Abstract

Islamic calligraphy is one of the cultural treasures of the Indonesian archipelago which must be preserved. Learning Islamic calligraphy increases the imagination, creativity and intellectual development of students. Of course, there are not many state school students who are talented in the art of calligraphy compared to private Islamic schools. But this does not mean that they do not have creativity in Islamic calligraphy. This community service activity aims to overcome this. Islamic calligraphy training activities use the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach where the cycle includes KUPAR (to Know, to Understand, to Plan, to Action and to Reflection). This service activity was carried out for students at Wiradesa Public Middle School 2, Pekalongan Regency, for 2 weeks. The result of this community service activity in the form of training in the art of Islamic calligraphy is that Wiradesa 2 Public Middle School students are very enthusiastic in learning to write Islamic calligraphy. This is evidenced by the results of Islamic calligraphy that has been made by students of Wiradesa 2 Public Middle School, their writing is increasingly developing and according to the rules of Islamic calligraphy. With this training, students become confident to develop their creativity and express their imagination in the form of works in the form of Islamic calligraphy.

Abstract

Pengolahan data yang berbasis komputer telah berkembang sehingga banyak organisasiorganisasi,sekolah-sekolah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam menunjang efektifitas danefisiensi kerja. Hal ini menuntut kemampuan sumber daya manusia untuk menguasai danmengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuanselalu diikuti dengan kemajuan teknologi yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam pengolahan data.Penggunaan alat dan program komputer sebagai proses pengolahan data akan dapat dilakukandengan baik dan hasil yang maksimal. Selain itu juga memiliki ketelitian yang tinggi sehinggaakan memudahkan dan tidak memakan waktu yang lama dalam pencarian data yang diperlukan.SD Negeri Margadana 5 Kota Tegal merupakan salah satu sekolah yang mempunyaimasalah dalam hal pemberian informasi. Karena dalam hal ini pembuatan laporan telahmenggunakan sistem komputer, tetapi komputer belum digunakan secara maksimal sehinggapembuatan laporan kurang bervariasi sehingga mengalami beberapa kendala untuk mendapatkaninformasi yang akurat. Cara mengatasi masalah tersebut maka diperlukan suatu cara pengolahandata siswa yang lebih efektif dan efisien, untuk dapat membantu dalam penyajian informasi siswaantara lain dengan membangun suatu perangkat lunak khusus untuk SD Negeri 5 Margadana KotaTegal, yang bisa membantu proses pengolahan data siswa, mengurangi penumpukan kerja,mengurangi kekeliruan.Kata Kunci: Komputerisasi, Aplikasi, Pengolahan Data, Informasi

Abstract

This research explores the role of socialization methods in overcoming three major sins in school education: Bullying, Sexual Violence, and Intolerance. This research examines the effectiveness of the character values socialization program in overcoming major sins in education. The research results show that this method has a positive impact on students' understanding and application of values such as integrity, responsibility and cooperation. This also forms a solid foundation of character. The success of this program cannot be separated from collaboration between schools and families, where the involvement of parents and teachers is very important. Research shows that socialization methods can improve the quality of elementary school education, create an academic environment and foster strong student character.

Abstract

Kesiapan mahasiswa sebelum praktik klinik merupakan faktor penting dalam menjamin keselamatan pasien dan mutu pelayanan. Mahasiswa D4 Keperawatan Anestesiologi perlu memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta sikap yang sesuai standar rumah sakit, termasuk dalam aspek K3RS (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Rumah Sakit). Edukasi melalui media buku saku menjadi salah satu metode efektif untuk meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi buku saku K3RS terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa sebelum praktik klinik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 mahasiswa D4 Keperawatan Anestesiologi Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner kesiapan mahasiswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor kesiapan setelah diberikan edukasi buku saku K3RS. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (p-value) sebesar 0,001 (p < 0,05), yang berarti ada pengaruh edukasi media buku saku K3RS terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa keperawatan anestesiologi sebelum praktik klinik. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah edukasi buku saku K3RS berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kesiapan mahasiswa sebelum praktik klinik. Penerapan media edukasi sederhana seperti buku saku dapat dijadikan strategi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi awal mahasiswa.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the synergy between education quality management and transformational leadership as a strategy in increasing the effectiveness and competitiveness of educational institutions in the era of globalization and digitalization. The approach used is a literature study by examining relevant theories from various academic sources, both national and international, which discusses the basic concepts of quality management, the characteristics of transformational leadership, and the implementation of both in the context of education. The results of the study show that quality management functions as a management system that ensures the sustainability of improving the quality of education through the principles of planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Meanwhile, transformational leadership acts as a driving force that provides inspiration, motivation, and moral direction to all members of educational organizations. The synergy between the two forms a managerial pattern that is not only systemically efficient, but also humanist and visionary in value. Transformational leaders are able to internalize a culture of quality into every educational process, so that quality is no longer understood as an administrative obligation, but as a collective commitment to produce graduates with excellence and character. This study confirms that the integration of quality management and transformational leadership is the main foundation for the creation of adaptive, innovative, and sustainable educational institutions in the midst of the challenges of the 21st century.
