Abstract

PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A Field is an industry that never stops 24 hours for the continuity of the Oil and Gas production process. The process must require energy, one of the main ones is electrical energy which is used to supply power to production support equipment/machines. In the PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A field, there are 3 Gensets, namely Genset 1 (125 KVA), Genset 2 (100 KVA) and Genset 3 (100 KVA) which are used to supply electrical energy. The three generators have a rather old operating age, often have problems with damage to their engine components, and the schedule for generator maintenance is also uncertain. The problem that becomes the object of this research is optimizing the power supply planned maintenance system with the RCM method at PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A Field and identifying the comparison of power supply maintenance systems before and after using the RCM method. The purpose of this research is to optimize the power supply planned maintenance system with the RCM method at PT. Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A Field and identify comparisons before and after using the RCM method. The results of this study indicate that Gensets 1, 2, and 3 often experience downtime / failure in operation, because the machine tools are a bit old, as well as machine maintenance that has not been accurate and planned. With these conditions, the company needs the reliability of generator engine maintenance with the RCM method, so that the generator engine gets accurate and planned maintenance, so as to minimize downtime / failure in operation and also the previous generator engine maintenance is less accurate and planned, while maintenance with the RCM method is more efficient. accurate and planned.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi produksi yang pesat menuntut peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas di berbagai industri. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode 5S dan analisis Six Big Losses di pon atom guna mengatasi "Reduce Speed Losses" yang menjadi faktor utama penyebab kerugian waktu dalam proses produksi. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan melalui penggalian data historis dan observasi langsung di CV. Deschino Sport. Analisis Six Big Losses dan Diagram Fishbone diimplementasikan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab penurunan kecepatan produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa "Reduce Speed Losses" mencapai 40% dari Total Time Losses, dengan faktor manusia, material, mesin, metode, dan lingkungan sebagai penyebab utama. Usulan perbaikan dengan pendekatan 5W+1H, termasuk tindakan preventif untuk mesin, perbaikan SOP, optimalisasi penempatan bahan baku, dan penyesuaian lingkungan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi metode 5S dan analisis Six Big Losses memberikan peluang perbaikan yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi di pon atom dengan fokus pada SOP, kesadaran operator, penempatan bahan baku, dan kondisi lingkungan. Penelitian lebih lanjut diharapkan dapat menghasilkan solusi yang lebih spesifik untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem produksi.

Abstract

Para pebisnis membutuhkan beragam cara di dunia saat ini karena persaingan di pasar Indonesia semakin ketat. Dengan meningkatnya persaingan antara pengusaha besar dan pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah di Indonesia, penjualan produk dari pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah di pedesaan mengalami penurunan yang signifikan. Akibatnya, usaha kecil dan menengah ingin meningkatkan penjualan mereka tetapi tidak tahu di mana harus mempromosikan atau memasarkannya agar efektif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memodelkan masalah pemilihan media periklanan yang tepat selama 6 bulan ke depan dan memilih media periklanan yang tepat untuk mempromosikan produk UMKM Sarbus dari Desa Sarangan Kecamatan Kanor Kabupaten Bojonegoro selama 6 tahun ke depan dengan menggunakan Markov Chain. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah pada bulan pertama, kedua, dan keenam, UKM SARBUS disarankan berjualan menggunakan media sosial WhatsApp, sedangkan pada bulan ketiga, bulan keempat, dan kelima, UKM SARBUS sebaiknya berjualan menggunakan YouTube.

Abstract

Dalam proses pengolahan tembakau menjadi rokok, tentunya ada beberapa masalah yang dialami oleh mesin. Rata-rata perusahaan mengeluarkan sekitar 15% sampai 25% dari total biaya perawatan untuk material termasuk jika ada kerusakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat standarisasi yang ada pada mesin thresher di Koperasi KAREB Bojonegoro dengan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) sesuai standar dunia yang sudah ditentukan oleh Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance dan untuk mengetahui tingkat standarisasi mesin thresher pada tiap faktor yang ada dalam Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Hasil penelitian ini adalah tingkat standarisasi yang ada pada mesin thresher di Koperasi Kareb Bojonegoro masih belum memenuhi standar Overal Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang didtetapkan oleh Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance yakni rata-rata sebesar 14,41 yang seharusnya sebesar 85 dan tingkat standarisasi mesin thresher jika sesuai factor yang dinilai untuk mendapatkan nilai Overal Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yakni pada faktor availability rate sudah sesuai standar sebesar 99,89 dari 90. Pada faktor performance rate belum sesuai standar sebesar 1,45 dari 92. Pada faktor quality efficiency sudah sesuai standar sebesar 99,53 dari 99. Dari ketiga faktor yang menentukan hasil Overal Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), terdapat 2 faktor yang sudah memenuhi standar, dan satu faktor yang masih belum memenuhi standar.

Abstract

The location of the research carried out in writing the journal here is PDAM Surya Sembada, Surabaya City. PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City is one of the companies owned by the Regional Government (PEMDA) whose role is in processing and providing clean water to serve the people of Surabaya city, taking raw water taken from the Jagir River to then be processed and then distributed to customers. At this time the machines that are used operationally at PDAM are fairly old and therefore machines often experience damage problems. One of the methods used to anticipate problems in this case is the FMEA method. This method is used to anticipate an small problems before big problems. The steps used in this method include processing damage data in 2021, identifying the type of damage, results of the identification process and finally conclusions and suggestions. The data collection process is obtained from the results of observations and interviews or discussions with related parties between managers, supervisors and maintenance staff.

Abstract

Water is essential for development and growth, benefiting both humans and other living organisms. Clean water scarcity is a common issue, leading to a crisis as demand grows. Polluted water consumption can cause health problems like diarrhea, cholera, polio, and poisoning. Diarrhea, often linked to water pollution, can lead to dehydration and death, especially in children, while poisoning can cause anemia, hypertension, and nervous system issues. To address this, effective water treatment is necessary, and filtration is an affordable, accessible option. While activated carbon is commonly used, it is expensive. This study shows that sand and clay are effective for treating contaminated water, achieving 95% pH normalization and meeting the required standards.

Abstract

PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk is an animal feed company that uses corn as its primary raw material. The company enforces strict management to ensure high-quality feed production. Procurement focuses on corn quality before purchase, followed by comprehensive quality control. This study uses the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to analyze inventory management at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. The research examines current practices, models a raw material management system, and suggests improvements in planning and control. The aim is to optimize production processes and reduce inventory costs using EOQ. The results show that applying EOQ leads to a larger order quantity (6,957,354 kg) compared to the current order quantity (1,705,051 kg), with fewer annual orders (3 versus 12). Additionally, using EOQ reduces ordering costs from Rp. 318,000,000 to Rp. 79,500,000, demonstrating improved inventory efficiency and enhanced production planning.

Abstract

PPSDM Migas Cepu is one of the industries engaged in Human Resource Development in the Oil and Gas sector. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 13 of 2016, concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the organizational structure of the Oil and Gas PPSDM is divided into 3 areas, namely the planning and standardization field, the program and evaluation field and the implementation and infrastructure sector as well as from the administrative side assisted by the administrative section. . In the water treatment plant, PLC is used for control. The purpose of waste treatment is to prevent and overcome pollution and/or environmental damage caused by B3 waste and to restore the quality of the polluted environment so that it is in accordance with its function. Waste is waste whose presence at a certain time and place is not desired by the environment because it has no economic value. Waste contains contaminants that are toxic and dangerous. This waste is known as B3 waste (toxic and hazardous materials). This material is formulated as a material in relatively small quantities but has the potential to pollute/damage the environment and resources. From the results of the research conducted, it is found that the control system with a fast process using the Proportional + Integral (PI) controller mode is preferred considering that the system response is more stable to reach the setpoint. Also, if using HMI can make it easier to observe the simulation, when the on button is pressed, the system will run and the tank of substances will start to decrease. The decrease in the value of the substance tank is influenced by the mixing value, and in the above simulation, the working Dukem substance tank is shown in the red simulation pipe.

Abstract

Work-related injuries are a potential risk, including in aluminum cutting activities within UMKM producing household goods made from aluminum and glass. Assessing ergonomic postures is crucial to prevent Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). This study utilized the Nordic Body Map (NBM) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) methods to analyze posture data. NBM focuses on identifying ergonomic variables affecting posture, while REBA evaluates the injury risk level of specific postures. The findings show that combining NBM and REBA effectively identifies high-risk postures with accuracy and highlights which body parts require follow-up. This approach proves to be effective in enhancing occupational health and safety. Applying these methods helps business owners detect and minimize ergonomic risks, contributing to improved worker safety, comfort, and well-being.

Abstract

Mail management is a crucial component of formal communication and organizational administration, whether in small, medium, or large entities. Incoming and outgoing mail within an organization, including government bodies, holds strategic value as a communication tool, memory archive, authentic record, and guide for carrying out activities. In Jumput Village, Sukosewu, Bojonegoro, mail management is still conducted manually, which presents various challenges, such as the risk of lost archives and slow administrative processes. To address this, a Community Service initiative was undertaken to simplify mail management by developing a web-based Mail Management Information System. This application is designed to store incoming mail, outgoing mail, letter dispositions, and other important documents, such as Village Regulations (PERDES), Village Head Decrees (PERKADES), and Village Consultative Body Decrees (BPD). The application supports various file formats, including jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, doc, docx, xls, and xlsx, with a maximum file size of 20MB, tailored to the needs identified through interviews with the Village Secretary and Village Head. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance efficiency in the administrative management of Jumput Sukosewu Village, facilitate easier archiving, and reduce the workload of administrative staff. Therefore, this application is anticipated to provide an effective solution for digitizing mail management at the village level.
