Abstract

Tuberkulosis paru merupakan penyakit menular yang berdampak pada perubahan dari segi aspek kehidupan pasien baik fisik, psikologis, sosial dan lingkungan, hal ini tentu saja menyebabkan kualitas hidupnya menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi self management terhadap kualitas hidup pasien tuberkulosis paru. Desain pada penelitian ini menggunakan pre experiment dengan pendekatan one group pretest and posttest design, sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 10 responden dengan metode purposive sampling, instrument penelitian yaitu SOP edukasi self management dan kuesioner  kualitas hidup WHOQOL-BREF, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji wilcoxon. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan ada pengaruh edukasi self management terhadap kualitas hidup dengan nilai p-value 0,005. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan edukasi self management efektif meningkatkan kualitas hidup pada pasien Tuberkulosis paru, diharapkan responden dapat menerapkan intervensi edukasi self management sehingga meningkatkan kualitas hidup yang baik

Abstract

Domestic violence is a behaviour that causes physical, sexual, psychological suffering and neglect of the household. The aim of this study to determine what factors influence the incidence of domestic violence in women. This type of study was Analytical with a Cross-sectional approach, the sample in this study were 384 respondents with the Quota Sampling technique. The instrument was used a questionnaire. The results of the study obtained with a value (p value <0.05) namely the factors of wife's age, wife's education, social environment and third party intervention with the hypothesis H1 was accepted, with a value (p value> 0.05) namely the economic factor with the hypothesis H0 was accepted. Multivariate results obtained on the wife's education factor having a value of 17.87 times higher risk. The conclusion of the study was that the most influential factor on the incidence of domestic violence in women was the wife's education factor with an OR value of 17.87 times more at risk of experiencing domestic violence.

Abstract

A drug abuser is someone who uses narcotics, psychotropic substances, addictive substances that can threaten health. The high level of drug abuse is due to a lack of internal and external support motivation to recover. The study to determine the factors of support the level motivation to recover in drug abusers. Design study mixed method. The quantitative method was a crosssectional approach and the qualitative method phenomenological approach. The quantitative sample 75 respondents with purposive sampling technique by using a questionnaire, while the qualitative stuy was snowball sampling technique with 6 respondents for interviews. The results of quantitative indicated that independent variables there was correlations, educational factors (p value = 0.045), employment (p value = 0.021), social support (p value = 0.025), family support (p value = 0.033), coping mechanisms (p value = 0.017). Multivariate results indicated that OR 12,987 for the work variable had significant influence on the level motivation to recover. The results qualitative indicated that drug abuse occurred due to relationships and broken homes, and the cause of relapse was due to work. The conclusion of this study factor was work with OR value of 64,89 which had a significant influence on the level motivation to recover.

Abstract

One of the symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterrium tuberculosis, which can cause psychological disorders such as anxiety. One therapy that can be applied to reduce anxiety in pulmonary tuberculosis patients is psychoeducation. This study aims to understand the impact of psychoeducation on anxiety in pulmonary tuberculosis patients The research design used a pre-experimental design with pretest and posttest on a single group. In this study, 20 pulmonary TB patients were selected using purposive sampling. The measurement tool used was the DASS-42 (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales) as a tool for measuring anxiety. Based on the research findings, it was found that before psychoeducation, most respondents experienced mild anxiety, and after psychoeducation, most participants were in the mild anxiety category.
