Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the adjectives in headline news online; to answer questions such as: How many adjectives that can be found in headline news online? What kind of adjectives that are widely used in headline news online? The data in this study were collected from headline news online. Literature review and relevant research has been observed to obtain a description of the data, in this case headline news online. The results showed that the author of the article using different types of adjectives, the adjectives most often used is a descriptive adjective. The main reason of the research on the analysis of adjectives in headline news online is to provide information on headline news online that can be read on the internet, and provide benefits in the study of language. Key words: adjective, headline news online, reading habit

Abstract

This research aims to determine or test (1) the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees at the XX District office (2) the influence of workload on the performance of employees at the XX District office (3) the influence of work discipline and workload on the performance of employees at the XX District office. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees at the XX District office. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression, validity and reliability testing, heteroscedasticity testing, and hypothesis testing. The data was processed using IBM SPSS version 23 software. The results showed that (1) work discipline had a positive effect on employee performance at the XX District office (2) workload had a positive effect on employee performance at the XX District office (3) work discipline and workload had a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the XX District office.

Abstract

This research aims to determine or test (1) the influence of work discipline on work productivity at PT Bumi Arta Mukti (2) the influence of workload on work productivity at PT Bumi Arta Mukti (3) the influence of work discipline and workload on work productivity at PT Bumi Arta Mukti. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this research used saturated sampling, namely the entire population was sampled, a total of 77 employees at PT Bumi Arta Mukti. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and hypothesis tests. The data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of this research show that (1) work discipline has a positive effect on employee work productivity at PT Bumi Arta Mukti (2) workload has a positive effect on employee work productivity at PT Bumi Arta Mukti and (3) discipline work and workload influence simultaneously or together on employee work productivity at PT Bumi Arta Mukti.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between workload and work motivation on employee performance at PT ABC. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling or the entire population is sampled. The population in this study was 55 respondents. Data analysis using Smart-PLS 4 software and hypothesis testing, namely the t test (partial test). The results of this study show that (1) the workload has a significant effect on employee performance at the PT ABC and (2) the work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the PT ABC.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between workload and work discipline on the performance employees of PT XYZ. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling or the entire population is sampled. The population in this study was 60 respondents. Data analysis using Smart-PLS4 software and hypothesis testing, namely the t test (partial test). Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a p-value of 0.000 or <0.05 and the t¬-statistics value of workload has a value of 4,063 or > 1.96, so it can be stated that there is a significant influence between workload variables on employee performance. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a p-value of 0.000 or <0.05 and the t-statistics value of work discipline has a value of 5,248 or >1.96, so it can be stated that there is a significant influence between work discipline variables on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; (1) pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian merchandise Seventeen pada komunitas Carat Jabodetabek, (2) pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian merchandise Seventeen pada komunitas Carat Jabodetabek, (3) pengaruh personal branding Seventeen terhadap keputusan pembelian merchandise Seventeen pada komunitas Carat Jabodetabek, dan (4) pengaruh kualitas produk, promosi, dan personal branding Seventeen terhadap keputusan pembelian merchandise Seventeen pada komunitas Carat Jabodetabek. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner pada komunitas Carat di Jabodetabek sebanyak 190 responden yang diuji menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, (3) personal branding berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan (4) kualitas produk, promosi, dan personal branding berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, brand image, and digital marketing on the purchase decision of Kahf products in Bekasi. In the modern era, where the body care and cosmetics industry is growing rapidly, consumers' understanding of the factors that influence purchasing decisions is crucial. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers of Kahf products using an accidental sampling technique with the lemeshow formula. The population in this study is consumers who have bought or are potential buyers of Kahf products. The total sample used in this study was 100 respondents. In conducting tests using SPSS software version 26. Based on the results of the study, the variables of product quality, brand image, and digital marketing have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase kahf products in the city of Bekasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Secara parsial dan stimultan dari variabel indepen (bebas) yaitu promosi (X1), Harga (X2), dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X3) serta variabel dependen (terikat) yaitu Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel teknik Convenience Sampling dengan rumus Lemeshow. Dalam penelitian ini populasi diambil dari pelanggan Coffee Sedotmen dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Penelitian ini melakukan pengujian menggunakan Software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan promosi, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sementara itu hasil uji koefisiensi determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel prokosi, harga dan kepuasan pelayanan sebesar 47%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi profesional guru dan kompensasi guru dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru di SDN Mustikajaya 3. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 21 responden yang merupakan jumlah dari keseluruhan guru di SDN Mustikajaya 3. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode statistik software SPSS 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Bahwa kompetensi profesional guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru 2) Bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru 3) Bahwa kompetensi profesional dan kompensasi guru secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Profesional; Kompensasi; Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Social Media Marketing dan Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) terhadap keputusan pembelian es krim Mixue di Perumnas 1 Bekasi. Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi digital, pemasaran melalui media sosial dan penyebaran informasi dari mulut ke mulut secara elektronik menjadi faktor penting dalam membentuk keputusan konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 130 responden yang telah membeli produk Mixue. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social Media Marketing dan e-WOM memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat lebih mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital dan mendorong interaksi pelanggan melalui media sosial untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
