Abstract

Adolescents as the nation's successors need to develop a positive attitude that can support the progress of the nation. Negative adolescent behavior such as juvenile delinquency can harm both oneself and the environment and society. This study aims to see the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on juvenile delinquency. This research is quantitative research with a survey method conducted on 115 vocational school students of Purworejo. Data were analyzed using the multiple regression method with SPSS 21.00. The results showed that there was an influence between emotional and spiritual intelligence on juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

High work demands and intense competition among employees can be a source of work stress. Organizations need to pay attention to things that can affect the work stress of their employees, especially in the sales force which is the main key to product marketing. This study aims to determine the effect of psychological capital and quality of work life on work stress. Research conducted at PT. Cendana Giri Purworejo on sales force. The sampling technique used is the Non-Probability Sampling Technique with a total sample of 100 people. This research is a quantitative study, which uses three questionnaires, namely the psychological capital questionnaire, the quality of work life questionnaire, and the work stress questionnaire. The data obtained were then analyzed using SPSS 20 with multiple regression methods. The results of the study show that there is a positive significant influence between psychological capital and quality of work life on work stress.

Abstract

Employee performance is important to be considered because it supports the achievement of organizational goals. The special juvenile correctional institution as an institution under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights is tasked with providing guidance to foster children. The weight of responsibility can affect employee performance. This study was conducted at the Class I Kutoarjo Special Juvenile Correctional Institution. The population of this study were ASN employees of the Class I Kutoarjo Special Juvenile Correctional Institution. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with a sample size of 42 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of psychological capital and workplace well-being on performance. This study is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis. The research instruments were in the form of a psychological capital questionnaire, a workplace well-being questionnaire, and a performance questionnaire. The data obtained were then analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect simultaneously and partially of psychological capital and workplace well-being on performance, with an R square value of 85.1%.

Abstract

Generation Z with its unique characteristics has attracted much attention due to its suboptimal performance resilience. The rise in turnover intention among generation Z needs to be a concern. This study aims to determine the influence of learning agility and psychological capital factors on turnover intention among generation Z. The research employs a quantitative approach with correlational design, utilizing convenience sampling technique to collect data from 454 generation Z employees (70% female, 30% male) across various industrial sectors in Indonesia. Data collection was conducted through online surveys using three validated instruments: PCQ-24 to measure Psychology Capital, De Meuse's Learning Agility scale, and Mobley's Turnover Intention scale. Data analysis using JASP 0.19.0.0 software revealed that Psychology Capital and Learning Agility collectively explain 63.5% of variance in Turnover Intention (R² = 0.635, p < 0.001). Learning Agility emerged as the dominant predictor, contributing 61.3% to Turnover Intention variance, while Psychology Capital showed minimal contribution of 0.5%. These findings indicate that adaptability and learning capabilities significantly influence generation Z employees' intention to leave their jobs.

Abstract

Desa Kalimiru, Kecamatan Bayan Kabupaten Purworejo memiliki berbagai potensi yang dapat dikembangkan, salah satunya para pelaku UMKM. Produk-produk UMKM yang dimiliki oleh para pelaku usaha di Desa Kalimiru adalah produk makanan dan pemasaran lebih sering dilakukan melalui tatap muka. Masyarakat pada dasarnya masih banyak yang belum memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai pengembangan pemasaran dan strategi brand image dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan dan keinginan untuk berinovasi yang menarik. Media  Sosial  adalah  aplikasi  berbasis  internet yang  saat  ini  paling  banyak  digunakan  oleh  masyarakat Indonesia. Tujuan dari sosialisasi agar para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kalimiru dapat memasarkan produk dengan brand image yang memiliki makna dan menarik. Oleh karena itu, melalui program KKN-T diharapkan mendapatkan gambaran apa saja yang perlu dipersiapkan untuk mendorong keberhasilan para pelaku usaha untuk memperluas akses pasar menggunakan pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai komunikasi pemasaran modern. Sehingga membantu masyarakat meningkatkan pengetahuan, nilai, inovasi dan ketrampilan dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai strategi brand image serta pengembangan pemasaran.

Abstract

Turnover terjadi di berbagai sektor industri padahal turnover dapat memberikan banyak konsekuensi bagi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh role clarity, psychological capital, dan engagement terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT X dengan teknik sampel random sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 247 orang. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS seri 23. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh role clarity, psychological capital, dan engagement terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT X baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai thitung role clarity lebih besar dari ttabel (2,095 > 1,651) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,037 (< 5%), nilai thitung psychological capital lebih besar dari ttabel (2,197 > 1,651) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,029 (< 5%), dan nilai thitung engagement lebih besar dari ttabel (2,367 > 1,651) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,019 (< 5%). Nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 0,335. Artinya, role clarity, psychological capital, dan engagement memberikan sumbangan sebesar 33,5% terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah organisasi dapat mampu menyusun program pengembangan karyawan untuk mengurangi adanya turnover tntention pada karyawan. Mengingat terbuktinya hipotesis pada penelitian ini, maka peneliti memberi saran: bagi karyawan untuk senantiasa meningkatkan role clarity, psychological capital, dan engagement yang ada pada dirinya, sehingga hal tersebut dapat menekan terjadinya turnover intention, bagi peneliti selanjutnya hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan referensi dan pembanding mengenai keterkaitan role clarity, psychological capital, dan engagement terhadap turnover intention, bagi perusahaan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam menekan timbulnya turnover intention dengan memperhatikan faktor role clarity, psychological capital, dan engagement. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti sangat menyadari bahwa masih banyak kekurangan di dalamnya. Selain itu dalam penggalian data yang ada kemungkinan masih kurang mendalam karena keterbatasan waktu dan data dalam penelitian. Oleh sebab itu, bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif atau komparasi, dan melakukan penelitian pada faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kepercayaan terhadap organisasi, job insecurity, keterlibatan, konflik, kepemimpinan, dan sebagainya.
