Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan. Sumber utama penelitian ini yakni observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi tertulis berupa modul pembelajaran tilawah full day. Selanjutnya untuk memperoleh sejumlah data yakni dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam tak terstruktur. penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran tilawah berbasis talaqqi dan musyafahah mampu meningkatkan bakat seni baca Al-Qur’an pada santri sekolah tilawah Al-Qur’an. Model pembelajaran tilawah berbasis talaqqi dan musyafahah ini diterapkan pada program tilawah full day. Program pertama yang mengajarkan cara bertilawah dasar dalam waktu 4 bulan dan diajarkan oleh guru-guru yang professional dibidangnya. Pada program ini juga diajarkan teknik-teknik yang menunjang pembelajaran tilawah seperti teknik olah vokal, teknik pernafasan dan sebagainya. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa bakat adalah kemampuan yang akan terealisasi menjadi kecakapan nyata sesudah melalui proses belajar atau berlatih. Abstract

Women’s reproductive health behavior is influenced not only by biological and social factors but also by psychological determinants such as body image and self-esteem. This study aimed to synthesize scientific evidence on the role of body image and self-esteem as psychological determinants of women’s reproductive health behavior. A narrative review design was used, with a literature search conducted in PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar for articles published between 2014 and 2025. Studies were selected based on predefined criteria, including those involving women of reproductive age and examining the relationship between body image and/or self-esteem and reproductive or sexual health outcomes. The findings consistently indicated that positive body image and higher self-esteem were associated with better sexual function, greater sexual satisfaction, improved reproductive well-being, and healthier reproductive decision-making. Conversely, negative body image was linked to poorer psychological and sexual well-being. These results highlight the importance of integrating psychosocial interventions into reproductive health promotion to support women’s overall reproductive health outcomes.

Abstract

Triage competency supports nurses in providing better emergency nursing care in maintaining patient safety. Triage competency supports nursing task performance and nurse self-efficacy in the emergency department. The purpose of this study is the Effect of Providing a Workshop on Triage on the Competence of Emergency Room Nurses in the Emergency Room of Adhyaksa Hospital Jakarta 2025. The method in this study used a One-group pretest-posttest design with a population and sample of 16 respondents, namely emergency room nurses, data analysis using the Wilcoxone rank test. The results of nurse competency before being given a workshop on triage in the Emergency Room of Adhyaksa Hospital Jakarta were mostly competent and after being given the workshop, all were competent. There was an effect of providing a workshop on triage on the competence of emergency room nurses in the Emergency Room of Adhyaksa Hospital Jakarta in 2025 with a p value of 0.008 <0.05. The conclusion is that the workshop education media can affect the level of ability of IGG nurses about triage. Hospital recommendations to frequently provide training education to nurses so that nurses are more competent and professional in carrying out their duties.
