Pesantren as an educational institution as well as a religious institution is quite interesting to observe from various sides, including leadership. The purpose of this service is to develop boarding school administrators about leadership in Islam according to the Qur'an and Hadith at the Mukhtar Syafa'at Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi to strengthen the potential of students in leading. The importance of knowledge and understanding of students regarding leadership becomes a guide for students when interacting with the community.

The tourism sector is one of the drivers of economic growth in Banyuwangi Regency. This study aims to determine the priority of the cluster on the development of healthy tourism in Banyuwangi Regency. This study uses a mixed qualitative and quantitative method approach through interviews and distributing questionnaires to experts from the health office, culture and tourism office, and the Banyuwangi Regency Regional Development Planning Agency. The analysis technique uses the Analytic Network Process (ANP). The results of the analysis show that the priority of developing healthy tourism clusters in Banyuwangi Regency is Objects and Tourist Attractions by occupying the first position which indicates that DTW is a priority to be developed into healthy tourism with a percentage of 33%. Community economic empowerment in this study is an effort to optimize the function of Islamic boarding schools to increase the economic income of the community around the pesantren. The purpose of this study was to analyze the economic empowerment factors of the community around the Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a quantitative approach with the data used are primary and secondary data. The research sampling technique was randomized to 108 research respondents. Analysis using path analysis with the help of IBM SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that the variable that has the dominant influence value between strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat to people's income is the strength variable with a contribution of 19.18%, the second is the contribution of the Threat variable of 1.02%, the magnitude of the Weakness contribution of 0.9%, and finally the opportunity contribution of 0.1%. The overall contribution is 22.2%. the remaining 77.8% was influenced by other factors that could not be explained in the study. The objectives of this research are 1) To know the application of the qardh principle to the Sharia Gold Pawn product at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar. 2) Knowing the application of the principle of rahn on Sharia Gold Pawn products in BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar. 3) to find out the application of the principle of ijarah to Sharia Gold Pawn product at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar. The research approach uses qualitative methods phenomenology with data collection methods with in-depth interviews and documentation to employees of BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar. The results of the study show that the qardh principle in the Islamic Pawn Gold product is used to bind loans given by BMT to customers. The rahn principle is used to bind the collateral in the form of gold and the ijarah principle is used to bind the rental of the place for storage and security of the collateral goods. The conclusion from the analysis of the application of the contract in the practice of Islamic gold pawning (GES) at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar, shows that the principle of ijarah on sharia gold pawn products at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar is used as a contract to bind the rental of storage and security of collateral goods, the determination of fees or ujrah on this product is not in accordance with sharia provisions as described in the regulations governing ujrah and Bank Indonesia Circular Letter regarding gold-backed qardh.

The role of Islamic boarding schools in the form of community empowerment in substance leads to a means of establishing communication between Islamic boarding schools and the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to describe the contribution of Islamic boarding schools which are one of the indicators of community empowerment at the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School in Banyuwangi Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with caregiver informants and the surrounding community using SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that the development of economic empowerment products for students and the community through UMKM by utilizing natural resources around the pesantren is a step in preserving local products so that the surrounding community who are involved in the agricultural, fishery and other sectors will be able to distribute their crops to the pesantren so that the food needs of students can be met by the surrounding community.

ABSTRACTTargets and achievements of healthy tourism development are an evaluation of government policies in maintaining the function of public goods as an effort to realize sustainable development. This study aims to analyze the targets and achievements of the development of tourism areas in Banyuwangi Regency in accordance with macro healthy tourism indicators and in tourist destinations with the highest number of tourist visits. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method, then a sample of 12 research respondents was obtained, namely from Bappeda, Health Office, Culture and Tourism Office, and Tourism Awareness Groups in 10 tourist destinations with the highest number of visits in 2020. The analysis used descriptive statistical analysis. about the targets and achievements of the implementation of the Healthy Regency indicators in Banyuwangi Regency. The results showed that at a macro level, Healthy Tourism Development in Banyuwangi Regency had reached the target as a Regency that deserves to be categorized as healthy tourism by 82.5%, while in the top ten tourist destinations it shows that there are still tourist destinations that have scores below 80%.Keywords: Development, healthy tourism, Banyuwangi Regency

Abstract Tourism is a promising sector in increasing people's income, but what is the impact of tourist visits and local income on the human development index as a measure of quality progress in the area. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the large contribution of tourist visits and local revenue in increasing the human development index in Banyuwangi Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach by analyzing secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency. The research results show that the influence of tourist visits and local income on the human development index is significant with a determinant coefficient value of 90.4%. The high coefficient value indicates that tourist visits and local income are variables that can increase the Human Development index in Banyuwangi Regency.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profit sharing rate and inflation on customer decisions in choosing mudharabah deposits at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This research methodology uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research approach by analyzing the financial report data of Bank Syariah Indonesia using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study indicate that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially is the profit sharing rate variable (X1) has a sig. value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the profit sharing variable has an effect on mudharabah deposits. Then the inflation variable (X2) has a sig. value of 0.283> 0.05, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that the inflation variable does not have an effect on mudharabah deposits. So it can be concluded that Profit Sharing has a positive and significant effect on Deposits while inflation has no effect on Deposits.

Banyuwangi Regency is located at the tip of East Java Island which has beautiful tourism and culture that can boost the community's economy. The purpose of this community service is to analyze the potential and provide education to the community regarding the importance of implementing a clean, healthy, safe, and comfortable life both in the family environment, work environment, and society through institutional strengthening. The location of the community service was carried out in Siliragung District which consists of five villages and monitoring was carried out once every six months every year. The results of the community service show that the institutions in the Healthy District Communication Forum in Siliragung District and the Healthy Village Working Group in Seneporejo, Siliragung, Kesilir, Buluagung, and Barurejo Villages have carried out activities that are in synergy with the Banyuwangi Regency government program, so that they can support in eradicating the problems in the area. However, there are weaknesses in the management of the Parangsemar tourist destination and sustainable waste management that need to be continuously accompanied and fully supported by each sector.

The tourism sector is one of the efforts in accelerating the increase in regional original income in Banyuwangi Regency in a sustainable manner during the pandemic and endemic period. This study aims to analyze the priority of rater agreement synthesis with Kendall's coefficient of concordance on objects and tourist attractions in optimizing local revenue in Banyuwangi Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with the support of a qualitative approach through interviews and questionnaires to a number of experts. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique from respondents from the health office, the culture and tourism office, the Banyuwangi Regency Regional Development Planning Agency, the Healthy Banyuwangi Forum, and the Tourism Awareness Group. The analysis technique uses the Analytic Network Process (ANP). The results of the analysis show that the results of the analysis of the value of Kendall's coefficient of concordance W (rater agreement) is 0.95. The diversity of values given by each respondent contributed to the rater agreement score of 95%. The increase in the number of tourists and the length of stay of tourists occupy the highest priority for rater agreement synthesis at 36%. This confirms that optimistic tourism objects and attractions can be a trigger in boosting local revenue in the tourism sector in Banyuwangi Regency
