Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in the entire world has significantly affected shopping behavior. This study has tried to survey the delivery services provided by DHL which is a world-leading logistics company that provides services from domestic and international parcel delivery. The COVID-19 pandemic has spiked demand for DHL e-commerce and warehouse space due to abnormality within the global supply chain and ensures non-interruption of production. This paper aims to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the DHL Delivery Service. This research would be conducted by gathering secondary data from DHL’s website and several statistical findings. Besides, quantitative analysis researchers would be using primary data. Further study will be carried out by collecting primary data through a questionnaire. A questionnaire survey among e-commerce customers towards their experiences will be used for data collection with an online survey. Researchers tried to reveal the delivery company services. This study provides DHL with valuable insights and guidance on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to improved consumer intention.

Abstract

Being among the biggest beverage manufacturers in the world, Coca-Cola has recently embraced a variety of sustainability measures, such as water conservation, reduced packaging, and the use of renewable energy. However, the idea begs the issue of whether consumers have intention to purchase Coca-Cola if the product adopts greener practices. This study examines the effect of ecologically friendly packaging on Consumer purchase intention, use Coca-Cola as a case study. An online survey was utilized to gather primary data from 100 Coca-Cola customers in order to better comprehend and support the research findings. We investigated whether environmental concerns about awareness of brand and Coca-Cola sustainable packaging practices and awareness of eco-friendly influence will affect the purchase intention of consumers on Coca- Cola. This research provides fresh insights on consumers' perception of Eco-friendly packaging, and how this perception may encourage consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research seeks to understand howingredients, packaging, brand awareness,and sustainability perception interact andinfluence consumer behavior in the softdrinks industry, specifically Coca-Cola. Theonline survey to 100 respondents wasconducted via Google Form and thecollective data was analyzed by the SPSSsoftware. While the research examined theimpact of ingredients and packaging onconsumer decisions (H1 and H2), no directeffect was found. However, the researchrevealed a strong positive correlationbetween sustainability perception andconsumer behavior (H3, R² = 0.391, beta =0.423). Interestingly, a positive relationshipemerged between packaging andingredient impact on one hand, andsustainability perception on the other (H4,beta = 0.778). Additionally, sustainabilityperception was found to positively influencebrand awareness (H5, beta = 0.548). Thesefindings suggest that consumers prioritizesustainability when making purchasingdecisions in the soft drinks industry, andthat a brand's commitment to sustainablepractices can indirectly influence consumerbehavior through positive sustainabilityperception

Abstract

Starbucks Corporation is a coffee brand with a very long history. It is the world's largest coffeehouse chain. With the development of the age, people have shown a lot of demand for drinks that can help refresh and have shown their great demand for refreshing drinks in their busy daily lives. This research examines how the general public views Starbucks and its competitive position within the coffeehouse sector focusing on location, environment, food & beverage, and service quality variables. For research purposes, an online survey was distributed to a designated number of people in Malaysia and India for data collection. The data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The study shows that Starbucks has effectively built a robust brand and garnered considerable public awareness, solidifying its position as a key player in the industry. Starbucks has attained a prominent standing in the public's view owing to its strong brand recognition and positive perception, influenced by factors like strategic locations, inviting ambiance, premium food and beverage offerings, and outstanding service quality. Among all these factors, the location of the Starbucks store is the primary factor affecting the public's love for Starbucks. Recognizing the importance of these factors could offer valuable insights for businesses aiming to enhance their standing and competitiveness

Abstract

This study examines McDonald's financial performance from 2019 to 2023, focusing on key financial metrics such as profitability, operational efficiency, liquidity, solvency, and cash flow. The objective is to assess McDonald's financial health and identify factors contributing to its sustained market leadership in the fast-food industry. Using descriptive statistics and regression analysis, the study evaluates McDonald's financial ratios, including operating profit margin, return on assets, inventory turnover, and current ratio, among others. The results reveal strong profitability and effective cost control, with a consistent operating profit margin and robust asset management. McDonald's liquidity is sufficient to meet short-term obligations, and its prudent debt management reflects financial stability. The company’s investment in digital transformation and operational improvements, such as streamlined inventory management and enhanced customer engagement, have further contributed to its financial resilience. In conclusion, McDonald's has demonstrated adaptability and resilience amidst external challenges, ensuring continued financial success. The study suggests that McDonald's should continue investing in digital platforms and menu innovation to meet evolving customer preferences. The implications of these findings are significant for the fast-food industry, highlighting the importance of strategic financial management in maintaining market leadership and long-term growth.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of food quality on customer satisfaction at KFC, focusing on key factors such as taste, packaging or presentation, and freshness. The primary objective is to analyze how these factors influence customer satisfaction and loyalty among KFC customers in Malaysia, India, and Indonesia. Data were collected through an online survey using Google Forms, targeting 150 KFC customers across the three countries. Respondents rated their experiences on a 5-point Likert scale, with the survey distributed via social media platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram. The results reveal that taste and customer loyalty significantly influence customer satisfaction, with taste having a ? value of 0.262 and loyalty showing the strongest effect with a ? value of 0.537. In contrast, packaging and freshness did not show a significant impact on satisfaction. The R² value of 0.637 indicates that 63.7% of customer satisfaction can be explained by these factors. In conclusion, the findings highlight the critical role of taste and loyalty in driving satisfaction at KFC, with implications for focusing on food quality and customer relationship strategies to enhance satisfaction and customer retention.

Abstract
