Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk edukasi terkait penggunaan aplikasi pengelolaan bank sampah dan pemanfaatan lahan kosong sebagai media tanam untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar berupa tanaman sayur dan buah. Tim PKM Dosen UNIPI meninjau lokasi serta menyampaikan sosialisasi dan edukasi yang relevan kepada peserta secara visual dan interaktif, kegiatan diakhiri dengan tanya jawab dan evaluasi kegiatan. Penanaman pohon dan penerapan aplikasi bank sampah diterima dengan antusias oleh peserta sehingga dapat diterapkan untuk pengelolaan hasil bumi yang efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of price perceptions and service quality on consumer satisfaction in the context of modern retail business. The method used is a quantitative method, with a population of modern retail customers with a sample of 60 people in some modern retail customers and a sampling technique using the Slovin formula through questionnaire data with a Likert scale. Research refers to the perception that price has an influence of 70.4%, which has the strongest effect on consumer satisfaction and the remaining 29.6% comes from other factors. Then service quality also has an influence of 67.9% on consumer satisfaction and the remaining 32.1% comes from other factors. Then the 2 influences between price perception and service quality have an influence of 74.0% on consumer satisfaction and the remaining 26.0% comes from other factors. Based on the results of the analysis of the data that has been studied, it can be concluded that (1) price perception has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction which can be seen from t count > t table (13.074 > 2.00247). (2) service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction which can be seen from t count > t table (11.077 > 2.00247). And (3) there is a significant influence between service quality and price perception on consumer satisfaction. It can be seen from the results that f count > f table, namely 100.298 > 3.16. Abstract

There are still many companies that do not understand the impact of Human Resource Management and Talent Management on employee performance in a Footwear Manufacturing Company. Globalization and increasingly tight business competition require manufacturing companies to manage Human Resources and talents effectively in order to achieve efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage. So researchers are interested in conducting research with the title of the impact of human resource management (HRM) and talent management in improving employee performance in footwear manufacturing companies. With the research variables to be analyzed Human Resource Management X1, Talent Management X2, on Employee Performance as dependent variables. The results of the study can be seen from the multiple correlation level value obtained of 0.785, indicating that the correlation level obtained has a strong influence. The coefficient of determination value in this study is 0.616, meaning that Human Resource Management X1, Talent Management X2, on Employee Performance in footwear manufacturing has an influence of 61.6% and while the remaining 38.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Meanwhile, the results of the F test, namely the simultaneous hypothesis, show a significant influence because F count > F table (462.498 > 3.280)

Abstract

Low work motivation and non-conducive work environment often occur in various companies. Low motivation due to poor work system, compensation and work climate. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Surya Shueen Yueh Industry, which became the population and sample in this study were all employees with a sample of 60 people. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires. Data processing techniques through validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, correlation coefficient and multiple regression tests. Based on the results of the study, work motivation and work environment partially affect employee performance. Simultaneously, work motivation and work environment also have a positive effect on employee performance. The contribution of this research is that it is hoped that the company can properly maintain the needs of employees in the company, this form of maintenance can be in the form of providing compensation according to the rules, health facilities, vacations, bonuses and other facilities. So that employees will feel at home to stay in the company and can work enthusiastically so that company targets can be achieved.

Abstract

The investment trend in Indonesia is starting to increase, making many people want to try to start investing, but if this desire is not based on understanding it will lead to high risks. This research aims to determine the factors that can influence the movement of share prices, especially fundamental analysis, namely analysing financial reports to determine the financial performance of companies in the banking sector that have high market capitalization in Indonesia. By measuring Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS), whether the variables in this research influence stock market prices. By using SPSS to process data and produce conclusions. Based on the results of this research, it is stated that the variables X1 (ROA) and X3 (EPS) have a partially significant effect on share prices, in contrast to the variable So, prospective investors who want to start investing should look at the company's financial reports first, especially analysing the assets, net profit and profits generated by the company

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Asosiatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Kreasi Inovasi Prosana yang mudah untuk dijumpai sedangkan sampel yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi dan determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil perhitungan regresi parsial antara variabel kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah signifikan dimana Y = 25,315 + 0,390 X1, hasil perhitungan parsial lingkungan kerja tehadap kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah signifikan dimana y = 18,995 + 0,486 X2 hasil perhitungan parsial motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah signifikan dimana y = 12,972 + 0,642 X3. Hasil regresi berganda antara kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah signifikan dimana Y = 11,032 + 0,200X1 + 0,186X2 + 0,381X3. Hasil perhitungan uji t diperoleh untuk variabel kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan thitung = 5,766 ttabel = 1,991. Hasil perhitungan variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan thitung = 6,016 ttabel = 1,991. Hasil perhitungan variabel motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan thitung = 5,727 ttabel = 1,991 dan secara simultan hasil perhitungan hipotesis fhitung (19,790) ftabel (2,72). Hasil perhitungan fhitung lebih besari dari ftabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Kreasi Inovasi Prosana.

Abstract

Abstract Equity market or equity participation in a company still promises great growth and income to potential long-term investors so that they can get the same results as the economies of developed and developing countries. To know this, potential investors must be able to understand the company's financial performance . Earnings per share EPS is one of the most important financial instruments to be able to know the income of shares owned, as well as the dividend per share DPS which can describe the dividends received by shareholders. The value of the stock which is getting better will illustrate the company's performance getting better and vice versa, this can attract investors to buy company shares. So that it can increase the company's working capital including the national banking industry in the case of BRI Bank as the Red Plate Bank. Abstract

PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. was established on February 17, 1997. It is a company in the food and beverage sector with its address in West Jakarta, which is located at Jl. Tomang Raya 21-23.This research was conducted to examine the variables CashRatio (CR) and Debtto Equity Ratio (DER) to Net Profit Margin (NPM) at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. This research is a research conducted from September to November 2021 on the Jakarta Stock Exchange using a quantitative approach. This study uses quantitative data in the form of financial statements from the company PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and has published its financial statements for 2016–2019. Before analyzing the data using statistics, the dependent variable and independent variables will be calculated by using a ratio scale The population in this study is the financial statements of PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling for the 2016-2019 quarter. The results of the study show either partially or simultaneously, that Cash Ratio (CR) and Debtto Equity Ratio (DER) have a positive and significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM).For further researchers, it is hoped that they can examine other variables outside of this variable, in order to obtain results that can affect the Net Profit Margin (NPM). Abstract

FDI is very important in driving the economies of emerging market countries through free trade, banking, production, and other sectors, which ultimately leads to better growth. Therefore, it is believed that access to FDI can resolve economic and social issues. For example, FDI enhances the labor market and helps reduce unemployment rates in the concerned country.This research uses a qualitative approach. According to Denzin & Lincoln in) and Jane Richie, research utilizes concepts, behaviors, perceptions, and issues to present the social world and the perspectives of the individuals being studied. This method aligns with the term “qualitative research,” which means that this research is integrated with qualitative research. From 2010 to 2023, investment growth in Indonesia’’s manufacturing industry has gradually declined. The purpose, according to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 25 of 2007 concerning investment, is to create job opportunities for the community. In articles 10 and 13 of the law, paragraph 1 states that investment companies must prioritize Indonesian citizens for labor needs, and article 13 paragraph 2 states that the government is responsible for fostering and developing micro-enterprises. Based on the results and analysis of the research conducted, the author concludes that during the research period from 2010 to 2023, the city of Tangerang, which is the largest city in Banten Province, has made efforts to attract both domestic and foreign investors. Foreign investors come from several countries such as Malaysia, South Korea, England, Singapore, and Taiwan.

Abstract

Pembuatan Bank Sampah di Perumahan Roda Mutiara Kabupaten Tangerang mencerminkan kesadaran masyarakat yang semakin tinggi terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah, masyarakat perlu memahami cara pemilahan sampah yang tepat, manfaat bank sampah serta pemahaman konsep digitalisasi Bank Sampah. Program Bank Sampah diperkenalkan sebagai solusi inovatif yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pengurangan volume sampah, tetapi juga memberdayakan masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pengelolaan sampah. Pembuatan aplikasi android tentang bank sampah di perumahan Roda Mutiara bertujuan untuk membantu pengelolaan sapah semakin lebih baik dalam program Bank Sampah untuk meningkatkan informasi, efisiensi dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan sampah.
