Abstract

Abstrak: Many college graduates are unemployed because of the level of competition in applying for a job higher. One of the efforts made by universities University of Riau in particular, is to educate students and prepare graduates to study entrepreneurship and make entrepreneurship as part of the curriculum given at the University of Riau. The purpose given these courses so that students can have a soul or characteristics of entrepreneurship and cultivate their interests and talents. In an effort to foster interest in entrepreneurship, it is first important to know the factors that influence the onset of that interest. Factors that affect the interest in entrepreneurship can be developed so that interest can be transformed into an independent business. Factors that affect the interest in entrepreneurship, there are two factors: internal factors and external factors, internal factors which include income, self-esteem and feelings of pleasure while External factors include family, community, and educational opportunities. This study aims to determine the influence of income, self-esteem, a sense of excitement, family, community, and educational opportunities to entrepreneurial interest on student of Economics Education FKIP Riau University with 42 sample obtained using purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing simultaneously (test F), partial regression coefficient test (t test) and test the coefficient of determination (r2 adjusted). The research showed that There are significant effect between income, feelings of pleasure, society and education simultaneously and partially on the interest of entrepreneurship in students of Economic Education FKIP Riau University and There is no significant effect between self-esteem, family environment and the opportunities it partially on the entrepreneurial interest on student of Economics Education FKIP Riau University.Keywords: Interest in entrepreneurship, Income, Self-Esteem, afterglow, FamilyEnvironment, Environmental Society, Opportunities and Education

Abstract

bstract: This research aims to find out the effect of product prices on consumer satisfaction wardah on students of Economic Education FKIP University riau. The population in this study was a student of Economic Education FKIP University of Riau who used wardah products as many as 162 female students. The study sample numbered 62 female students who used proportional random sampling techniques. To determine the size of the number of samples using the formula slovin. The method of data collection in this study is to use a questionnaire. This questionnaire is used to obtain research data on product prices and consumer satisfaction. The questionnaire is distributed through google form media and the collected data is then tabulated and analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results showed that the price variables of the product had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in FKIP Economics Education students of Riau University. Based on the results of the R2 test, information was obtained that the value of R2 amounted to 0.533 or 53.3%. This means that the percentage of influence exerted by independent variables (product prices) on dependent variables (consumer satisfaction) is 53.3%. The remaining 46.7% were affected by other variables, namely product quality, brand image, quality of service and emotions that were not studied in the study. The study is still not perfect so it is hoped that further researchers can conduct more thorough research on other factors that affect consumer satisfaction and can increase or expand the population and sample of the study.Key Words: Product Price, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract : In Indonesia Smartphone with Android Operating System was the most demand. To understand consumer behavior must always be carried out in accordance with the development of information technology. There are many factors that affect consumer behavior in deciding the purchase of android. These factors include cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, psychological factors. The aim of this study was to determine what factors and what are the most dominant factors in influencing consumer behavior in deciding the purchase of android by students FKIP University of Riau by taking 100 students android users. The sampling technique used is the method of sampling non-probability with incidental sampling technique. Collecting data technique used is the questionnaire. While this research data analysis technique used is the analysis of factors. This analysis used analyzing interdependencies between variables. Based on factor analysis conducted, it showed that the KMO test was obtained Sig. 0,000. Because Sign. 0.000 <0.05, it means that there is a correlation between the independent variables. At this stage of the extraction factor gained one factor that has eigenvalue of 2.408 or 60.195%, which shows the influence of cultural factors, personal, social and psychology of consumer behavior, while 39.805% influenced by other factors such as brand mobile phones. Based on the value of the coefficient matrix obtained, the most dominant factor is the personal factor.Key Words: Consumer Behavior; Cultural Behavior, Social, Private and Psychology

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this study was a difference between expectations and reality occurred at class X SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru, wherein the low motivation of student learning in the classroom. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the effect of education and income levels of parents of student motivation at class X in SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru. The population of this study all student in grade X as many as 182 students.The study sample as many as 64 students were calculated using the formula Slovin. Data collection methods used were questionnaires. Method of data analysis are multiple regressions analysis. Based on the result of analysis data is concluded has effect and significant among parental education (X1) and income of parents (X2) on student motivation (Y). Based on R square table showed 0,178 it means independent variable used in this study has effect on dependent variable as many as 17,8 %. Therefore, ability independent variable for influence dependent variable is weak. This is due to many another variables which influence dependent variable. Partially, the education level of parents do not have a significant influence on student motivation with significance values of 0,587 greater than 0,05. While the parents income has a significant influence on student motivation with significance values of 0,002 less than 0,05.Key Words: Parental Education, Income of Parents, Student Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the effect of the principal’s leadership style on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Banuhampu Agam Regency. This research is type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all teachers and teaching staff at SMA Negeri 1 Banuhampu Agam Regency. And the sample in this study were all 56 teachers. The sampling technique used was Total Sampling. The data collection technique used Questionnaire with a Likert Scale. Data analysis used descriptive analysisand simple regression analysis. The result of the this study indicate that the proncipal’s leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The t count for the principal’s leadership style variable is 3,140 and the t table is2,00488, thus t count > t table. This means that leadership style affects performance. The regression coefficient value is 0,402. The regression coefficient value is positive (+), so it can be said that leadership style (X) has a positive effect on teacher performance (Y).Key word: Leadership style, teacher performance

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the influence of using WhatsApp social media on the learning motivation of Economic Education students at the University of Riau. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale.The population used in this study were students of Economic Education at the University of Riau, namely the 2017-2019 class with a total population of 231 people. The sample of this study was taken by probability random sampling using the Slovin formula and using a stratified random sampling technique, with a sample of 71 people. The data collected was then tabulated and analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the use of WhatsApp social media is high, namely 83.2%, the use of WhatsApp as a means of communication and information dissemination is very much needed by Economic Education students at the University of Riau, including communication and dissemination of learning information, while the learning motivation of Economic Education students is in the medium category64,9%.The use of WhatsApp social media has a positive and significant influence on the learning motivation of Economic Education students at the University of Riau with the regression equation Y=21,803+540X, it can be concluded that the influence of the use of WhatsApp social media (X) as a medium of communication and information dissemination on student learning motivation (Y) has an influence on positive with the results of R Square 0.288, the influence of using WhatsApp social media on learning motivation is 28.8%.Key Words: Social Media,Learning Motivation,Influence.

Abstract

ABSTRACTMotivation to learn is the mental strength that encourages learning. Motivation can be effective if done with attention to the needs of the students. Thus teachers should equip themselves with various skills that are expected to assist in carrying out its duties in educational interaction. Teaching basic skills is a skill that is an absolute must have in this case the teacher. Teaching the basic skills of the teacher is questioning skills, skills provide reinforcement, keterampila n hold variations, explaining skills, skills to open and close the lesson, the skills to guide small group discussions, classroom management skills, and teaching skills of small group and individual discussions. Ownership is expected to teach basic skills to optimize the role of the teacher in the classroom.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teaching the basic skills of teachers and the indicators on student motivation. Research using multiple regression method. Simultaneous testing showed the value of f count test (5.789)> from f table (2.078) at 5% significance basic skills teaching economics teacher influence on student motivation. Partial test showed that the asked basic skill (X1), advanced questioning skill(X2),  provide skill reinforcement(X3), skills to guide small group discussions teaching (X7), skills of small group discussions and individual (X9) had no effect on student motivation (Y) . While other skills, namely: skills held variations  (X4), explaining skills(X5),  opening and closing skills lessons classroom (X6), management skills (X8) effect on student motivation (Y). Keywords: Teaching basic skills, learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to examine the effect of loan funds from village-owned enterprises (Bumdes) Mulya business on increasing community income in Talang Mulya Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study were 121 members who were members in 2018-2019. From this population, 67 members were sampled. While the analysis technique uses hypothesis testing with different tests (paired sample t-test) and simple linear regression. After analyzing the data for hypothesis testing, the significance value of the paired sample t-test shows that it is 0.000 <0.05 and it can be said that there is a significant difference in income between before making a loan and after making a loan at BUMDes Usaha Mulya. Whereas for the regression coefficient X of 0.118, it means that if the loan fund (X) increases by one unit, then the income will increase by 0.118 or 11.8%. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Loan Fund from the Village-Owned Enterprise (Bumdes) Mulya Business had an effect on the Increase of Community Income in Talang Mulya Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
