Abstract

This research was conducted with descriptive and quantitative methods that use primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews/interview and questionnaire study. Respondents were drawn were 58 people. These samples are used for the purpose of collecting the necessary data in the descriptive analysis determined accidental random sampling. Descriptive analysis of the results it can be concluded that the results of the study are the results of the overall respondents about factors at work compensation of employees of PT. HOHO Pekanbaru in the category are not good, the results are the results of the overall respondents regarding employee discipline factor PT. HOHO Pekanbaru in quite well and the results of that research respondents overall results of the performance factors of employees of PT. HOHO Pekanbaru in a category quite well. Of both the independent variables are X1 (compensation) and X2 (work stress) are the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. HOHO Pekanbaru is compensation (X1), it can be seen from the t value for X1 is equal to 8,276 while the t-table is (0.05, 55) = 1.672 because t (8276)> t table (1.672) then Ho significant. Therefore, the authors advise leaders should consider the issue of compensation to be received by the employee, because of the work that employees do a compensation factor can be determined motivation and employee morale in the work so that it can have an impact on labor discipline and employee performance.Keywords: Compensation, Job Stress and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the competence and commitment of the teacher in SMA Negeri 1 Bunut, Pelalawan, RIAU. The population of this study are all teachers of SMAN 1 Bunut which amounts to 44 people. The sampling technique using the method of taking the census respondents, where the number of samples taken are all teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Bunut . Pelalawan, RIAU. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analisis. These results indicatethat the competence and commitment of teachers significantly influence teacher performance SMA Negeri 1 Bunut. It can be seen from the two variablest value is greater than t table, respectively variables competence 3,003, variable commitment 2,390. Mean while, when these two variables simultaneously on the performance theacers SMA Negeri 1 BUNUT, then both significant effect on the dependent variable. It can be seen from the value off count greater than the table value of 30,850 f >3.226. Of lineare quation scanbe known constants of 6.234. Regression coefficient for competence 0.368 and commitment 0.346. Based on the value of the regression coefficients hows the most dominant variable is the variabel competence of 0,368.Keywords: Competence, Commitment, Performance

Abstract

The research was conducted at Indrapura Hotel Pekanbaru in Pekanbaru No.86 at Soetomo street road that aims to determine how Effect of compensation and working environment either simultaneously or partially on job spirit employee at Indrapura Hotel Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all full-time employees Indrapura Hotel Pekanbaru. Sampling was done by making the overall population of respondents ie 59 people. Source data from the primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study was through questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative method using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 19.00. Simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the independent variables simultaneously compensation and working environment has a significant influence on job spirit employees. The magnitude of the effect that the coefficient of determination (R2) by the two variables simultaneously on the dependent variable while the remaining 79.3% 20.7% influenced by other variables not examined. Partial regression results (t test) showed that the dependent variable has an job spirit employees a significant effect on each of the independent variables studied were compensation and working environment.Keywords: Compensation, Working Environment, and Job Spirit Employee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate variables and school leadership on teacher performance SMA 1 Negeri Pasir Penyu, Air Molek. As for the population in this study were all teachers of SMAN 1 Pasir Penyu, Air Molek which amounted to 56 people and the entire population sampled in this study using census method. The method of analysis used in this study is descriptive quantitative method, partial and simultaneous analysis (multiple linear regression analysis) with SPSS version 16. The results showed that there were significant and positive effect of the variables of leadership and school organizational climate, either simultaneously or partially, on teacher performance SMA 1 Pasir Penyu, Air Molek. Teacher performance SMA 1 Sand Turtle, Air Molek, 51.8% is determined by factors of leadership and school organizational climate, where the largest contribution is given by the variabel of leadership.Keywords: Leadership. school organizational climate and performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the variables influence the leadership and conflict work simultaneously and significantly affect the productivity of employees of PT. Pure light Pakanido Pekanbaru.As for the population in this study were all employees of PT. Pure light Pakanindo Pekanbaru totaling 117 people consisting of various parts and the whole population sampled in this study using census sampling method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, as it also uses the quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 17.0.From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F-test) showed that the leadership and work conflicts simultaneously significant effect on employee productivity. Partial Test results (t test) showed that the variables of leadership partially significant effect on labor productivity, and workplace conflict variables partially significant effect on employee productivity.Keywords : leadership, workplace conflict and employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the variable of Compensation and Working Environment on employee job satisfaction PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading (Persero) Tbk pekanbaru Branch and to determine which variables are dominant influences between two variables, influence Compensation and Working Environment simultaneously or partially on Employee Job Satisfaction in PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading (Persero) Tbk pekanbaru Branch. Method for collecting the samples is census sampling, the method that all members of the population are sample, 47 people. Data collection methods used were interview, documentation and questionnaire for employees in accordance with the research conducted. Method of Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS 17.0 version. The results showed that Compensation and Working Environment significantly impact toward Employee Job Satisfaction in PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading (Persero) Tbk pekanbaru Branch. Contribution of the effect of the variable compensation and working environment toward employee job satisfaction in PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading (Persero) Tbk Pekanbaru Branch is 63.5% while 36.5% is influenced by other variables that not included in this study.Keywords : Compensation, Working Environment and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, Discipline, Education and Training on Productivity and Factory Employees at PT. Duta Palma Nusantara In Baserah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. And to know which is the most dominant factor influential Against Employee Productivity Perkebunan Wanna Jingga Pada PT. Duta Palma Nusantara di Baserah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi The population in this study were all employees of Perkebunan Wanna Jingga Pada PT. Duta Palma Nusantara, totaling 175 people. In the sampling, the author uses simple random sampling method, a total of 64 people. In this study, the data obtained will be processed by multiple linear regression model (multiple regression). Regression method can be used to show how the independent variables affect the dependent variable. Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto Jl. Southern District of New Logas Koto Regency Kuantan Singingi. With the aim to determine the effect of simultaneous commitment and discipline on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Eternal Wahyuda Koto Baru, next to determine the effect of commitment on job satisfaction PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto, and to determine the effect on employee job satisfaction discipline PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto. In this study population studied were employees of the office of PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto totaling 68 people. The sampling method used is the census of 68 employees of PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto. Multiple Linear Regression method is to determine the relationship between the dependent variable (Y) with the independent variable (X) is used as the data analysis necessary to first examine the validity and reliability of research data. The results showed that there was a significant effect of both simultaneously and significantly between the variables of commitment and discipline to the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto. Variabel commitment and discipline is the dominant variable in affecting job satisfaction of employees of PT. Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining the relationship between consumers and companies to the survival of a company. To make and gain the loyalty of consumers, in need of a lot of the supporting factors of these company. The important factor is the quality of service.Likewise with PT. Telkomsel has the largest subscriber in Indonesia should maintain and improve the highest satisfaction for their customers.After a literature review , and preparation of hypotheses , data were collected through questionnaire method against 80 respondents are all KartuHalo customers. The technique used in this sampling is accidental sampling where the sample is taken with certain considerations and dealing with the problems studied are a customer who came to pay the bill in Grapari kartu HALO. After that analysis from the data obtained using multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing via the F test and t test, and coefficient of determination (R2).The results indicate that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy influence on Grapari Telkomsel customer satisfaction. Where simultaneous test results showed all the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable, it can be seen from F Calculate 30.907 > F table 2.33.While partially variable, the variable responsiveness, assurance and empathy strong influence in which the t value of each variable is 5,415,4,730 and 3,643 greater than t table 2,29.While the tangible variables and variable reliability has a weak effect because t each variable are 1.563 and 2.211 is smaller than t table that is equal to 2.29. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale. This study dilakuakan to most employees in the PT. BINA SAWIT NUSANTARA (BSN) Pekanbaru by 67 people. To process the data obtained from the respondents, the authors used SPSS for windows 17:00. The results of this study showed a positive and significant effect of partial and simultaneous independent variable (compensation and work environment) on the dependent variable (employee morale). This can be evidenced by the F test and t test, by looking at the value of F (50 546) > F (2:64) (3.14) with sig (0,000) <0.005. Based on the t test, the t value of compensation (3447) and the work environment of the t (7,001), and the value of t count > t table (1,997). Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that the bound variable is affected by the independent variable, the magnitude of these effects was 61.2%. The company is expected to always consider the condition of compensation and work environment of employees, so that employees become excited in the works
