Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find the implementation of living Qur’an in Annyorong Lopi (boat launch) Pinisi tradition in Bulukumba. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with an anthropological approach to the Qur’an. Primary data sources were obtained from Panrita Lopi (boat maker), boat entrepreneur, religious figure, cultural figure, and local government. Data was collected through a series of observation methods, interviews, documentation, secondary data from literature books, journals, the internet, and other complementary data. The research results found the implementation of living Qur’an in Annyorong Lopi (boat launch) Pinisi tradition, which are the values of the Qur’an that live amid Panrita Lopi (boat marker) society by analyzing the recitation of dialect Konjo language prayers derived from the Qur’an. It also found the implementation of anthropology of the Qur’an reviewed from the sociological aspect and the phenomenological aspect in the process of making Pinisi boats to the Annyorong Lopi (boat launch) tradition. The tradition of Annyorong Lopi (boat launch) Pinisi is done as a proof of gratitude and prayer of salvation for the completion of the Pinisi boat.الملخصيهدف هذا البحث إلى إيجاد تنفيذ القرآن الحي في تقليد Annyorong Lopi Pinisi  (إطلاق السفينة) في بولوكومبا. يستخدم هذا البحث بالنهج الأنثروبولوجي القرآن. مصادر البيانات الأساسي التي تم الحصول عليها من Panrita Lopi (صانع السفينة) ورائد الأعمال في السفينة والشخصية الدينية و الثقافي والحكومة المحلية. البيانات التي تم جمعها من خلال سلسلة من أساليب المراقبة والمقابلات والوثائق والبيانات الثانية من الكتب والمجلات والإنترنت وغيرها من البيانات التكميلية. وجدت نتائج هذا البحث إلى إيجاد تنفيذ القرآن الحي في تقليد Annyorong Lopi Pinisi أن هناك قيم القرآن الكريم التي تعيش في وسط Panrita Lopi (صانع السفينة) المجتمع من خلال تحليل تلاوة الدعاء بالهجة اللغة Konjo وهي المستمدة من القرآن. وجدت أن تنفيذ الأنثروبولوجيا من القرآن استعرض من الجانب الاجتماعي و الجانب الظاهري في عملية صنع السفينةPinisi  حتى تقليدAnnyorong Lopi . تقليدAnnyorong Lopi Pinisi  يتم كدليل على الامتنان والدعاء السلامة من البلاء من أجل الخلاص لاستكمال السفينة Pinisi.

Abstract

Resepsi al-Qur’an merupakan sebuah teori yang didapatkan dari hasil kajian living Qur’an. Resepsi al-Qur’an sendiri mempunyai beberapa ragam praktiknya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, misalnya dalam lingkungan pondok pesantren. Di pondok pesantren pula dalam kegiatan ragam praktik resepsi al-Qur’an mempunyai beberapa metode yang digunakan sesuai dengan kegiatan dalam meresepsi al-Qur’an. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ragam praktik metode resepsi al-Qur’an dan implementasinya di lingkungan pondok pesantren Hubulo serta mengetahui pemahaman para santri terhadap ragam resepsi al-Qur’an. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan metode penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Selain itu dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan pendekatan antropologi dan pendekatan tafsir, penulis juga menggunakan beberapa buku, artikel, dan jurnal sebagai pelengkap informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan resepsi al-Qur’an di lingkungan pondok pesantren Hubulo ada beberapa macam aktivitas dengan berbagai metode yang digunakan di antaranya resepsi eksegesis yang diwujudkan dalam kegiatan kajian kitab tafsir Jalalain. Selanjutnya resepsi estetis yang diwujudkan dalam kegiatan kaligrafi dan tilawah. Kemudian resepsi fungsional yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk kegiatan pembacaan surah-surah pilhan di antaranya surah al-Waqi’ah, al-Mulk, dan ar-Rahman. Dan dalam resepsi fungsional juga diwujudkan dalam bentuk menghafal al-Qur’an atau istilah yang dipakai di pesantren adalah Ibadah Amaliyah

Abstract

As a plural and multicultural country, Indonesia faces significant challenges in achieving harmony and national unity. A society made up of diverse ethnicities, cultures, and religions generally leads to complex issues. In fact, conflicts often revolve around the construction of places of worship, leadership transitions, and other matters. Banuroja Village is a community with diverse ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds, yet its people manage to live harmoniously. This research aims to explore the factors that enable the people of Banuroja Village to live harmoniously. It employs a qualitative approach to describe and analyze the social behaviors of the community through the sociological approach of the Quran. The data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the Banuroja community effectively actualizes Quranic values of religious moderation. The community has actualized the value of tawassut{ (moderation) and I'tidal (justice) as well as fostered balanced attitudes toward diversity, as reflected in peaceful and equitable leadership transitions. The embodiment of tasâmuh (tolerance) is seen from the absence of conflicts during the construction of worship houses because of respecting diversity. Furthermore, the emphasis on Shûrâ (consultative decision-making) has reinforced social solidarity within the community. Additionally, the commitment to al-La'unf (non-violence) and I'tirâf al-‘Urf (recognition of local customs) has fostered the development of a peaceful and harmonious social order. The actualization of these Quranic values positions Banuroja Village as a model of successful religious moderation, showcasing a community life free from inter-religious conflict.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena kepemimpinan dalam Islam dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokusnya adalah menggali konsep kepemimpinan menurut Islam, ciri-ciri kepemimpinan Islami, serta bagaimana nilai-nilai Islam diterapkan dalam praktik kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode ini dipilih untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang fenomena kepemimpinan dalam Islam berdasarkan konsep khalifah dan prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam kepemimpinan. Hasil dari Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan dalam Islam memiliki beberapa ciri utama, yaitu: Setia, terikat pada tujuan, Menjunjung tinggi syariat dan akhlak Islam, adil, memegang teguh amanah, tidak sombong. Kesimpulannya, kepemimpinan dalam Islam (studi Al-Qur’an dan Hadits) bukan sekadar jabatan, tetapi amanah yang harus dijalankan dengan tanggung jawab, kesetiaan kepada Allah, serta menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kepemimpinan

Abstract

This article reconstructs the meaning of the word nur, which should not be limited only to light in the physical sense, but should also be drawn to the articulation of words in a particular text or discourse. Therefore, an approach is needed that does not only focus on its literal meaning, but can reach the symbolic and theological meanings contained in the text. This study aims to reveal the meaning of nur in Q.S. An-Nur [24]: 35 through Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. This research uses a qualitative method with the type of library research. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of nur in Q.S. An-Nur [24]: 35 does not stop at the meaning of light in physical form only, but experiences inflection of meaning through the process of denotation and connotation. In the linguistic system, the word nur denotatively means light, ray, illumination or lantern. While in the mythological system, a connotation meaning is obtained, namely a symbol of God who is a shiner, illuminator and guide for all nature. Through this connotation, the meaning of nur in the myth is born, namely His power through His guidance and revelation that illuminates every creature and the universe. So that all movements, be it the sun, earth, stars to the growth of plants can be understood as His destiny. So, to understand this must be with the eyes of a clean heart and not bound by materialism, worldly pleasures and lust.

Abstract

The main study of this research aims to know and examine how the story of isra>’i>liya>t in QS al-Baqarah/2: 67-74 and QS Yu>suf/12: 24-28, and how the understanding of students of al-Qur’an Science and Tafsir IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo towards the story of isra>’i>liya>t in QS al-Baqarah/2: 67-74 and QS Yu>suf/12: 24-28. This article uses a type of qualitative research, namely field research using the tafsir approach and phenomenological approach using the tah}li>li> method (analysis), this method seeks to explain the content of the verses of the Qur’an from various segments, with two data sources, namely primary and secondary data sources. There is also the preparation of the discussion in a perfect framework (outline); and by studying the verses, and analyzing the understanding of students through the results of interviews. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that with the scientific basis possessed by students of al-Qur’an and Tafsir Science, it turns out that not all of them know and understand the stories of isra>’i>liya>t, especially the stories in QS al-Baqarah /2: 67-74 and QS Yu>suf/12: 24-28. Only some of them understand this story, and some of the students of al-Qur’an and Tafsir Science understand it through textual meaning. The description of the results of the interview shows that the students of al-Qur’an and Tafsir need to increase the references in the studies of tafsir, regarding the story in the Qur’an and the meaning of the story based on the understanding of critical analysis of tafsir studies. The implications of this research can be useful as an enhancer of Islamic insight, especially in the field of tafsir and academic development, and is a simple contribution to developing the study of the Qur’an and for the benefit of further studies which are expected to be useful as reference material for further research.

Abstract

Tourism has become an important part of modern life, but moral issues often arise when such activities conflict with Islamic principles. This study seeks to analyze tourism from the perspective of the Qur’an, emphasizing its moral and spiritual aspects. Using the Qur’an as the primary reference supported by classical and contemporary interpretation as well as relevant hadith this research explores how tourism can be regarded as worship when carried out with good intentions and in accordance with Islamic ethics. The findings reveal several Qur’anic principles related to tourism. First, travel should be seen as a means of observing the signs of Allah’s power (QS al-‘Ankabut/29: 20; QS al-Rum/30: 9). Second, individuals must uphold social ethics and tolerance during their journeys (QS al-Hujurat/49: 13). Third, it is essential to preserve the environment (QS al-An‘am/6: 141). Relevant hadith on travel etiquette such as maintaining good character toward others also reinforce these principles. This study concludes that Qur’an-based tourism requires the integration of worship and recreation, focusing on learning, reflection, environmental care, and moral development. Therefore, tourism from an Islamic perspective is not merely recreation; it is an act that encompasses benefiting society, strengthening faith, and promoting moral values.
