Abstract

The gersamasapa program is a literacy-based educational innovation created by At-Tauhid PAUD with the aim of increasing children's interest in reading and cultivating positive character in children. This study aimed to describe the implementation of literacy-based early childhood learning program management. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were using observation, interviews and documentation. There were nine subjects or informants in this study consisting of teachers and educational staff at At-Tawhid PAUD. The data collection process was carried out from November to December. The results of this study indicate that the process of 1) planning is carried out by holding a work meeting before the school year begins. The results of the meeting are then listed in the academic calendar and have standard operating procedures (SOP). 2) Organizing involves all parties by forming a gersamasapa program implementation team consisting of persons in charge, chairmen, members, and others which are then listed in an SK (decree). 3) The implementation of the gersamasapa program is carried out through three activities, including one house, one reading corner, literacy training, and storytelling classes. 4) Supervision is carried out by means of home visits and ABC monitoring books

Abstract

Many young children haven't had varied and meaningful experiences with nature-based science, even though nature provides numerous resources for early childhood learning. Nature is also a wonderful place for learning, allowing children to explore their surroundings. Many children also don't know that sprouts are made from mung beans, fermented using only the simple ingredient of mung beans.Therefore, this study aims to apply nature-based science learning to improve children's cognitive abilities through planting mung bean seeds in children aged 5-6 years at Buah Hati Ibu PAUD. The research method used was qualitative with descriptive methods. The subjects in this study were educators and children in group B. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of the study show that the application of nature-based learning through the activity of planting mung bean seeds improves children's cognitive abilities. Children appear more enthusiastic and active, and are directly involved in every stage of the process, from planning to successful activities. This activity also builds self-confidence, independence, exploration, learning to plant mung bean seeds has been proven effective in developing critical thinking skills in children. In addition, children can also know the growth of sprouts/beans produced from mung beans.

Abstract

Pelatihan deep learning dalam Kurikulum PAUD merupakan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menghadirkan pembelajaran yang bermakna, eksploratif, dan sesuai perkembangan anak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada 19 Juli 2025 di Kabupaten Lebak, melibatkan guru PAUD dari berbagai lembaga. Pelatihan mencakup pengenalan konsep deep learning, penyusunan RPPH berbasis eksplorasi, penggunaan teknologi pendukung, serta micro teaching. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan partisipatif, demonstrasi, simulasi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan partisipatif, demonstrasi, simulasi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman guru mengenai pembelajaran mendalam, kemampuan merancang kegiatan berbasis proyek, serta keterampilan mengelola kelas eksploratif. Peserta juga menunjukkan peningkatan dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran inovatif dan perubahan mindset dari pembelajaran berorientasi hasil menuju proses. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi model berkelanjutan dalam peningkatan mutu guru PAUD di Kabupaten Lebak.
