Abstract

Abstract Qualification mismatch is one of the biggest problems in the labor market in the past few years. Based on the previous researchs, qualification mismatch has serious effects on labor outcomes such as wages. Therefore, this study aims to estimate the incidence of qualification mismatch and its relationship with wages in Indonesia. This study uses individual Sakernas data set from 2017 to 2018. Empirical results show that the incidence of undereducation is higher than overeducation. Moreover, the estimation results using fixed effect (FE) method show that overeducation and undereducation has no significant effect on wages. Wages are only affected by the level of education required, while the excess and shortage years are not taken into account. This findings calls for the policies intended to resolve the problem of qualification mismatch.

Abstract

Assessment is for collecting, reporting, gathering information about student learning outcomes. In conducting the assessment, there are appropriate techniques for measuring child development. This research is a descriptive qualitative research involving teachers. Data were analyzed qualitatively by collecting data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. The conclusions obtained from several assessment techniques studied were based on a combination of several theories, the results showed that several assessment techniques had been fulfilled, including: the observation assessment technique for children's learning outcomes. however, there are also assessment techniques that are not carried out by teachers on a daily basis, such as the absence of anecdotal notes, children's development scales, and assessment of portfolios. Some of the assessment procedures carried out are formulating or defining activities, preparing assessment tools or techniques, define the assessment criteria, and determine the value. However, there is one procedure that has not been fulfilled, namely collecting data, educators are lacking in collecting data on children's learning outcomes. The principles of assessment in TK Pratama Kids Sukabumi Bandar Lamoung, the teacher have carried out the principles of assessment such as carrying out a thorough, sustainable, oriented, objective, educating and sustainable way. However, there are several principles of assessment that have not been maximized, namely being objective when assessing students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menghasilkan bahan ajar,yaitu media pembelajaran kartu domino untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini yang layak untuk digunakan sebagai penunjang bahan ajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development menggunakan prosedur ADDIE. Penelitian ini meliputi: Analisis (Analisysis), Desain (Design), Pengembangan (Development), Implementasi (Implementation), dan Evaluasi (Evaluation). Uji coba pada penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua yakni uji coba ahli yang meliputi ahli media dan ahli materi, serta uji coba produk di RA Perwanida 2 Bandar Lampung dan TK IT Mutia Rossa. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yakni menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan  deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penilaian terhadap kelayakan media yang dilakukan oleh ahli  media menunjukkan skor 3,8 dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik”, penilaian oleh ahli mater imenunjukkan skor 3,3 dengan kriteria “Baik”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menghasilkan produk berupa media kartu domino yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini dinyatakan layakdigunakan sebagai bahan ajar menghaslkan produk berupa media kartu domino untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini.

Abstract

Play online games more than 4 hours a day this includes the abnormal category because the normal category of children playing online games is (> 2 hours a day) this study aims to determine the relationship between playing games and eye health disorders in early childhood dharma wanita unity kindergaten, lampung province the formulation of problem in this research is there a relathionship between playing online game with eye health disorders in early chilhood.This type of research is quantitative research with cross sectional method. This type of research is to look at the relationship jbetween one variable and another. Data collection techniques jused are through questionnaires, Observations, and documentation. The population in this study were 24 children in the dharma wanita unity kindergaten in lampung province. The sample in this study were 24 children using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that there is a maderate and significant relationship between playing online games with health problems with a corelation value of 0,517 and sig 0,01 < 0,05. The relationship that occurs in positive or unidirectional, so that if children often play online games the higher the chance that the child will experience eye helath problems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengevaluasi contexs, input, process dan  product program pemberian makanan sehat di TK Negeri Pembina Tanggamus. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, pada penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi teori Stufflebeam yaitu CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data didapat dengan cara  wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara mereduksi data, setelah itu disajikan dalam bentuk deskripsi, dan diverifikasi dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: hasil evaluasi dari Context program pemberian makanan sehat menunjukkan bahwa program memiliki tujuan dan perencanaan yang jelas. Hasil evaluasi input program pemberian makanan sehat diketahui bahwa sekolah dan pemerintah memiliki peran yang baik dalam berjalannya program ini. Hasil evaluasi process program pemberian makanan sehat menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan pemberian makanan berjalan sesuai dengan proser yang telah disediakan oleh puskesmas dan yang menjadi kendala adalah kurangnya kerja sama orang tua dalam memberikan makanan sehat kepada anak pada saat anak dirumah. Hasil evaluasi product /hasil  program pemberian makanan sehat menunjukan bahwa pencapaian target berat badan anak sesuai dengan usia nya dan anak tidak ada yang mengalami gizi buruk atau stunting.

Abstract

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has devastated economic activity in many countries, including Indonesia. Big data as an alternative data source to measure economic activity, especially in a pandemic situation, can be a valuable mine of information. In the present research, a new approach for measuring economic activities based on mobile positioning data (MPD) has been developed. The sample dataset of mobile network subscribers’ activity was aggregated at the area municipality level by the daily interval, where the activity itself is defined as the number of mobile transactions and detected locations, and the number of unique users. This paper shows that mobile positioning data (MPD) can be a proxy to estimate economic activity in Indonesia, especially during pandemic conditions.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implementation of prenatal education for children in an Islamic perspective and what factors influence the implementation of prenatal education for children in Pekon Sukamara, Bulok District, Tanggamus Regency. The research was conducted qualitatively with a descriptive approach, where data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the study show that parents (pregnant women and their families) have implemented what prenatal education is and have done it through several methods including song methods, prayer methods, prayer methods, kinesthetic methods, storytelling/communication methods, listening to recitation methods at the taklim assembly, audio method, dhikr method, relaxation method. Then the factors that encourage and inhibit the process of educating a child in the womb are economic factors, educational factors, environmental factors, family conditions, emotional factors and support from the people around them.Keywords: Prenatal Education, Islam

Abstract

This research was carried out as an effort to foster a child's entrepreneurial spirit through the project method by using used goods to become a unique work. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of efforts to form entrepreneurial mentality in early childhood through the project method and to find out the results of implementing efforts to form entrepreneurial mentality in early childhood through the project method. The type of research used is classroom action research (CAR) by conducting investigations, solving problems which are carried out in cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection with the aim of improving the quality and results of learning in the classroom. The results of the action research found are: The form of implementation forms the entrepreneurial mentality of students carrying out project activities making works from used materials, followed by buying and selling activities. The results obtained by the children through this project method in group B at RA Baiturrahman sidodadi Banyuputih Situbondo in cycle I reached 54.54% of children who were able to achieve learning mastery (KB) out of a total of 33 people, and in cycle II, children's creative abilities were already visible. in 28 children, it means that 87.87% have fulfilled learning completeness.

Abstract

Pengembangan media Hydro tubewulan diharapkan menjadi solusi dalam pemanfaattan air limbah rumah tangga yang dapat diolah kembali menjadi air bersih dan dimanfaatkan untuk bercocok tanam, hal ini juga dapat dikenalkan pada anak usia dini dalam upaya mengembangkan kesadaran anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan Media Hydro Tubewulan Sebagai Penyalur Limbah Air Rumah Tangga dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan naturalis sebagai upaya pelestarian lingkungan pada anak melalui kegiatan bercocok tanam. Penelitain ini adalah jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (RD), adalah proses pengembangan dan validasi produk pendidikan. Desain Model Pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model ADDIE, yang merupakan salah satu model pengembangan dari Research and Development Implementation valuation. Hasil validasi ahli media dan ahli materi dapat dikatakan media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan naturalis anak usia dini ini memenuhi unsur aspek pendidkan, aspek tampilan, baik dan layak. Validasi ahli media mendapatkan nilai A dengan skor rata-rata 3,8 dengan kriteria sangat baik
