Abstract

Kata Kunci: display, minat konsumen Holistic Product Innovation Display in Implementing Evidence-Based Nursing Entrepreneurship Abstract The increasing public need for health products has not been accompanied by an increase in health product innovation, the development of science has not been balanced with the use of research results as a basis for making health products that can be accessed and created by the public. Lack of information regarding the benefits of natural ingredients for making health products has not been implemented optimally. Objective: community service aims to increase public interest in health products made from natural ingredients based on scientific evidence. Method: This community service uses a display method by introducing evidence-based health products visually that can be seen and felt directly. Results: The community service was visited by 68 STIKES Banyuwangi academics before the display showed community interest was 26% poor and 74% sufficient, after the display community interest was 12% adequate and 88% good. There was an increase in public interest after displaying holistic, evidence-based innovation products. Community service is carried out according to targets and can be used as a reference for implementing community service with the same theme as BPPOM collaboration to produce certified health products.

Abstract

Pain after immunization can affect parents' compliance with their children's immunization schedules, while in Indonesia 7.3% of children have not received complete basic immunization. This study aimed to analyze the effect of warm water compress at the injection site on pain response in infants aged 2-4 months post-immunization at Parijatah Kulon Public Health Center in 2024. The study used a pre-experimental one-group method with a cross-sectional approach, involving 69 infants receiving DPT Hb Hib immunization selected through convenience sampling. Pain measurement using NIPS questionnaire and analyzed with Wilcoxon test. Results showed a decrease in moderate pain from 84.1% to 5.8%, an increase in mild pain from 4.3% to 94.2%, and a total elimination of severe pain previously experienced by 11.6% of respondents (p=0.005). Warm water compress proved effective in reducing pain response in infants post-immunization.

Abstract

Floods are among the most frequent natural disasters in Indonesia and have a substantial negative impact on communities, particularly vulnerable groups such as children and adolescents. The consequences of flooding include not only material losses but also disruptions to social, educational, and health activities. Adolescents, as part of a critical developmental stage, require appropriate disaster education to increase their awareness and preparedness in facing such events. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of InaRISK Personal, an interactive virtual media developed by the Indonesian government, in improving flood disaster preparedness among adolescents. This research employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Kalipuro, Banyuwangi, a flood-prone area in East Java. The sample consisted of 85 students, selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a 30-item disaster preparedness questionnaire, which had previously undergone validity and reliability testing. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The results revealed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores, with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that the use of InaRISK Personal significantly improved students’ disaster preparedness levels. The study also observed a shift in preparedness categories, with most students moving from "almost prepared" to "prepared" or "very prepared" after the intervention. this study highlights the practical potential of InaRISK Personal as a digital tool to support school-based disaster education. While digital platforms in disaster preparedness are not entirely new, the application of InaRISK Personal among adolescents in formal education settings—particularly in disaster-prone regions—adds context-specific insights that support its wider adoption.
