Abstract

Celery (Apium graveolens L) is included in the Apiacean family and is a vegetable commodity that is widely used for flavoring and garnishing dishes. Celery seeds are also used as a spice and flavoring and the seed oil extract has medicinal properties. Glucoside apigenin7apiosiglucoside is a scent producer of celery leaves (Tim Prima Tani, 2011). and biological fertilizer (Trichoderma Koningi) as an alternative mixture of soil media with different treatment ratios. This research method uses one-factor RAK with 3 treatments and 8 replications, the research was carried out in the pilot area of Mr. Ir. Antar Sofyan, MP which took place in September 2019 - November 2019 The results showed that P2 treatment, namely Bokashi (Trichoderma Koningi) Biological Fertilizer, significantly affected the growth of celery plants (Apium graveolens L) with the verticulture system in all observed parameters, the highest plant height with an average of 9.67 a, the most number of stems ak with an average of 6.38, the highest number of tillers with an average of 8.33 tillers, and fresh weight with a productive number (7.5 g).

Abstract

POC merupakan penunjang untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman yang mengandung unsur hara makro, mikro, dan asam amino. Salah satu komoditas pertanian yang dapat diberi POC ialah kacang panjang. Bahan untuk POC dengan memanfaatkan limbah cair tahu dan air cucian beras. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan konsentrasi POC yang paling efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan RAL non faktorial yang terdiri atas 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan sehingga terdapat 20 unit satuan percobaan yaitu P0(-) Kontrol, P0(+) Kontrol positif P1 Konsentrasi 10%, P2 Konsentrasi 20%, P3 Konsentrasi 30%, bertempat di Rumah Kaca Jurusan Agroekoteknologi pada bulan Mei sampi Juli 2022 kemudian data pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan Uji Bartlett, kemudian dilanjutkan Analisis Ragam Anova, dan dilakukan uji lanjut yaitu Uji DMRT Taraf 5%.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemberian POC limbah cair tahu dan cucian beras berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang panjang dengan konsentrasi yang paling efektif terdapat pada perlakuan P3 (konsentrasi 30%). Pemberian POC limbah cair tahu dan air cucian beras berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang panjang ditunjukkan dari parameter jumlah daun, lebar daun, jumlah polong dan berat segar polong. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan tentang pemberian POC limbah cair tahu dan air cucian beras untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian POC tersebut pada tanaman lainnya.

Abstract

Jasmine plant is a flowering plant that has many benefits. One of them is the basic ingredient of essential oils. This study aims to determine the effect of soaking ZPT in rice washing water and the dosage of rice washing water on the quality of jasmine cuttings. This study used a one-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with six concentrations of rice washing water, namely: P1 (ZPT Root Up 5%), P2 (Rice Washing Water 50%), P3 (Fermentation Rice Washing Water 40%), P4 (45% Rice Wash Water Fermentation), P5 (50% Rice Wash Water Fermentation), P6 (55% Rice Wash Water Fermentation), with 4 replicates obtained 24 experimental units. The parameters observed were the time of emergence of shoots, the percentage of the number of shoots, shoot length, number of roots and root length. The results obtained showed that the best concentration of immersion using rice washing water on the quality of jasmine cuttings was the fermentation treatment of rice washing water 40% and 45%.
