Abstract

UMKM di Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal, terutama dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja dan memberdayakan masyarakat. Dimsum Citra, sebuah usaha mikro di Medan, menjadi contoh yang sukses dalam memanfaatkan kualitas pelayanan (Service Quality) dan kualitas produk (Product Quality) untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan mendorong pembelian ulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Service Quality dan Product Quality terhadap Repurchase Intention pada konsumen Dimsum Citra. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 99 pelanggan Dimsum Citra. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik Service Quality maupun Product Quality memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian ulang. Secara keseluruhan, keduanya berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen dan memperkuat hubungan jangka panjang antara pelanggan dan Dimsum Citra. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi UMKM dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif dan menjaga standar kualitas produk serta layanan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan bisnis di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of discipline on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance, and whether motivation mediates the relationship between discipline and employee performance at the North Medan City Regional Revenue Office. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved 87 permanent employees selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis with data processing using SPSS software. The results indicate that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation is a mediating variable between discipline and employee performance at the North Medan City Regional Revenue Office. These findings confirm that improved discipline impacts employee performance if accompanied by improvements in employee motivation.

Abstract

Work discipline is one of the key factors in improving employee performance within government institutions. However, performance improvement is influenced not only by discipline but also by motivation as an intervening variable. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to socialize the influence of work discipline on employee performance by positioning motivation as a mediating factor at the Kantor Dinas Pendapatan Kota Medan in Medan. The methods employed in this program include counseling sessions, interactive discussions, and the delivery of case-based materials relevant to the employees’ working conditions. The results of the activity indicate an increased understanding among employees regarding the importance of work discipline and motivation in supporting productivity and improving the quality of public services. Furthermore, participants were able to identify sustainable strategies for enhancing discipline and work motivation. This program is expected to make a tangible contribution to improving employee performance and supporting the realization of effective, efficient, and professional governance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effects of work ethics, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Ghania Creative Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative method, with data analysis conducted using multiple linear regression. The sample consists of 46 respondents, selected through a non-probability sampling technique using saturated sampling. The results of the partial tests indicate that: (1) work ethics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t value (2.247) greater than the t table value (1.68195) and a significance value of 0.030 0.05; (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t value (3.274) greater than the t table value (1.68195) and a significance value of 0.002 0.05; and (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t value (2.888) greater than the t table value (1.68195) and a significance value of 0.006 0.05. Simultaneously, work ethics, work discipline, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Ghania Creative Indonesia, with a calculated F value (81.825) greater than the F table value (2.83) and a significance value of 0.000 0.05. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) indicates that 84.3% of employee performance is explained by work ethics, work discipline, and work motivation, while the remaining 15.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

Teachers as the spearhead of educational implementation are required to have optimal performance to achieve educational goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Binjai. This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population consisted of 81 teachers, all of whom were selected as samples using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires measured on a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that leadership style and organizational culture partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. These findings indicate that effective school leadership and a conducive organizational culture play an important role in improving teacher performance

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in supporting the effectiveness of public service delivery, particularly in government institutions. Optimal performance cannot be separated from adequate work facilities and high work motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of work facilities and work motivation on employee performance at the Medan Selayang District Office, Medan City. This research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consisted of all employees at the Medan Selayang District Office totaling 50 people, and a census technique was used as the sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The results showed that work facilities and work motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work facilities and work motivation also had a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.752 indicates that 75.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work facilities and work motivation, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that improving work facilities and enhancing work motivation are essential in increasing employee performance. The implications of this study are expected to serve as a reference for government institutions in formulating policies to improve employee performance and public service quality

Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine whether work attitude and labor efficiency have an effect on employee productivity at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Stabat Branch. The data analysis technique used is the associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 45 respondents. Primary data collection used a questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that work attitude partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Stabat Branch. Labor efficiency partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Stabat Branch. Work attitude and labor efficiency simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Stabat Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work discipline, and skills on employee performance at the Medan Agricultural Development Polytechnic. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a correlational study design. The population in this study consisted of 111 employees, with a sample of 53 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires, while data analysis utilized multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS 25. The results indicate that, partially, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 3.572 and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 4.147 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 6.802 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, and are the most dominant variable. Simultaneously, motivation, work discipline, and skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an F-calculated value of 26.646 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The adjusted R-squared value of 0.597 indicates that 59.7% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three variables, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Thus, continuous improvement in motivation, work discipline, and skills is essential to enhance employee performance at the Medan Agricultural Development Polytechnic.
