Abstract

The yard is part of the house that is multifunctional and can provide positive benefits and can even support the needs of the family. One of the productive activities in the yard is to cultivate vegetables. However, most of the yards in coastal villages, such as Laikang Village, have not maximized their function and it is difficult to cultivate vegetables. As a solution, a method is needed to support plant cultivation activities in Laikang Village. This service activity aims to provide cultivation training and the manufacture of hydroponic and verticulture installations for groups of housewives in Laikang Village. This community service activity is carried out using the rapid rural appraisal (RRA) and participatory learning and action (PLA) methods, with the stages of activity in the form of presentation of material related to the theme of the activity, demonstration and direct practice by participants, mentoring, and evaluation. From the series of activities, it can be seen that the people of Laikang Village are very enthusiastic and interested in the technology introduced. This is indicated by the high level of participation and activeness of the participants. In addition, there has been a change in the behavior of the Laikang Village community to take advantage of their previously poorly maintained yard, but has now become a productive yard. This vegetable cultivation activity is also still being continued by the participants independently after the training activities, which indirectly indicates the mastery of knowledge and skills, as well as the achievement of the main goals of service activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecepatan dengan perbandingan metode latihan push-up dan latihan menggunakan karet ban terhadap kecepatan pukulan gyaku zuki. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan 1) Adanya pengaruh latihan push-up terhadap kecepatan pukulan gyaku zuki dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 13,105 > t tabel 2,36 dan persentase perbedaannya yaitu 10,93%. 2) Adanya pengaruh latihan menggunakan karet ban terhadap kecepatan pukulan gyaku zuki dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 9,749 > t tabel 2,36 dan persentase perbedaannya yaitu 10,25%. 3) Adanya perbandingan latihan push-up dan latihan menggunakan karet ban terhadap kecepatan pukulan gyaku zuki dengan perbandingan yakni pada latihan push-up sebesar 19,71% dan latihan menggunkan karet ban sebesar 20,08%. Sehingga bisa di simpulkan bahwa latihan menggunakan karet ban lebih efektif di gunakan pada latihan untuk kecepatan pukulan gyaku zuki di UKM perguruan INKAI di UNIMUDA Sorong.

Abstract

In an educational process, the use of books is one of the most important elements. Without books, learning becomes unbalanced because there is no reliable reference source. This study focuses on finding out whether the textbook for Islamic Religious Education and Morals for Class VII SMP/MTs is appropriate in terms of content or material content. The type of approach used in this study is a library research approach through the documentation method with the analysis technique being content analysis. Data analysis was carried out systematically and logically starting from reading and analyzing all the data. The results of this study indicate that first, the contents of the textbook material for Islamic Religious Education and Morals for Class VIII SMP/MTs students in terms of the four sub-components of the content feasibility assessment are also suitable for use with details of the percentage of eligibility, namely 100% for the SK and KD conformity sub-components, the development and needs of students, 94.6% for scientific substance and life skills, 87.5% obtained by the insight sub-component to advance and develop and 82.1% for the diversity of social values. Second, the contents of the textbook material for students of Islamic Religious Education and Morals for Class VII SMP/MTs when viewed from the four dimensions, namely the spiritual, social, knowledge and skill dimensions are appropriate for use. The details of the percentage of eligibility obtained are 100% for the spiritual dimension, 100% for the social dimension, 92.90% for the knowledge dimension and 89.90% for the skills dimension. The results of this data analysis can be concluded that the two categories above, namely the four-dimensional elements and four sub-components of content feasibility, have been accurate to be used in assessing the feasibility of the content of textbooks.
