Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan tentang peran keluarga dalam perkembangan anak usia dini. Keluarga merupakan faktor utama dalam proses perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak. Dengan demikian, tulisan ini mengulas mengenai peran keluarga dalam perkembangan anak melalui konsep psikologi perkembangan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang melibatkan penelitian studi pustaka (studi literatur). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara teeoritik terdapat dua teori terdahulu dalam perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak, diantaranya adalah teori Piaget dan teori Vygotsky. Menurut Piaget, anak usia dini merupakan pikiran yang pra-operasional. Dalam periode ini anak mampu mengembangkan tindakan yang baik dan terstruktur untuk menghadapi lingkungan, anak mulai memahami simbol yang digunakan dalam sebuah objek tertentu. Sedangkan menurut Vygotsky perkembangan anak pada masa awal yang menuju persiapan bersekolah didasari oleh jenis-jenis interaksi yang dimiliki anak di lingkungan sosial nya yang berpusat pada pencapaian tugas perkembangan. Terdapat banyak faktor yang menyebabkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Secara umum, faktor tersebut dibagi menjadi 2 bahagian, yaitu faktor internal (dalam) dan faktor eksternal (luar/lingkungan)

Abstract

Language is one of the most important aspects of early childhood., and mastery of English in early childhood is not so easy to apply to children, so it is necessary to use appropriate and fun methods. The purpose of this study is to introduce children's English vocabulary from the phonological aspect through the singing method. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research was conducted in Canden Hamlet, Jetis, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Samples were taken from 15 early childhood children aged 4-6 years. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation, and interviews. The results showed that; (1) Improving the linguistic ability of young children, it can be done through the introduction of English vocabulary; (2) Introducing the English alphabet, the names of fruits, the names of animals, various colors, and so on, the most interesting is done by the singing method; (3) To develop linguistic skills by introducing English Vocabularies, it is effective to be taught from an early age.

Abstract

This article examines the role of character education in addressing the issue of klitih behavior, which has recently become a trending topic on various social media platforms and has caused concern within the community. A descriptive qualitative approach is employed in this study, using a literature review as the research method, with data collection conducted through the 3M method: recording, analyzing, and integrating findings from previous studies that are relevant to the research theme. The results of this article's research indicate that klitih, as one form of delinquency among adolescents that has caused concern within the community, is influenced by several factors, including: lack of parental attention, family problems, negative environments and associations, the desire for recognition within a group/gang, insufficient knowledge of moral and religious values, and an already formed aggressive character in the child. Character education plays a crucial role in preventing and addressing this klitih behavior by shaping and instilling positive character values in children. Therefore, character education is considered a potential solution to address moral issues among teenagers/students.

Abstract

Abstract: Facilities and infrastructure are devices in organizing and managing school activities in order to achieve a goal. Therefore, the management of facilities and infrastructure is a way to achieve the function of facilities and infrastructure to be effective and efficient. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities and infrastructure on the quality of education in Mutiara Nambo Bosa Kindergarten, Banggai Regency. This type of research uses quantitative research with simple linear regression test data analysis and instruments in the form of a questionnaire. The sample of this study amounted to 5 people consisting of the principal and all teachers at Mutiara Nambo Bosaa Kindergarten. The results showed that the management of facilities and infrastructure had a positive and significant effect on the quality of education in Mutiara Nambo Bosaa Kindergarten, Banggai Regency, namely the significance value was 0.042 <0.05 and it means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The coefficient of determination (R2) was obtained 0.795 which can be said to have a positive significance with a high interpretation, and a value of 0.795 or 79.5% which implies that the influence of Facilities and Infrastructure Management on Education Quality is 79.5%, and the remaining 20.5% is influenced by by another variable.Keywords: Management, facilities and infrastructure, quality of education Abstrak: Sarana dan prasarana adalah perangkat dalam menyelenggarakan dan mengelola kegiatan sekolah demi mencapai suatu tujuan. Maka dari itu, manajemen sarana dan prasarana menjadi jalan untuk mencapai fungsi sarana dan prasarana menjadi efektif dan efisien. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh sarana dan prasarana terhadap mutu pendidikan di TK Mutiara Nambo Bosaa Kabupaten Banggai. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data uji regresi linear sederhana dan instrument yang berpa kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan seluruh guru di TK Mutiara Nambo Bosaa.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen sarana dan prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan di TK Mutiara Nambo Bosaa Kabupaten Banggai yaitu nilai signifikansinya 0,042 < 0,05 dan berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Koefisien determinasi (R2)didapatkan 0,795 yang dapat dikatakan terdapat signifikansi positif dengan interpretasi tinggi, dan nilai 0,795 atau 79,5% yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana terhadap Mutu Pendidikan sebesar 79,5%, dan sisanya 20,5% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, sarana dan prasarana, mutu pendidikan

Abstract

The Independent Learning Curriculum is designed with the aim of increasing students' independence and courage in the learning process, while providing greater flexibility for educators to develop learning methods that suit students' individual needs. Through the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum, each school is given the authority to choose learning materials and evaluation systems that suit the characteristics and special needs of students in their environment. The aim of this research is to investigate the urgency of the Merdeka Learning curriculum in improving the quality of learning in schools. Thus, it is hoped that this research can become a source of insight and knowledge for the community. The method used in this writing is a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach. This approach involves collecting information from relevant scientific papers such as books, journal articles, the internet, and other writings related to literature reviews. The results of this research show that learning in the curriculum structure is divided into two main learning activities, namely regular learning or what is usually called intracurricular, and Project Learning for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

The policy regarding the need to produce graduates with high job readiness encourages Islamic Education Management study programs to be cautious in applying the correct strategies. Therefore, this article aims to concretely identify the strategies that can be used by Islamic Education Management programs to produce job ready graduates, explain why using these strategies correctly is important, and discuss the implications of the strategies employed in Islamic Education Management. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The researcher applied content analysis as a technique for data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of management strategies for Islamic education has shown good results in producing graduates who are job ready. This is evident from the high job readiness of graduates who successfully secured employment in relevant fields and institutions within a relatively short period, Based on the findings, the strategies employed by Islamic Education Management in producing job ready graduates include coaching, development, improvement, and training. The existence of these strategies serves to produce competent, competitive, quality and character driven graduates. The implications of the strategies applied in Islamic Education Management include the creation of managerial knowledge competencies among graduates, high job absorption rates, competent graduates, and graduates excelling in various professions related to Islamic Education Management. This research can contribute to the development of effective learning models that can enhance graduates adaptation in the workforce.

Abstract

Unemployment is one of the main problems that every country always faces. The high unemployment rate causes competition to find work to become greater, resulting in college graduates who are not yet working. The aim of this research is to overcome the problem of unemployment among fresh graduate students due to the lack of skills and employment opportunities appropriate to their major as well as the impact of Covid 19, the low skills and employment opportunities for fresh graduate students so that strategies are needed. The research method used is literature research, namely a technique for collecting data and information through various literature or references, which means collecting data by understanding theories from various relevant literature. Abstract

This study was conducted to explore the application of differentiation learning strategies and inclusive approaches for students with special needs in Elementary Schools. This study is motivated by the importance of creating a friendly learning environment and supporting the development of students with special needs so that they can develop according to their potential. The research method used is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach, where data was obtained through in-depth interviews with three key informants, namely educators and inclusive program managers at schools. The data collected were analyzed thematically to identify patterns of implementation of differentiation learning strategies and implementation of inclusive policies. The results of the study indicate that (1) Teachers have implemented differentiation learning strategies optimally, learning methods and materials are adjusted to the needs and competencies of students with special needs; (2) Special programs; Maintenance Class and Inclusive Learning are applied to provide additional support for students, including the use of special aids and accompanying teachers; (3) The humanist philosophy approach is also the basis for creating an inclusive learning environment, which is demonstrated through respect for individual uniqueness and student character development. Evaluation of this approach is carried out periodically to ensure its suitability to student needs. In addition, collaboration with parents and the community is considered very important in supporting the implementation of inclusive programs.

Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan salah satu fondasi sistem pendidikan suatu negara. Perbedaan kurikulum setiap negara menjadi penting untuk dikaji guna mengadopsi praktik terbaik dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan kurikulum PAUD di Singapura dan Indonesia. Analisis difokuskan pada perbedaan landasan pengembangan, struktur dan implikasi penerapan kurikulum. Metode yang digunakan adalah literatur review. Data primer diperoleh dari dokumen resmi kurikulum masing-masing negara. Data sekunder diperoleh dari 50 artikel penelitian yang relevan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui proses reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Singapura menerapkan pendekatan terstruktur dan terstandarisasi. Sementara kurikulum Indonesia menerapkan pendekatan yang lebih fleksibel dengan fokus pada penyesuaian kearifan lokal yang selaras dengan nilai pancasila. Aspek lain yang berpengaruh pada implikasi penerapan kurikulum juga dibahas. Temuan ini dapat digunakan oleh peneliti, pendidik, serta pemangku kebijakan dalam melakukan pengembangan kurikulum.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dapat mendeskrisikan tahapan biasakan anak untuk pola hidup bersih dan sehat pada anak usia dini di pandemi. Riset menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek memakai teknik pemilihan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Penelitian menggunakan subjek guru, kepala sekolah, dan orang tua. Riset memakai wawancara guna mengumpukan data dengan proses analisis melalui 3 cara: reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulkan serta verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan subjek penelitian ialah penerapan pola hidup bersih dan sehat pada anak usia dini masa pandemi Covid-19 perlu ditingkatkan oleh orang tua, memberikan asupan nutrisi yang bergizi, membiasakan anak untuk hidup bersih dan sehat, olahraga yang teratur, cuci tangan dengan air mengalir menggunakan sabun, dan menjaga kebersihan guna mencegah terpapar wabah Covid-19.
