Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the Tahfidz program at SMAN 6 Padang. This research is included in the type of evaluation research using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) approach from Stufflebeam & Shinkfield. The instruments used for data collection in this research were interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires conducted on students and teachers. The results of this research show that: 1) Implementation of the tahfidz program is very necessary for students and teachers to develop noble student character; 2) The quality and availability of facilities that support the Tahfidz program still need to be improved, especially in terms of the availability of libraries, technological facilities, worship facilities and sanitation; 3) The implementation of the tahfidz program has run smoothly; 4) The Tahfidz program is considered to have helped students become Hafidz or Hafidzah which has an influence on the students' character.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development of social media, so it is necessary to explore the role of social media in influencing Islamic lifestyle trends among young Muslim consumers, focusing on the role of influencers, content platforms, and their impact on religious identity. This study uses a systematic literature review (SLR) with the PRISMA method using data from 2020 to 2024 on how social media influences the adoption of Islamic lifestyle trends by young Muslims. The research findings show that social media platforms are key in shaping the religious and cultural identities of young Muslims, with influencers playing an important role in promoting Islamic values ​​and encouraging consumption behavior that is in line with halal principles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan Bappeda Kabupaten Simeulue dalam proses penyusunan RKPK Simeulue Tahun 2021, serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi penyusunan RKPK Simeulue Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Bappeda Kabupaten Simeulue, dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan instrumen penelitian yaitu peneliti sendiri. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dan wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti dengan informan Kepala Bappeda, Sekretaris Bappeda, Kabid, Kasubbid, dan staf Bidang P2EPD Bappeda Kabupaten Simeulue. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh peneliti dari analisis dokumen RKPK Simeulue Tahun 2021, serta melalui studi pustaka yang bersumber dari artikel online, tesis online, dan Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan tahunan yang dilakukan Pemerintah Pusat atau Daerah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bappeda Kabupaten Simeulue dalam menjalankan peranannya sebagai penyusun RKPK Simeulue Tahun 2021 belum terlaksana dengan cukup baik, Terjadi keterlambatan penetapan Peraturan Bupati Simeulue Tentang RKPK Simeulue Tahun 2021, ±1 (satu) bulan lamanya, keterlambatan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor penghambat yaitu adanya mutasi dan rotasi pegawai di Bappeda Kabupaten Simeulue, belum tersedianya data perencanaan secara menyeluruh, kurangnya sumber daya manusia, adanya perubahan Permendagri No 13 Tahun 2006 ke Permendagri No 90 Tahun 2019 kemudian disempurnakan lagi ke Kepmendagri No 050-3708 Tahun 2020.

Abstract

The university as an educational institution has an important role to play in preparing the younger generation to become successful entrepreneurs. The study aims to analyze the integration of entrepreneurial education into the career exploration strategy of Baiturrahmah University students. The research uses qualitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through interviews. The research informant is an entrepreneurship lecturer and a student at Baiturrahmah University. The research shows that Baiturrahmah University has implemented a variety of entrepreneurial education integration strategies and such strategies have had a positive impact on students in exploring their careers including improving their understanding of the world of work and entrepreneurship opportunities, developing the skills and knowledge needed, boosting confidence and building networks and connections. Recommendations for the integration of entrepreneurship education at Baiturrahmah University can be more effective in helping students to their career goals and contribute to the development of enterprise in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the role of digital technologies in enhancing the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the digital era using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The findings highlight that digital transformation enables SMEs to accelerate innovation, expand collaboration networks, and improve operational efficiency. The adoption of technologies such as blockchain, e-commerce, and digital payment systems have positively impacted SMEs by increasing transparency, expanding market reach, and optimizing supply chains. However, challenges such as limited financial resources, lack of digital skills, and weak corporate governance hinder effective technology adoption. Government policies, collaboration with research institutions, and tailored digital strategies are essential to overcome these barriers. The study emphasizes the need for adaptive strategies to integrate Industry 4.0 technologies and sustain SME growth.
