with tcount 6.382 > ttable 1.996 and sig 0.000 <0.05. From the Determination Test the value of R Square is 0.525. This means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other variables not intended in this study, such as motivational compensation, work environment, etc.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Pimpiang Alahan Panjang Island Tourism, Solok Regency. The study aims to determine how big the effect of visitor satisfaction is on Pimpiang Alahan Panjang Island Tourism, Solok Regency. The population used was 50 visitors to Pimpiang Island tourism. By using the sampling technique, namely the Accidental Sampling method. Questionnaires are data collection techniques. Based on multiple regression analysis, the variables Location (X1) and Facilities (X2) affect Visitor Satisfaction (Y). The multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 1.358 + 0.827 (X1) + 0.158 (X2) + 0.05. The coefficient of determination shows that the independent variables (X1 and X2) have an influence of 70.7% on the dependent variable (Y), while the remaining 29.3% is influenced by other variables not included in the study. The t-test of the variables Location (X1) and Facilities (X2) shows that both have a significant effect on Visitor Satisfaction (Y) with f count > f table. From the f test, Location (X1) Facilities (X2) simultaneously or together have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely Visitor Satisfaction (Y), the calculated f value > f table (56.757 > 3.18) and the sign level is <0.05 (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Budi Mulia Kotobaru. The population in this study were all 33 teachers in Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School, the sampling technique in this study was total sampling, where the number of samples was the same as the population. So the sample in this study were 33 people. The type of data used in this research is quantitative. Data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and ability to use technology to increase the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School. The sample in this study were 33 respondents who teach at SMK Budi Mulia Kotobaru. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained that Y = 4.133+ 0.582X1 + 0.339X2 + e and t-tests of 3.291 and 2.266, which means that the competence variable affects the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School, the variable ability to use technology affects the professionalism of Budi Mulia Vocational School teachers. His Highness Kotobaru. Judging from the R Square value of 0.762, which means that competence and ability to use technology have an effect of 76.2% on increasing the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School and 23.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the analysis of the f-test the value of fcount is 47.899> ftable 3.30, which means that the competence and ability to use technology together affect the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the Jorong Feed community on Saturday Nagari Panyakalan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy on strengthening the family economy of the Jorong Pakan Saturday Panyakalan Community. In this study, the population was the Jorong Pakan Saturday Panyakalan Community, which amounted to 225 people with a total sample of 50 people. . With this type of quantitative research and sampling technique using the pourpose sampling method. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire/questionnaire. Based on a simple linear regression analysis of the variable Islamic financial literacy of productive age people on the strengthening of the family economy Y=30.213+0.288.X+e. From the t-test performed, the t-count value is greater than t-table 2.224 > 2.010 and the significant level value is 0.031 < 0.05, then H1 is accepted, H0 is accepted. From the Determination Test, the R Square value is 0.093 or 9.3%, this shows that the independent variable has an impact on the dependent variable by 9.3%, while the remaining 90.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. for example individual characteristics, discipline, incentives, rewards and family environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Penerima Bantuan Sosial di Kantor Wali Nagari Muaro Paneh Kecamatan Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok; (2) Pengaruh Fasilitas Terhadap Kepuasan Penerima Bantuan Sosial di Kantor Wali Nagari Muaro Paneh Kecamatan Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok; dan (3) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Fasilitas Terhadap Kepuasan Penerima Bantuan Sosial di Kantor Wali Nagari Muaro Paneh Kecamatan Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:(1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Penerima Bantuan Sosial di Kantor Wali Nagari Muaro Paneh Kecamatan Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok, dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,995 lebih besar dari ttabel pada tingkat signifikan 5% yaitu 2,0047, maka 2,995> 2,0047 dan nilai probabilitas signifikan sebesar (0,004 < 0,05); (2) Fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Penerima Bantuan Sosial di Kantor Wali Nagari Muaro Paneh Kecamatan Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok, dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 4,065 lebih besar dari ttabel pada tingkat signifikan 5% yaitu 2,0047, maka 4,065 > 2,0047 dan nilai probabilitas signifikan sebesar (0,000 < 0,05); (3) Kualitas pelayanan dan Fasilitas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Penerima Bantuan Sosial di Kantor Wali Nagari Muaro Paneh Kecamatan Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok dengan Fhitung sebesar 34,295 > 3,13, dan dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,546 atau 54,6% dan sisanya sebesar 45,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar variabel pada penelitian ini, seperti variabel pada kinerja, kepemimpinan, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan sektor penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih banyak pelaku usaha yang belum memiliki sistem pencatatan keuangan yang tertib dan terstruktur. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan pada Warung Sembako Ibu Deni di Kota Solok, yang menunjukkan bahwa pencatatan keuangan masih dilakukan secara manual, tidak konsisten, dan tanpa pengendalian internal yang memadai. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara langsung, observasi, dan edukasi ringan. Tidak adanya pemisahan kas pribadi dan usaha, tidak tercatatnya pengeluaran secara rutin serta ketiadaan kontrol terhadap stok barang, menyebabkan ketidak tahuan hasil usaha dalam periode tertentu baik dari segi laba atau rugi. Sosialisasi yang diberikan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku usaha mengenai pentingnya sistem informasi akuntansi sederhana dan pengendalian internal dalam pengelolaan keuangan UMKM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi kebangkrutan menggunakan metode Springate (S-Score) pada perusahaan Sub Sektor Ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 21 perusahaan ritel yang memenuhi kriteria sampel. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan menggunakan metode Multiple Discriminant Analysis (MDA) yaitu: memilih empat dari 19 rasio keuangan inti, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk membedakan apakah perusahaan tergolong bangkrut atau tidak. Springate mengemukakan nilai cut off yang berlaku untuk model ini adalah 0,862, nilai S-score yang didapat > 0,862 diprediski tidak bangkrut dan nilai S-score yang didapat < 0,862 diprediski bangkrut. Berdasarkan perhitungan Springate (S-Score) hasil penelitian ini bahwa pada tahun 2016 terdapat 3 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut, pada tahun 2017 terdapat 2 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut, pada tahun 2018 ada 1 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut, pada tahun 2019 ada 2 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut dan pada tahun 2020 ada 5 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut didapat bahwa dari 21 perusahaan Sub Sektor Ritel terdapat 6 perusahaan diprediski bangkrut dalam waktu periode tahun 2016-2020 Diantaranya adalah perusahaan Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Erajaya Swasembada Tbk, Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk, Global Teleshop Tbk, Sona Topas Tourism Industry Tbk dan Tiphone Mobile Indonesia Tbk. Model Springate (S-Score) dalam memprediksi adanya potensi (indikasi) kebangkrutan perusahaan memiliki tingkat keakuratan hingga 92,5%.

Abstract

A teacher's attitude toward their work or teaching is a key indicator of their job satisfaction, and compensation which includes pay, bonuses, and other forms of appreciation is a way for the organization to recognize the contributions of its employees, all of which have an impact on job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to examine how teacher job satisfaction is impacted by compensation in public elementary schools in Nagari Kinari, Bukit Sundi District. Based on factors including gender, age, education level, and duration of service, the study's sample consisted of 36 respondents. The t-test score for the compensation variable was higher than the t-table (3.906 > 2.03452), indicating that teacher job satisfaction is impacted by compensation. The findings of the determination coefficient test indicate that there is a 36.5% relationship between the pay variable (X2) and the dependent variable of teacher job satisfaction (Y). The study's findings indicate that managing compensation policies needs to be done in a sustainable and planned manner. Teachers will feel more valued, supported, and appreciated for their professionalism if they are paid more. Higher job satisfaction will follow, which may lead to better performance and a favorable effect on students' academic achievement in schools.

Abstract

This study was carried out on the Apparatus of Rangkiang Luluih Village in Tigo Subdistrict, Solok Regency. The aim of this research was to assess the extent to which Work Discipline impacts the Performance of the Village Apparatus within Rangkiang Luluih Village, Tigo Subdistrict, Solok Regency. The population for this study consisted of 30 employees from the Rangkiang Luluih Village Apparatus. The Total Sampling method was employed for the sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire. According to multiple regression analysis, the Work Discipline variable (X1) influences Performance (Y). The resulting multiple linear regression formula is Y = -1.699 + 0.702 X1 + e. The coefficient of determination indicates that the independent variable (X1) accounts for 95.8% of the variance in the dependent variable (Y), with the remaining 4.2% being affected by other factors not explored in this study. The t-test results for the Work Discipline variable (X1) indicate a significant effect on Performance (Y) since t count exceeds t table. Additionally, the f-test shows that Work Discipline (X1) significantly affects the dependent variable, Performance (Y), as the computed f-value is higher than the critical f-value (311.039 > 3.35), and the significance level is below 0.000, which is less than 0.05.
